We arrived but couldn't check-in on time. The first receptionist told us that we'd have to wait 10-15 minutes from the check-in time. Then, we finally checked in, but our luggage was nowhere to be found even after 2hr of wondering about outside of the hotel. Afterwards, my husband went down to the reception and was told to look for the luggage himself because the first receptionist who told us the luggage would be right up had somehow lost the tag somewhere. 

The initial impression was not great, there were many customers to be served, but we didn't feel respected. However, I want to say thank you to this receptionist (sorry, forgot your name) for paying attention to our needs (that the others couldn't). Thank you for treating us a little champagne!

This is my first time staying at Sana Hotel. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The service is very good, warm and courteous. The service in the restaurant is also very good. The hotel buffet also has many types and tastes good. When I checked out, the products were still on the first floor. I bought some specialties, and they feel pretty good!

The hotel is conveniently located- quite close to the airport. The rooms are well equipped and although quite small still very comfy. The design is modern and elegant. The staff is super professional. We will be coming back!

We booked twin beds, which is perfect for older kids who need to sleep separately from the adults; it would also be great for a family of four if the kids were younger. The main advantage is the convenient location of the shopping area downstairs, making it easy to find Chinese restaurants, and it's also very close to Ocean Park.

Without box tissue provide at the room. 
Not enough power socket area at the desk area.
The toilet is small and not convenience to hold anything inside.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast offered a decent variety. However, the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly and was never fixed during my stay. The hotel is also a bit far from the old town, costing about 11 euros by Uber.

Loved the room - spacious and the bed was really big. Room was also clean - though the shower screen had some issues and water kept spilling on to the floor. Amenities and facilities were also great - rooftop bar and pool should stay open later than 6pm!

The park is right next to it and it is in the center with a good bridge. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. The room was small and warm. It was a hotel that I wanted to come back to a satisfactory stay.

Enjoyed my 8 nights at the Sana Capitol.  Amazing breakfast buffet selections and very attentive dining room staff.  Room was very clean,  great hot water pressure in shower and bed was comfortable.  Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant, in particular David and the maintenance guy who fixed the safe (battery died and then code jammed).  Hotel is well situated to Metro, Ave de Liberdad, Continente supermarket and local restaurants and coffee shops. More reasonable in price that the larger Epic Sana, across the street.
Will be back for another 6 nights later this year. Made my 1st trip to Portugal very engoyable.

An email will be sent to you a week before check-in to prepare for the guests, such as fruit, snacks, pillows, room decoration in European style, mineral water, bubble water every day, pillow requirements can be prepared in advance, breakfast according to the requirements of a five-star hotel for the guests, it is very convenient to go to the city center attractions, Continue to stay again

We booked 4 nights in this hotel. The service and the staff were really nice. Fresh orange juice service everyday ;)
The room was spacious and clean. A nice big shower and some free water was very nice. 
The only minus was no air-conditioning. The room felt very warm on the 6th floor even though it was not that warm outside in May. The window could be opened but because the room was on the front the traffic was very loud in the night.

Had a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here. Maybe not in the warm months in Summer.

The hotel is super. We had a very nice small apartment with bedroom, beautiful bathroom with bathtub and washing machine (Bosch Serie8!). The kitchen line is also very high quality. The wellness area with a small pool in the upper floor is very beautiful. The staff was always very nice, hifsy, premature and deserves a rugxhty thick praise! We have felt very well, liked to come back and have recommended it again. Only a shortage (but the hotel cannot do anything): there are no free parking in the surroundings.

Pleasant, calm atmosphere, but they didn't warn us before arriving at the hotel or at the time of booking that the pool was damaged due to the storm, so we couldn't enjoy the space itself. Excellent service, the room should have had the ability to install apps on the television such as Netflix or YouTube.
