Because I left Hangzhou from South Station in the early morning, I booked a hotel very close to South Station. This Home Inn is really convenient! It takes only a few minutes to walk to South Station, and the subway station is also there, which is great~ There is a shopping mall in People's Square two or three stops ahead, which is convenient for eating and drinking. My room is not noisy~ The hygiene is also very good~ The attitude of the room and front desk staff is also very good! Especially the front desk, the few young ladies I met are really enthusiastic! Although there are not too many types of breakfast, it is also very good (ps There is a steamed thing in the breakfast that looks like eight-treasure rice and glutinous rice. It is really delicious. I came back and thought about searching what it is and wanted to buy it to eat, but I didn’t find it hahahaha) In short, the cost performance is very high~

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

Overall the experience was wonderful - living in the RV caravan at the edge of the lake, awakening to birds singing in the trees, even in winter and really becoming one with nature. The staff are very friendly and helpful and plan many extra activities like arts, crafts a games on the lawn. What was a real disappointment was the price of the food - it's really expensive. It tasted very good but taste alone does not justify the prices. We will go again, particularly in summer and autumn, but will need to budget for the food costs.

is quite nice to overnight at here for the next day morning transit...is budget & clean hotel to stay for a few hours....we didnt call hotel to pick us at airport during arrival because we using roaming...but we use their free shuttle van from hotel to airport...is very good to hv this service because is hard to call didi during early morning...will visit again next time..because flight delay cant hv time to go around...

That such a good hotel, I don’t understand why the price is so cheap. It’s really a good place to stay when you are traveling in Hangzhou. So clean, the room is quite large, the staff is helpful, and the view…is stunning❤️
