"I think it is the best hostel ever. It’s very safe and cozy all staffs are friendly and helpful. You can book the diving package from the hotel. The breakfast is good one main course , bread , milk , pancakes and fruits. The toilet is very clean and the facilities are so good. There is a free shuttle bus for going to the beach randomly in each day if you want to go you can tell the staffs. The location is very easy to get some food and stuff. 5 minutes walks to 7-11. I love this hostel so much. I will come back again. The shuttle pick up from the pier is 100 bath per one way."

"We had a pleasant stay at Beach Club by Haadtien, but with mixed feelings. The location is beautiful: a lovely bay in a peaceful setting. The room itself was fine and we appreciated the daily fresh towels (both for the bathroom and the beach/pool) as well as the complimentary bottled water. The food in the restaurant is also good, although we found it relatively expensive by Thai standards. At the same time there are several aspects that, especially given the price of the hotel, should be better. The sound insulation is very poor: you can literally understand what your neighbours are saying, and music as well as footsteps from the rooms above or adjacent are clearly audible. This makes getting a good night’s sleep more a matter of luck than comfort. In addition, the sliding door to the balcony did not close properly, which affects both comfort and the efficiency of the air conditioning which I thought was a pity, especially on an island where energy use should be taken seriously. Housekeeping and general maintenance could also be improved. In this price range, you would not expect to find squashed mosquitoes on the walls. The property and the room show signs of wear and tear in several places, such as broken tiles and damage to the floor. There was also quite a bit of plastic on the beach, although we realise this may not be entirely within the hotel’s control. The shuttle service to the village is a nice addition, but having to reserve it a day in advance makes it less flexible than you would hope. Overall conclusion: A beautifully located hotel with a good foundation, but it falls short in several important areas given the price. For us, this would be a reason to consider other options next time. Overall, we did not feel it was worth the money."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. We stayed in the beachfront bungalows. The cove is beautiful, and you get a perfect view of the sunset. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities are quite run-down. The paint is peeling off the walls, the terrace railings are broken, the sheets are stained, and the cushion covers/towels are full of holes and torn. Our bungalow was infested with ants during our stay, and we saw a couple of cockroaches. Although, the insect issue is somewhat understandable given its location. The air conditioning works well, though it's quite noisy. The shower is also good. Don't be alarmed at night if you hear noises on the roof that sound like an animal running around (I've read some reviews about this); we discovered it was just tree branches scraping the roof. In fact, during the day, there was a man cutting huge branches from a tree that were falling onto our terrace. This definitely wasn't one of our best stays... and it wasn't super cheap either."

"The hotel has beautiful views and is close to lovely beaches. The breakfast isn't very varied, but you can find something to eat. At night, some sort of animal was running on the roof! I would return to this hotel again."

"This hotel has an excellent location, perched on top of a hill (the road up is very steep, if you can drive up here, you can drive anywhere on Koh Tao). It offers stunning views of Shark Bay and Chalok Bay. All the staff were friendly and provided great service, offering excellent recommendations. The food was delicious and the prices were comparable to those by the beach. Due to the lush greenery, you might encounter millipedes occasionally. There's also an outdoor shower available. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views, perfect for watching the sunset. They provide a shuttle service to the pier at set times and to Chalok Bay every half hour."

"Best experience ever, the location was nice, the room is splendid and the view, oh my gosh, awesome! Staff is nice, friendly, service are really good. I request a decoration in the room and they did it really nicely. One thing keep in mind is breakfast is mediocre, we are fine with it and the second day we just went out to have brunch in cafe in town instead. But this is so understandable. You need to have motorcycle to be able to comfortably traveling between hotel and the city, otherwise, it is a bit hussle if you need to wait for shutterbus."

"Booked two different rooms but all still applies. Probably, no, most definitely the best hotel stay/vacation I've ever had. Not sure where to start with the compliments. Rooms are amazing. Fantastically decorated and clean. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The snorkeling from the beach is spectacular with numerous fish to be seen including multiple parrot fish species as well as blacktip reef shark pups. But honestly the standout must be the staff. They are on another level. I cut my foot requiring stitches (my own do doing, nothing to do with the resort) and the staff were immediately there with a first aid kit and assistance to the nearest clinic; from incident to the clinic in about 15 minutes. For the next few days every staff member I encounteredf genuinely asked me how I'm doing and if they could help. I was really touched. Needless to say I've already booked and paid for my stay for next year. This place is truly incredible. I'd love to keep this place to myself but I had to write this review to praise them. Thank you for the best vacation of my life!!!"

"The room was definitely worth the price we paid. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful stays on Koh Tao. The staff were super friendly, and the pool had an amazing view as well. Such a perfect place to relax 🌊✨"

"My sister and I had an amazing first trip to Koh Tao! After a long overnight bus and ferry ride, we were exhausted upon arriving early in the morning. To our delight, the hotel staff texted us to let us know our room was ready well before official check-in, which was a huge relief. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was clean and came with convenient amenities, including complimentary beach towels, a tote bag, and snorkeling gear that we borrowed from reception to explore the east coast beaches. The front desk staff were wonderfully welcoming and offered excellent local recommendations for breakfast spots and day trips. Thanks to their help, we booked a full-day snorkeling excursion with Ocean Blue tour company and had an unforgettable experience exploring the island's underwater life. Highly recommended!"

"The resort was in a fabulous location! Close to all the shops and restaurants without being in the thick of things! Lovely restaurant with really excellent food for lunch and dinner. You can even dine on the beach if the tide is out, which was so beautiful during sunset! Breakfast was simple but the eggs were fresh and there was always good coffee, yummy bread and fruit.  The service was amazing. Our a/c went out one day and the staff fixed it within a half hour. Everything was clean and the pool was nice. Scooter rentals right at the hotel if you’re brave enough. 😉"
