"The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to the pickled vegetables served at breakfast, which we were told are personally stir-fried by the owner – they were absolutely delicious and perfect with rice! The hotel's surroundings are a foodie paradise for Chinese cuisine lovers in New York. It's also very close to City Hall and Flushing Meadows Corona Park. This is a cozy hotel that offers peace and quiet despite being in a bustling area. Highly recommended!"

"Good location - many eateries, restaurants and supermarkets, shopping malls nearby within walking distance. Subway 7 is straight line walking distance. Breakfast - plain porridge with pickles, bread, pastries, DIY waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruits and also hot and cold beverages. We enjoyed the food. Service - friendly staff especially the aunty-in-charge of breakfast. Hotel room - clean and neat. Bed was comfortable with clean bedding. Only eyesore thing is the few broken floor tiles around the centre in the toilet  (looked old broken tiles)and not sure why no repair."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me. I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train. Their luggage storage service is really good."

"This place was really good. The property was clean. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Parking is hard to find so dont leave after 9PM other wise you will have to park outside, which is not as secure."

"Getting to this hotel from JFK Airport was easy; I took the AirTrain and then either the subway or LIRR to the nearest station, which is just a short walk away. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are free. For breakfast, they offer bread, donuts, hamburgers, sausages, boiled eggs, and fruit. While the variety was limited and the menu was the same every day, it was a lifesaver in expensive New York. The room also had complimentary tea and coffee, and crucially, a refrigerator and microwave, which was great for heating up items I bought from a nearby Chinese supermarket. Getting to Manhattan cost $3 (as of February 2026) and involved a transfer on the subway. The hotel is close to LaGuardia Airport, so you can hear some noise from planes taking off and landing, but it wasn't too bothersome. Considering New York hotel prices, this place offers excellent value for money, and I had a comfortable stay."

"This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of Jamaica station, making it accessible even for late-night arrivals. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature modern amenities, while the breakfast is both hot and satisfying. I also appreciated that the refund was processed promptly on the day of checkout."

"Easy to get confused: This isn't the old Sheraton on Main Street, Flushing. This one is located on the north side of Northern Boulevard, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to reach the most central area. Regarding charges: · Luggage storage: If you store luggage after checking out, there's a $4 fee per item. It's advisable to sort this out before checking out. · Parking: Valet parking is around $35-40 per night, and free parking spots are hard to find nearby. · Deposit: A deposit (e.g., $100) is collected upon check-in. Remember to check if it's been refunded to your original payment method after check-out. Lack of amenities: A common issue with North American hotels, they don't provide slippers or toothbrushes, and there's no kettle in the room (but hot water and coffee are available in the lobby). Overall, this is a standard modern business hotel. The service (especially front desk communication in English) is generally well-regarded, though there are occasional complaints about service attitudes. If you prioritize staying in the heart of Flushing, it might not be the closest option. However, if you value a newer hotel, airport shuttle service, and convenient dining options nearby, it can be a very comfortable place to stay."

"I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is located in the bustling Chinatown area. While there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, this also drives up the room rates quite a bit. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited and the same every day. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, but unfortunately, there's no shuttle for JFK. I particularly want to thank the Chinese driver; he chatted with us the whole way and provided excellent service. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents and child, he even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. He also made sure to greet us at breakfast the next day."

"I stayed from. 28 Dec 2025 to 1 January 2026. My stay was amazing. I arrived in the airport and called the hotel for a transport pick up. The receptionist is friendly and assisted me immediately. At the check in. They were able to allow me to do an early check-in (11am) (subject to availability). Breakfast is nice. And they have gym and laundry area. The location of the hotel is convenient. Near a train station and there is also a bus stop 20 meters away from the hotel. Lastly, check out is fast and easy. I’ll definitely going to book another stay in this hotel if I am in New York."
