We had 5 rooms and arrived late in the evening.we took the free bus to galaxy and required to transfer to a smaller bus to Andaz. As the bus was full and we had to wait for the next bus, we chose to walk to Andaz which is like 15 mins or so. We were a distance from the entrance of the hotel when the bell boy approached to help us, we felt so welcomed. Check in took awhile as there were 10 of us. Room was clean and new, minibar well supplied and complimentary. It came with cute slippers and the bath amenities smelled so good. Absolutely love the turn down service, so nice to see notes from the housekeepers with pillow spray. They also left a wet wipe and cloth under my spectacles.
