Hotels near Carrefour Sunset Road in Bali

Stayed in the family room for 13 nights with my husband, with breakfast included. Plenty of space to move around, Very clean. Great aircon 2 in the room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good plenty of options to choose from. Booked a standard room on last day due to late flight. It was a lot smaller only enough room to walk around the bed. Very clean and cosy if your only there to sleep. Water pressure is great. Only downside theres no pool. At $36 a night for family room and $19 a night for standard and $4.50 for breakfast its a fantastic budget option. Will probably stay again. 15mins walk to kuta beach, 10mins to Legion, 15mins walk to Trans studio was great.

We absolutely loved this hotel. For its price point, it's one of the best options around. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The most surprising and amazing thing about this place was the incredible breakfasts. If breakfast is included in your stay, you're essentially getting culinary masterpieces almost for free! They're à la carte, and you get to choose one hot drink (tea or coffee), one juice, a small selection of fruit, and a main dish from the menu. Everything was incredibly delicious. The rooms were quite clean and spacious, and came with all the necessary toiletries. There's also a small pool on-site. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The only downside was that the internet wasn't always great, sometimes it was quite poor, so it's probably best to have mobile data.

I liked the hotel overall but every day they had a BBQ which filled the whole grounds with smoke. I got a pool room so I could swim when ever but was not able to due to the smoke. I could not breathe from triggered asthma. They offered to move me but it didn't help the situation at all.You come to a hotel to relax by the pool and we could not enjoy the facilities due to the whole hotel filled with smoke. Even if i didn't swim I still had to walk through it to get to my room. I have travelled for 40 years and never experienced a hotel like that. It wouldn't matter where the BBQ is cooked for the few people having it. Cook elsewhere than fill.the whole grounds with smoke. Cook it on gas than ruin the other guests holiday. Very disappointing. Now I'm home I'm still suffering from the smoke inhalation. The mosquito's were crazy also we couldn't sit at the pool bar either due to swarms of mosquito's. Never been at a hotel in all of Asia like that. Even at the pool chairs was swarms.

We stayed 7 nights for our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful holiday at Fairfield by Mariott Bali Kuta Sunset read. From the second we arrived the hotel, until the day we left, we was overwhelmed by the personal service and the effort the all the staff showed to make us feel welcome. When we booked the stay, we had expectations of a nice holiday of coz, but we never expected the staff treat us like they did. So genuine real, and so warm, always with a big smile. It made us feel really special, and it made our holiday perfect. The room was cleaned every day, and they fill up with coffee tea and water every day. They also offered laundry service. The breakfast buffet was great, and offered a wide and various selection of of local food, combined with traditional international food. And in the evening you had ala carte with everything from pizzas and burgers, to Indonesian and typical Asian dishes, for good prices. The location of this hotel is in a very silent area, either no traffic around. So there is no other attractions around, beside of a minor shopping centre with some restaurants located in same building as the hospital about 5 minutes walk from hotel reception. If you need to withdraw money, there is ATM in walking distance, on the opposite side of at sunset Road.. Taxi to Kuta beach with Bluebird Taxi cost ca 40.000 IDR If you need taxi, Always make sure to use Bluebird , since they always use meters.. There is other Taxi companies also, but they operate without meter, and they ask you to pay in dollars, and the price is often 5 times normal price. We can really recommend Fairfield by Marriott to other travellers , if you want to have a special and memorable stay in a luxurious but affordable hotel, this is where you stay in Kuta Bali.

Im making this review from m'y heart , im deeply thankful to all the staff , to the manager , thank you for being so nice . I stayed with my two sons for almost two weeks in this hotel and i'll surely bé back again if i ever go to bali . Thanks for helping me when i lost my phone , if i allowed them they would clean the room everyday oh my God thank you for doing your work with love ❤️. Absolutely loved the pool❤️❤️

Room cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amenities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reason: The breakfast menu lacked variety. I stayed here for quite a while and honestly got tired of the same hotel breakfast every morning. Room: Unfortunately, the room I was staying in had a strong smoke smell, so I had to move to room 205.

It’s very convenient as it’s situated in the center of Kuta. If u like walking, it’s a good exercise to connect the attractions while saving ur transportation. If to explore the attractions in Bali, you’re advised to book different locations of hotels to skip the heavy traffic.

The location is outside the tourist main areas, nice swimming pool, not crowded. Grab or rent a scooter. Kuta, Denpasar, Canggu at 20 to 30 minutes away. Breakfast is ok, not super big, but enough choice between western and Indonesian.

I enjoyed everything abt the hotel, from awesome and bright lobby that smelt nice, to my amazing room. Corridor was a bit warm but it was fine. Basin was leaking below but nothing a bin could not do to collect the dripping water. Hotel also provided water dispenser so we could refill water any time. There were welcome drinks which was super cold orange juice :) swimming pool was good too. The staff was polite and smiley - i love it! Good service. I would return when i am in Kuta!
