"Great experience at the Atour Light Shanghai Wijiaochan Wanda Plaza!! A true hospitality experience in Shanghai! Special thanks to the front desk staff- 江㤈. She went beyond her duties as a front desk clerk, she helped me checkout with patient and care. She also helped booked a taxi and made sure I was able to get my ride safely. So thankful for her help! She is a great example of what a people person and hospitality is all about!"

"Stepping into the hotel lobby, the decor was very relaxed and comfortable. The lobby was bright, the room was spacious, the bedding was clean and cozy, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. A big thank you to the on-duty supervisors, Echo, Eleanor, and Kiko, for their proactive assistance. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Shanghai next week!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay for Business Travelers I had a great experience staying at Shanghai Wujiaochang INNO Chuangzhi Atour X Hotel. Although the hotel doesn’t offer extensive facilities, it is an excellent choice for business travelers. The biggest advantage is its strategic location. It is very convenient for attending meetings in the surrounding office buildings and business district, which saved me a lot of travel time. The hotel is also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spotless and provided everything I needed for a productive business trip. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive. Whether at the front desk or the laundry room, the staff always greeted me with a smile and were willing to assist whenever needed. Their hospitality really made my stay much more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Shanghai for work. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a convenient location and outstanding customer service, this is definitely a great option."

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, which saved a lot of travel time. The room environment was clean and tidy, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the internet speed was stable and fast. The surroundings were quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the amenities nearby were complete. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended."

"Excellent service, I'll definitely be back. The hotel even has a pool table and arcade games, which is perfect for young people like us. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, and the ingredients are fresh. It's also super close to the subway station, right next to a university."

"I've always loved staying at Atour. The rooms, especially in a city like Shanghai where space is at a premium, are genuinely quite spacious and impeccably clean. The service is also very warm and welcoming. We arrived late with my daughter, and they even upgraded our room type for us. I ordered breakfast last minute in the morning, and they didn't charge me for it – truly commendable! Plus, takeaways are delivered directly to the room door by a robot, which made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable."

"The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to walk everywhere. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a tatami room, which was perfect for our baby as we didn't have to worry about them falling off the bed. The room was quite spacious; it comfortably accommodated our two adults and two babies with no issues at all. The breakfast was also delicious. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back again!"

"I was studying at the School of Management on Fudan University's Zhengli campus, and this hotel was perfectly located. It's incredibly close to the campus, just a block's walk away, which made my stay very convenient and comfortable."

"The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly well-trained and thoughtful staff. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours, and the front desk attendant kindly offered me hot water. When I checked out, a staff member helped me with my luggage. Receiving packages was also very convenient; some were delivered to the hotel's luggage room, while others were placed in a very nearby parcel locker. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a market, many breakfast spots, supermarkets, and pharmacies all close by. My only minor complaint is that my room on the fifth floor had a slightly damp smell and wasn't very bright."

"The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. It's less than 400 meters from the subway station, and the price was great. The facilities are new, including an instant hot water dispenser, a smart toilet, and a small washing machine. A really excellent experience!"
