Hotels near Heping Fandian in Shanghai

"The most perfect trip! As a century-old hotel, the entire building is steeped in history. For those of us living in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region, the Peace Hotel holds a certain allure, and this trip truly allowed me to experience the most perfect hotel on the Bund. Facilities: Renovated 10 years ago, the facilities are continually updated and far from outdated, creating an overall convenient and comfortable stay. Hygienics: Perfect. Environment: The surroundings speak for themselves. Step downstairs and you're on the pedestrian street, turn your head and you see the 'Three Tall Buildings' (Lujiazui Financial District). The convenience this brings is unparalleled. The hotel also has a rich Republic of China era ambiance, making it incredibly photogenic. Service: Perfect! They even sent a small cake as it was almost my birthday! Thanks to Alexander for the excellent service; he meticulously introduced all the room facilities on our way up and was very thoughtful upon our departure. Food: We dined at both the Dragon & Phoenix Restaurant and the Western restaurant. Overall, the prices are quite high, but the food was good, especially the拌面 (ban mian - tossed noodles), which was exceptionally delicious. We went to the Jazz Bar to listen to the elderly jazz band and resident singer – you could genuinely listen all night, it was so pleasant and relaxing. Additionally, the view from the Cathay Room Bar terrace is unbeatable. Tourists can visit during operating hours, but if you're staying at the hotel, you can go anytime without needing to make a purchase."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the location is absolutely fantastic — very convenient for exploring the city. There are just two areas that I think could be improved. First, when me & my daughter came to the hotel with 3 bif lugguages, the bell staff did not assist with carrying our luggage, which was a little disappointing Second, I found the bathroom quite stuffy as there was no proper ventilation or exhaust fan. Improving the ventilation would make the room much more comfortable."

"Traveling alone with my 6-year-old daughter, I was truly touched by the warmth of the service here. The front desk staff upgraded our room for free during check-in, and they even provided a thermometer when we needed one in the middle of our stay. When it was time to leave, the front desk was so kind as to help me tie my daughter's hair, something I'm not good at. All the front desk staff were wonderful, and they even prepared a little gift for my daughter when we checked out."

"My recent trip to Shanghai was a short one, so I chose this newly opened boutique hotel in the Bund area. The location is absolutely fantastic; as soon as you step out, you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Peace Hotel, and the Peninsula Hotel, with Nanjing East Road just around the corner. The hotel room itself has a wonderful old Shanghai style, is fully equipped, and features a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The towels were large and soft. Both the service and cleanliness were top-notch. I especially commend the front desk staff – they were responsive, patient, and efficient with every request. In the evening, the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the Bund at night, creating an incredible atmosphere! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai."

"The location is excellent, right by the Bund. It's also super convenient if you're coming for a visa appointment, as the office is just across the street, a short walk away. Plus, the front desk service deserves a special mention – they personally brought up my takeout, and I even received a small gift when I checked out!"

"The location is convenient for families with children and elderly parents. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms and facilities are clean, the staff is highly professional, and the views from the upper floor windows are magnificent."

"Excellent location and perfect after a long day of exploring. We enjoyed our stay at Yitel Premium in Shanghai. The location was excellent, right on Nanjing Pedestrian Road, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city and getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the bed with the adjustable 0-gravity position and massage function. After spending long days walking around Shanghai, coming back to the hotel and relaxing in that bed was fantastic! The room was comfortable and the hotel was a very convenient base for sightseeing. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so we can’t comment on the breakfast. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Shanghai."

"Hotel location on the crowded area The room was clean, though not impeccably so; there was a fair amount of dust on the air conditioning vents, and the room had a slight musty odor. Although we specifically chose a room with a window, the one we received faced the building's interior, offering no view of the outside."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 300 meters from Nanjing East Road Metro Station. It's incredibly convenient to take Metro Line 2 or Line 10 to the railway station and the airport. This time, we stayed in the Little Bumblebee Slide Tent room, which came with its own slide – my child absolutely loved it! 💕 The room design was very playful and child-friendly, and our overall stay was fantastic. It's definitely my top choice for traveling with kids; I highly recommend it! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful too, always offering assistance with our luggage."

"The pillows and bed at Atour are incredibly comfortable! The room is also super clean, all the facilities are new and convenient. The shower has great water pressure, and the temperature adjustment is very smooth. The button design is simple, clear, and easy to use. The TV is convenient for both turning on and casting. I slept so well, it was a joy to return to the hotel every day! The breakfast was exceptionally delicious – who knew the best dishes and fruits I had in Shanghai would be at the hotel? There was a good variety too, and the scallion oil noodles were amazing. The front desk staff were super enthusiastic, check-in was really fast, and the process was simple and clear. They always had a great attitude whenever I saw them, and were quick to respond if I needed any help. Plus, the hotel's location is unbeatable – it's incredibly close to the subway station, Nanjing East Road, and The Bund, but not too noisy. It's convenient for getting anywhere!"
