I enjoyed the afternoon tea snacks, and the breakfast selection looked abundant, but unfortunately, I had early starts for concerts on both days of my stay and didn't get to try it.

Environment: This stay exceeded my expectations! The ambiance was elegant and not noisy.

Facilities: Very good.

Cleanliness: Decent.

Service: The service was attentive but not intrusive during my two-day stay. They upgraded my room and even provided a foot bath bucket and laundry/drying service. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure, definitely worth revisiting multiple times!

Nanning is truly a city worth visiting, and this hotel is fantastic.

I didn't like independent hotels before because I thought everything was bad, but after coming to this hotel, it completely changed my perception. Whether it is the hotel environment, hygiene, or soundproofing, I couldn't fault it. The front desk was also very enthusiastic and considerate. All in all, it was very good. ,great! Special mention to hotel manager Ye, the service is great!

The service was satisfactory and the stay was comfortable. It is also very close to the business district and the scenic spots of Qingxiu Mountain. It is recommended for those who come to visit. After leaving the hotel, I left the pad in the hotel. The front desk responded promptly and mailed it. It was a good review.

This hotel left little to be desired, both in terms of cleanliness and service. We stayed right around the National Day holiday, and the price was reasonable. Our room was on a good floor, and the staff, from the elevator area to the service personnel, were all very welcoming. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no one at the entrance to help with luggage. The hotel itself has a very stylish design, and bottled water is readily available for guests in all public areas.

However, the hotel is located in a commercial area near office buildings, so the convenience store downstairs was closed, and the area isn't usually very lively. Ordering takeout wasn't very convenient.

There was a small incident: I accidentally bumped myself in the hotel and asked the front desk if they had any alcohol disinfectant. They had just run out and purchased some, and then thoughtfully reimbursed me for it. They also followed up with some caring gestures during check-out the next day, which I found very heartwarming.

I was here for a business trip, and the room was quite spacious. The lady at the front desk was also very thorough with her explanations. I'd definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nanjing.

It was my first time staying at Youyi and I felt it was okay. Whether it was the front desk or the restaurant or guest room, the waiters were very polite and greeted me proactively. They were very well-mannered. The restaurant had a good environment with both indoor and outdoor areas. The breakfast was rich and full of local characteristics. It was a good experience and I will pay attention to Youyi in the future.
