I was on a business trip to Hangzhou and booked the Hampton by Hilton Zhuantang through Ctrip.com on the recommendation of a friend. The beautiful lady Chen at the front desk was gentle, beautiful, attentive and thoughtful. She patiently booked me a room for the next day. The room is clean and tidy, and the overall feeling is very elegant and warm. It's not noisy at all when sleeping at night, and there are robots for service. It's very private and makes your stay safe and secure. The customer manager Xiao Jiang’s after-sales service and considerate greetings made me feel that I must stay here again next time I come, and I will also recommend it to my friends who often come to Hangzhou!

The hotel is great, the front desk lady Xiaohei and Xiaobai service is warm, and the tea is very intimate when checking in. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, and the toiletries were all available. It is recommended!

The reception at the hotel is warm and there are questions and answers! Easy to travel, there are nucleic acid points nearby! Living is very comfortable, there is an elevator, and the cleaning aunt cleans it every day! There is also a place to dry after laundry! There is free parking! The environment is beautiful, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows open to a wide balcony. It’s really pleasant to stand on the balcony in the early morning, looking at the green mountains and listening to the chirping of birds. The guy at the front desk is very nice, gentle and attentive. My son said he was dissatisfied. After checking out at noon, we waited for the car to pick us up in the lobby. We ordered takeout on the way. After eating, we collected the garbage and prepared to throw it away, but we couldn't find the trash can. We asked a young lady waiter, but she was very unhappy. The son said: Our trash can is full, you can't throw it here. What I want to say is that even if I don’t clean it up, it should be fine if I put it on the table. How could I do this to a child? In such a hot weather, he had to take the garbage outside the hotel and throw it away. This was only told to me later. I really feel that not everyone is kind

A few tens of meters downstairs is a shopping mall. There are a lot of food and drink in it. It is quite good. It is also close to the subway station and the transportation is convenient.

The room is very neat and clean, and the location is good. The deluxe double room is quite large, and there is a tatami-style area for four people to drink tea. Room 01, in particular, is much larger, and there is a rooftop An area for drinking tea and chatting. The restaurant inside has a good business, the price is slightly higher, the average price is more than 200 per person, and there are about 7 surrogate drivers waiting at the door at night.

GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

WWangThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.

The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

HHui QiHotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up. Breakfast options at the hotel was a good spread and restaurant staff was friendly, helpful and thoughtful providing suggestions where we can go and also packed some food for our trip for the day.

MMG LeeThis hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

GGuest UserLet's talk about the good side first: the overall environment is good, the barbecue is good, it is a good place to camp and watch the sunset, it is very pastoral style.
Areas that need improvement: 1. The fruit plate was ordered and confirmed repeatedly, but it was not delivered in the end 2. There are many insects, and I encountered four or five ** insects and spiders crawling in the curtains and door cracks. 3. The bathtub can't hold water, so it's a waste of such a large bathtub. I put water in it for several hours, and finally found that the bathtub plug is not firm at all and can't block the water. 4. There is a lot of humidity, and the quilt and pillow have a musty smell 5. The room is generally old 6. The data cable actually needs to scan the code to pay for charging, which is a lesson for me
