"The staff were responsive. However, the soundproofing in the rooms was non-existent. In the first room (second door after the elevators), we could hear every single elevator beep (multiple times per minute, like a doorbell). The staff moved us to a different room for the next day. Unfortunately, we ended up between two rooms of disrespectful young men who were shouting in the hallway and in their rooms (which we could hear because the soundproofing was still non-existent)."

"Little bit shock knowing the quality of this hotel; as common people heard the famous of Ibis' brand. I wont suggest my colleagues or friend stay here more than 1 day or in urgent conditions... Also.. With humble i suggest Ibis' management to concern about this by doing some 'change' because Bali will be Bali ✨😇"

"I stayed at the Harris Hotel as it was close to the Bali Dental 911. I noted the majority of guests appeared to be Indonesian business people, but as myself as a tourist, I found the facilities excellent. I made good use of the gym and pool which were very good. The restaurant/ cafe was also very good, delicious options and so reasonably priced. I should have dined there more often. All the staff, reception, room servicing, security, cafe, were very friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Dippa and his room service team for the special caring and friendly touches in servicing my room. Very clean and comfortable."

"As ex of KG employee, me and husband were shocked by the service and facilities in Amaris Teuku Umar. Start from the wifi (off), the breakfast, the surrounding, etc. Better if management decrease the tariff or give more service compare to the tariff. Fyi every night the noisy sound of nite club heared so louddddddd .. The CS said that its not come from inside hotel, but the building next to Amaris."

"The hotel is in a great city-centre location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The room description on Trip.com stated that the bed would be either a queen bed or twin beds, but we were instead given a king bed, even though we tried checking in as early as possible so that we can get a twin beds room. Bed type should be clearly specified and guaranteed during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings. The hotel's carpet is quite old and had a noticeable smell. In one of our rooms, the air conditioner appeared dusty and barely blew any air. However, after we contacted the front desk, the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated. The curtains were also not blackout curtains, allowing too much light into the room early in the morning. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were assigned a room next to the swimming pool. The soundproofing was also quite poor, and we could clearly hear people walking and talking along the corridor throughout the day and night, which affected our rest."

"I had a pleasant 3-night stay at Everyday Hotel Kuta Central. The room was comfortable, clean, and well suited for a short stay, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also convenient for getting around Kuta and exploring the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was good value for money and a comfortable place to stay. I would be happy to recommend Everyday Hotel Kuta Central to other travellers looking for a convenient and affordable stay in Kuta."

"Ramada Encore Seminyak is ok for the price point. Quiet and spacious hotel. A little off the main area, however on a positive note it’s quieter. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities provided including small kitchenette and larger fridge for convenience. Bed was comfortable and pleasant view over pool area. Pool area was fine, however rather hot in pool surroundings with water clean and pleasant for a refreshing swim. Breakfast taste and quality was mediocre, just passable, however ambiance not so pleasant due to busy during peak hours. All staff pleasant, friendly and professional at all times. The only detraction was the unsightly food trays being left outside rooms in the hallways for hours."

"We had a pleasant stay at Luminor Hotel Legian Seminyak. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel also offers convenient services such as motorbike rental and spa facilities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, although the nasi goreng was a bit dry and could be improved. The main issue during our stay was the elevator. Only one lift was operating, which caused long waiting times, especially during peak hours. This was quite inconvenient, and the hotel should prioritize fixing or maintaining the second elevator to improve the guest experience. Overall, the service was excellent, the facilities were good, and the location was fantastic. With the elevator issue resolved, this hotel would be an even better place to stay. We would consider coming back in the future."

"As a new building the cleanliness is gopd enough for local homestay in bali. I prefer to come back if they can maintain this cleanliness. The staff were very helpful but in this homestay isnt like other coliving you can imagine. No community, most of guest are daily check in guest, no interaction , the cowrking space area is very hotn(outdoor) and humid. But the wifi is great"

"This is an older hotel, so don't expect modern decor, but I was really happy with my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, which is what matters most to me. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The best part is the location—right in the middle of Denpasar, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Great value for money."
