Hotels near Yuanhua Shopping Mall, Hangzhou

Environment: Located very close to West Lake and Yintai ~ You can walk there ~ The distance advantage is great ❤️ Facilities: Not bad ~ Not very new ~ But not old either ❤️ Sanitation: At least everywhere you go ~ Everything visible to the naked eye is very clean ❤️~ Service: The service staff and cleaning lady are very enthusiastic ~ First time in Hangzhou ~ This hotel is actually the best ~ It is very close to West Lake, Yintai, and Gonglian ❤️~ Breakfast is pretty good ~

Treasure Hotel by the West Lake has an elegant environment and convenient transportation. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the front desk staff Xiao Deng and Xiao Chen provide considerate and meticulous service. The main attractions around are within walking distance, making it an excellent choice for travel and vacation.

We arrived there around 8 o’clock in the morning, knowing that it’s not check-in time until 2 o’clock in the afternoon. We appreciated they let us keep the luggage. And we were told that the room would be ready around noon. However, even though we got back to the hotel after 2 o’clock in the afternoon, the room was still not ready. We needed to wait for over 30 minutes. Another day, after we went out and got back to the room, it was like half-cleaned and half-tidied. Anyway, things we like about this hotel are the location and giveaway bottled water at the elevator waiting area. It’s so close to the West Lake. And the reception staff are helpful.

Checked in twice on different dates, stayed fifth floor but different rooms. First room had a bigger shower room. Bottled of mineral water were provided daily. Comb, slippers, toothbrush were all provided. There was hair dryer provided as well. Hotel location is very convenient. It’s just right at the HuBinLu Walking Street with many shops, cafe and food choices. It’s also within walking distance to the famous attraction West Lake. Bus stop and mrt nearby too! Strongly recommend! Will come back and stay in the future. The male front office officer (surname Shen) was very attentive to our needs throughout the entire stays on different occasions. Also special thanks to the female front office officer on duty on 25/12 noon who did the check-out for us (can’t remember her name but it was two character on name tag). Her service standard was superb!

I feel like the room is decorated well but the cleanliness is not in standard quality. On my second night,I found out there is a slipper dirt mark in the cover blanket. But they send someone to change the mattress right away.The location is very convenient. Breakfast is not bad.

The location of hotel is easy to find and the staff at front desk is lovely. Checked-in process was quick. There’s no toothbrush in the room but can ask it from the front desk. Room’s big compared with the price so we designed to have the other night here too. But we found the small cockroach,used tissue be hide room front door and the hair on shampoo dispenser.

i have used this place for a few years now, whenever i come to hangzhou. the reason is, the location is perfect, only a 5 minute ride from west lake. the price is really reasonable and the design of the rooms is both pretty and unique (they also have additional amenities like a washing machine and small kitchen, plus a seating area and fantastic views of the city). but most of all, by far and away the main reason to come is the staff. it doesnt matter what time of day or night, or whatever the problem or request is, they are only to happy to fix it. being a foreigner, communicating online makes it far easier for me and with their help the whole travel experience is smooth, pleasant and comfortable. i really couldn't praise them enough - fantastic!

It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.
