From now on Evolution Lisbon will my favorite hotel in Lisbon. It is the best in Lisbon! I made it my home during my 14 day remote working trip. The 24 hours sauna and gym are extraordinary service, really suits solo remote workaholic like me who does not want to be bound by fixed schedules when concentrated in work. The surrounding of the hotel has ALL that you need. From supermarkets, malls, to even dance studios, all that you need is in walking distance. Reception ladies are formidable, I particularly  like the sweet trainee who received my contact lens parcel I ordered online to be delivered at the hotel. She is sweet and helpful; also her colleagues who without  any doubts helped with printing some documents which I needed urgently. And the housekeeping team, although  I did not need cleaning everyday (I have OCD so the room was always kept clean haha) the housekeepers kept asking me if I needed anything. I did not use the co working area but it looked very relaxing and stylish. And something  special about the room: the fridge. It has a size that is different from what we are used to (4 drinks and no more) It looks tiny from outside but it could cater my 5 day snacks, including a 1.5l coke. I think it is the door design? Check it out and you will know what I am talking about haha. Lastly I only have 2 suggestions (not critics!) One is that the hotel should offer its guests discounts when spending in its F&B outlets. This would make guests feel special when inviting a friend for a drink in the hotel property. Even 5% is good. Another is to install a mirror in the gym. Gym lovers like to see what they are doing wrong :) Thank you Team for providing me such a good time in Lisbon!

Fantastic hotel. The only one that managed to combine nature in the heart of Lisbon. Very good. Congratulations!

The first room had a minor pipe leak, and the hotel promptly arranged a new room for us. The service was excellent.

Great hotel !! Close from metro station, and the room was very clean, nice equipments, amenities, and the bedding was super comfortable. The service/staff during check in felt a bit unfriendly - he didn't explain about the hotel facilities so we found out at the very end that there was a gym and outdoor area.

The hotel facilities are fantastic, the bed is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. They also provide free drinking water, and the bathroom is large and spacious. The location is superb, with public transportation available to both the airport and major attractions.

A nice small hotel with delicious breakfasts. The room had a coffee car. There is a lobby bar downstairs where you can eat and drink a glass of wine in the evening. Clean and change towels every day. Near the hotel a big park. There is a large shopping mall with a food store and a food court in 10 minutes. The metro is 15 minutes walk, a taxi parking near the hotel. Above the hotel, planes are constantly low and we liked it. The parrots were often observed from the window. The hotel left a good impression.

I was very pleased with my stay in this hotel, with staff who are perfect and super-performing, especially a staff member called ”Filomena” who was very sympathetic. 
The hotel was cleaned very well, they cleaned the room every day with a very caprich. 
The only negative point in this hotel is the noise isolation of the rooms, I stayed in a room in front of the motorway and the noise of cars and aircraft was very unpleasant at night. 
The breakfast was excellent and very varied. 
Hotels are aestheticly preserved and beautiful!

Loved the room - spacious and the bed was really big. Room was also clean - though the shower screen had some issues and water kept spilling on to the floor. Amenities and facilities were also great - rooftop bar and pool should stay open later than 6pm!

The room overlooked the sea, and the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was superb. The staff even offered us welcome champagne when we checked in, which was a lovely and warm gesture.

Metro close by and you never have to wait long. The breakfast is basic (no nice coffee) and we didn't find the fruit salad that good.
Friendly staff

The room has excellent natural light, and the location is fantastic. The service attitude is also top-notch. I'll definitely choose to stay at SANA again when I come back to Berlin! It's about a five-minute walk to the subway station, and it's very quiet at night. The in-room coffee machine is also super good.

The hotel is super. We had a very nice small apartment with bedroom, beautiful bathroom with bathtub and washing machine (Bosch Serie8!). The kitchen line is also very high quality. The wellness area with a small pool in the upper floor is very beautiful. The staff was always very nice, hifsy, premature and deserves a rugxhty thick praise! We have felt very well, liked to come back and have recommended it again. Only a shortage (but the hotel cannot do anything): there are no free parking in the surroundings.

We booked spontaneously, just 60 minutes before arrival. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Unfortunately, it overlooked the courtyard, where there was an empty building and its ventilation system. It was very, very noisy at night. Otherwise, everything was great. The breakfast was outstanding.
