The location is amazing, there are many shops nearby and the metro station is a short walk away. The cleanliness is okay, it is liveable, but as far as I am aware there weren't many facilities. One of the staff was very rude, she did not even say anything even though I spoke to her in Chinese, she just pounded on the door in the morning to ask for my passport. It wasn't a knock, it sounded like someone was trying to break down my door, which scared the **** out of me. If she has a hearing or speaking disability I would be okay, but I heard her speaking to other people so I'm not sure what was up with that. Room is very small, and there's no closet but they do provide hangers. No water provided in rooms as well so be aware of that. Overall, if you are just staying for a night or two it's fine, I stayed for 3 nights which is a bit too much for a room that size. However, given the cost, I would say it is fair given the location.

I found a treasure youth hostel in Hangzhou. The new store has no formaldehyde. The environment and decoration are very good. It is simple and elegant. The most important thing is that the atmosphere in the store is very good. They organize table games and foreign friends. There are pianos 🎹, guitars 🎸, and two cute kittens. The front desk lady is very beautiful. The young man is serious about his work. The cleaning auntie’s service is very good. In addition to the staff in the store, the guests staying in the hotel are also easy to get along with. There are many young people with very high quality. The transportation is also convenient. It is very close to the West Lake and has a high cost-effectiveness. I strongly recommend Hangzhou Jianzhi Erqi. Sisters who can’t find a suitable place to stay in Hangzhou can feel free to go to this place. Sisters who come to travel and play can also go to this place. It really feels good.

The.staff here, despite not speaking ANY English were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful, and genuinely tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The girl and boy who checked me in did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Bed large and comfortable. AC did leak water into the room a couple of times, do hope that will be fixed. When checking out presented with a snack and small soft toy, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

The hardware is top-notch, and other guests have already described it, so I won't repeat it. I just want to say that I, a full-time mother who worries about everything at home every day, finally have the ”feeling of being a child” here. Whether it is daily necessities or three meals a day, I am taken care of in various ways. This is the highest level of home-like feeling. I have traveled half of the world and experienced countless N-star hotels and homestays. The ”active service” awareness of each staff member here still makes me sigh. For example, when drinking afternoon tea, I casually said to my husband, ”The room card is a little insensitive, I will go to the front desk to swipe it later.” The sister passing by immediately responded: ”Sister, I will take it for you to deal with it.” For example, seeing that my child is relatively large, she will take the initiative to ask ”Do you want to add a staple food for breakfast (free)?” The word ”active” is difficult to evaluate with KPI. If you do it, it is really rare. Maybe some people think the price is not attractive enough, but my experience is: in addition to the hardware, I see the labor cost and quality behind the excellent service: there are eight rooms in total, and when I step out of the door in the morning, there are seven employees who respond to guests' needs at any time. Breakfast is freshly made, and the quality of fruits, snacks and drinks is obvious... In short, one word: worth it! It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Clean and comfortable bed and shower, has basic amenities that is sufficient for a solo traveller and short stay. However they do not provide bottled water daily during housekeeping and when I asked at the front desk they said it was chargeable at additional cost, which is rare for a hotel in China. Location is near Wulin street and west lake.

Deluxe Room with Three Beds Good hotel, value for money. We arrived in the city much earlier at 8 am, although we checked in only at 2 o'clock, we found out at the reception if our room was free and if we could check in earlier, but the room we rented was still occupied and as soon as people moved out of the room, it was immediately very quickly removed and prepared for new tenants, It was very fast and at 10 am we were already in our room. Also, at the reception, we were allowed to leave our personal belongings while we went on business. 👌👍
