Visit here often for work. The location is fantastic and the staff are always helpful and nice. The staff that work the Starbucks cafe in the lobby Ali, and Goitom always great me with a warm hello and go above and beyond.

Great location and a very clean apartment. Absolutely no issues apart from the noise from the road which others have mentioned. Not an issue for us since we had earplugs and everything else makes up for that (e.g. warm radiators, being able to see aeroplanes at times from the window). Would definitely return.

The Copthorne and Millennium hotel is situated in Chelsea right by the side of Chelsea Football Club. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, so booking in was easy. The room was very clean and well decorated. It came with dressing gowns, temporary slippers, toothbrushes and paste, water, tea and coffee. The bedding was comfortable, both duvet and pillows. The room also had television, air conditioning, refrigerator and a safe. Charging points were also available. The en-suite bathroom and toilet was again, modern in design and very clean With the windows open some traffic noise can be heard. The breakfast menu was extensive with something for everyone. It’s self service buffet and the food was well presented. The staff too were friendly and efficient. The hotel also has a selection of bars.

First booking via trip.com . Very straightforward. The hotel was only a few minutes away from Euston. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Beds are very comfy and the room was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Late check out was a bonus and we could even leave our luggage at reception which was very handy. Would recommend and will definitely go back. This is a very big hotel and I was worried about noise level but we had a peaceful time.

We had a lovely stay at St Giles, London. Well located hotel, near to Tottenham Court Road Station, bus stops, supermarkets, shops, eateries, theatres etc. From Heathrow Airport, we took the Elizabeth line to Tottenham Court Road Station and hotel was just a short walk away. The British museum was also nearby. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. As we arrived rather early, Nikki helped us to secure a room earlier than official check in time, so that we can put our luggages and rest. The concierge guys were great, giving advice on how best to get to our destination. The Chinese gentleman, sorry, I didn't get his name, even helped me with my Bolt app bookings! We booked 2 new twin rooms. Although they were small, they were sufficient for 2 pax in each room. All amenities that we needed were available and rooms were cleaned thoroughly when we returned from our sightseeing. There was no air conditioner in the rooms but weather was great, so we had no issues. The breakfast served was excellent, with a wide variety. Good choice for our short stay in London.

The morning after our first night my friend and I noticed a bug crawling on one of the beds, we continued our investigation and noticed DOZENS of those crawling all over the twin beds we just spent the night in. We were exhausted the night before after coming back to hotel late and after having shower just jumped straight into beds - who would have thought we weren’t they only ones spending night in those beds! Quick research after our findings and we realised that those were BEDBUGS! Never in my life had I come across anything like this before, not even after being a student and staying at questionable hostels! We reported this to the reception and were offered another room. We didn’t move immediately in the morning and made an agreement that we would move in the evening when we would be back to the hotel. Coming back in the evening and reporting to the reception for a new room, we found one of the evening staff being rude to us and questioning if the bedbugs were from their hotel (like what?!?!?!?). Simple, we said, because we had photo and video evidence of bedbugs crawling all over the beds, we said! This quickly ended her argument with us. We then moved to our new room, where there was no obvious evidence of bedbug infestation, however being a reportedly new room, we found hair all over the floor in the bathroom of that allegedly “cleaned” new room. Unfortunately, being an extremely sensitive to cleanness person and following the events of the previous night, I decided to leave early and not spent another night in this disgusting hotel. My friend, who had a flight early next morning however had no chance and spend a little longer and left at 04am. The evening I decided to leave I started coming out in rash, which had only been getting worse ever since. The intensity of the itch is like nothing I’d ever experienced before - it stops me from sleeping, it drives me absolutely mad, no matter how much I try, one can’t look professional when they have bite marks all over their body, including the face, ears, neck, fingers, hands, forearms - ie areas one can’t cover up - and needing to constantly scratch herself! This obviously has affected my work! And the itch is no better even 6 days later!! In fact, the bite marks are now swollen, causing swelling of my fingers, the scratch marks are now bleeding and I am the most irritated I’ve ever been! Let me emphasise, this is six days later and I genuinely don’t know how much longer I’m yet to suffer! I have obviously filed a complaint and have been contacted by the hotel - they are “kindly” offering to compensate the cost of my medication (as I am now on antihistamines - which don’t work really, as I can’t take the stronger type due to its sedating effect, as I have to continue working and driving; as well as steroid cream) and the cost of my dry cleaning. HOWEVER, despite multiple email exchanges and telephone consultations, they are not planning to refund a 100% of our payment, the argument being

The room is smaller than it looks in the photo. The window in the quadruple room I booked is very small and can only be opened a little because all corridors have fire doors. So the room ventilation is very poor. It would be a disaster if you encounter a tenant who is not very hygienic. There is a queue when the bathroom is busy, and the water in some bathrooms is not hot enough. After staying there for two days, I started to get familiar with it. All the staff are relatively friendly, and there is a lot of customer traffic, with many families and student groups checking in. There is a supermarket next to it where you can buy coffee and food. It is also convenient to take public transportation to various attractions. Facilities: It's pretty good, but some guests don't take good care of it and the bathroom is often dirty. Especially the public bathroom in the lobby on the first floor. Environment: The sound of walking on the floor and the sound of doors opening and closing is noisy, but it is within the tolerance range. Facilities: The wifi and terrace are very good, so you can sunbathe and surf the Internet in summer. The indoor lobby guest seating area is large and comfortable.

Location and breakfast are ok. Amenities are needed updated. Front desk need more customer orientation. Arrogant and inconsiderable behavior. If you wanna book this hotel, you need to read thoroughly the hotel policy. Otherwise you will be charged more even though not necessary. What is your false, then it is yours. What is theirs, then negotiable. Not recommended, in short. The worst hotel I have ever experienced with, by the way.

This was the second time staying at this Hotel. Sadly, this experience was not as good as the first. I asked for a quiet room and was told it was what I had but as soon as we got in there the noise started. There was works going on at the Hotel which I had not been informed about on check in. Had this not been the case, my score would have been higher as you cannot fault the breakfast, so much to choose from and the Staff are all polite. friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again though as it is excellent value for money.

The staff was very nice and the whole place was full of young people. It definitely is a youth hostel and the place isn’t as big as other ones so it’s not super loud. Although the stairs are a little loud so that might wake you up. We stayed in a private room with bunk beds and they gave you towels and the shower was pretty good. The room was small as to be expected but it definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night when you could just pay for a bigger hotel room. The location was nice right by Hyde park and some free museums.
