Krabi Town Hotels with Gym

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the facilities exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to New and Hakim, who made my stay truly memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a huge difference. They were always welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The entire staff provided excellent service, and the warm atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I look forward to returning and would gladly stay here again.

The accommodation was clean and the atmosphere was great. It felt peaceful and private, even with foreign guests around, it wasn't overly noisy. It was a perfect getaway. The room was spacious, and we stayed in one with a private pool. The price was not expensive compared to other places. The pool was large enough to swim in, and at 170cm deep, it was just right. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting, and the walkways were easy to navigate. I loved it and it was convenient to get around.

I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it! As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, I'm quite good at choosing rooms! All the drinks and snacks in the room are complimentary! They even provide extra bottles of water! The breakfast quality is excellent, super delicious, even better than the Holiday Inn next door! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Service: The service here is fantastic, the staff are all very nice and always smiling. Facilities: The pools are great for swimming, there are several, and even a slide, which the kids absolutely loved. The massages are also very good and not expensive, and the therapists are skilled. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean. Even the trash cans are spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. The management is very professional. Although the room is a bit older, it's very clean and comfortable!

The hotel service was great! For a room rate of just over 200, what more could you ask for? The hotel itself is a bit old, and the first floor was quite damp, but everything else was good. Especially the front desk staff and the bellhops were very kind. They even helped us take our luggage to the pier without any extra charge, which was really thoughtful. Phi Phi Island is beautiful and definitely worth staying a few days. The Ae Fish BBQ near the hotel was delicious, and there are so many cats on Phi Phi Island!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Stay at Sofitel Krabi We have had the most wonderful stay at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful — peaceful, luxurious and surrounded by stunning scenery. The grounds are immaculate, the swimming pool is incredible, and there is such a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. It really feels like a true escape. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we have encountered has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The service has genuinely made such a difference. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spacious, and the whole resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a real attention to detail that you would expect from Sofitel. The breakfast is also excellent, with a great choice of food and something for everyone. However, there were not many vegetarian options available, so it would be wonderful to see a wider selection of vegetarian dishes. This is only a small point, though, and certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, we have absolutely loved our time here. Sofitel Krabi is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Krabi. We stayed here for our honeymoon. I mentioned it beforehand, and they decorated the bed for a honeymoon event, though there was no room upgrade. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. It's not super close. The shuttle bus only runs 3-4 times a day, so we mostly walked. However, many tours depart from Ao Nang, so the overall location wasn't bad. There are many Indian and Muslim guests. Perhaps because of this, the breakfast and hotel food seemed to cater to their tastes. The Pad Thai at the hotel's Da Vino restaurant is truly delicious, so you must try it. However, the food takes a very long time to arrive. The prices are also a bit high; we ate there twice, and it cost 1,200 baht and 1,800 baht. Upon check-in, they offer orange juice as a welcome drink. The female staff member at the front desk with long black hair tied in a low ponytail was incredibly friendly and proactive, which left a lasting impression. She seemed to work with a real sense of dedication. The room is small. It's not large and the facilities are more akin to a 4-star rather than a 5-star hotel. The finishing touches and bathroom seemed a bit lacking. The bed was comfortable. Sandals and pool towels are provided. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps are simple. The hand wash is a bit far from the sink, which is an odd design. Crucially, the Wi-Fi worked well on my phone but I couldn't connect my laptop, which was inconvenient. On our last day, after checking out, we visited Railay Beach. The hotel has separate shower rooms in the lobby, so we could shower even after checking out. I think this is a really big advantage of this hotel. Also, a staff member named Mu was very kind. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would stay here again if I came back. There are many other better places. However, for a one-time experience, I think it's good.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely flawless! The hotel's pool and dinner service were also excellent. You don't even need to leave the hotel all day, and you can still enjoy the most beautiful sunset. It's truly the best choice for a hotel in Krabi!

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so it's ideal if you have a rental car. Otherwise, there's not much dining available within a 5km radius. The hotel facilities are also quite old; the air conditioning is too noisy and doesn't cool very well. However, the hotel boasts its own private beach, and the scenery there is absolutely stunning. The best part is that there aren't many guests, which creates a wonderful, relaxed holiday vibe. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide great service. Each child's breakfast costs 350 Thai Baht per day, which feels a bit expensive, as the breakfast selection isn't extensive and is quite ordinary. The breathtaking beach views and the quiet, uncrowded atmosphere make it well worth it!

The room was clean and comfortable, with soft pillows and a wonderfully bouncy bed. The room was also very well soundproofed, so the construction noise from the ongoing renovations didn’t affect my stay at all. However, I was a little disappointed that almost every area of the hotel was being renovated, leaving very few beautiful spots for photos, which I had been looking forward to. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by the excellent service from the reception team. The only area I feel could use improvement is the fitness center, as it looks quite old and could benefit from a renovation. Perhaps I visited during the wrong season, but I hope to return during the high season when the renovations are complete, so I can enjoy the beautiful photo spots I missed this time. I’m already looking forward to visiting again! 💕

The location is great, not far from Ao Nang beach and within walking distance, with restaurants all along the way. The pool is large, and the room is spacious and clean with a bathtub. Overall, it's good, but I have to deduct points for the staff's service. I also work in a hotel. My male friend and I came here for a vacation, thinking this place was good. That night, we came back from outside a little past midnight, about to enter the hotel to rest. A large, female staff member spoke to us in a tone that was inappropriate for guests. She asked which room we were in. We told her the room number. Then she asked if we had an ID. We said we had a reservation. She just replied, ”Oh,” and walked away without apologizing. I told my friend, and he said it was very rude. I wasn't okay with it because I also work in customer service. I treat my customers well because I expect to receive good service from staff as well. I want to say that no matter who the customer is, you are a service staff member, and your words have an impact. We didn't report it to the front desk because we were in a hurry to check out and go somewhere else. Everything else was fine, but if I were to stay here again, I'd pass for now.
