KKelvin Leung HWMy wife and I chose Nuwa in Macau to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel's arrangements were an incredible and pleasant surprise. A special thank you for the thoughtful flowers and red wine, which added a wonderful sense of occasion to our anniversary celebration.
The in-room details at Nuwa are absolutely top-notch:
**Premium Hardware:** The quality of the toiletries and slippers is excellent, and the mini-bar is fully stocked with drinks and a coffee machine.
**Thoughtful Design:** The room features a direct HDMI input, which was incredibly smooth and convenient for me, as I enjoy casting media and watching sports.
Regarding service, I particularly want to commend Tiffany at the front desk, the staff member who assisted with our luggage (Mr. Yu, if I recall correctly), and the staff member who helped us open our red wine. Their service during our stay was professional yet incredibly friendly, always prioritizing the guest experience and making us feel right at home.
Having stayed at dozens of hotels in Macau over the years, Nuwa definitely ranks in my top three. Both the physical amenities and the soft services are of the highest standard. Highly recommended!
CChunshenyiqingStudio City is consistently excellent, and the service is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly, respond quickly, actively inquire about our needs, and enthusiastically provide information about local attractions, activities, and bus routes. When they heard I had a slight cold, they promptly sent a pot of hot water to my room. In-room dining was also very pleasant; the congee arrived piping hot and tasted delicious. The room was clean and tidy, with a turndown service. Complimentary fruits, snacks, and drinks were replenished quickly. That's why Studio City is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau. 🥰
Just a little heads-up for those who enjoy visiting the casino: I recommend booking at The Celebrity Tower (巨星汇) as it's more convenient, being right downstairs. The Star Tower (映星汇), apart from its proximity to the DONKI supermarket, is a bit far from everything else, especially the casino, which requires a bit of a walk. Calling a taxi or taking a bus isn't very convenient either, as you still have to walk to The Celebrity Tower's entrance. That walk can be quite long, though it's very close to the 'Get Rich' 💰💰🧧🧧🧧 bus stop. Personally, I find the main entrance of The Star Tower a bit too quiet and secluded. 🧐
Other than that, everything else is genuinely great. I'm planning to celebrate our anniversary here next time! 🥰🥰🥰
MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel environment is comfortable and very clean. The staff are well-trained, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Tel at the front desk who helped me with my luggage to my room. Knowing I like to drink tea and Coke, they immediately had a staff member bring me drinking water and Coke. A five-star hotel with first-class service!
GGuest UserThis hotel is underrated! It's located in the heart of Taipa, Macau, in a residential area. Even though it's not on the Cotai Strip, that's actually a good thing – fewer mainland Chinese tourists and the staff can focus more on providing excellent service. We informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with a bottle of red wine and room decorations. This time, we took a taxi from the Taipa Ferry Terminal, and it only took 10 minutes and cost 40 MOP. You absolutely *must* book a room with breakfast included; eating breakfast while enjoying the stunning view is incredibly relaxing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau!
GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious, and the view is arguably one of the best in all of Macau – truly a breathtaking, 'influencer-worthy' scene. The location is absolutely prime, right above the Londoner North Wing. To the west, you have The Venetian; to the north, City of Dreams; and to the east, MGM and Wynn Palace. A short walk through The Londoner brings you to The Parisian and Studio City to the south. The St. Regis butler service lived up to its excellent reputation; not only were drinks delivered promptly whenever we called, but they also perfectly solved our tricky issue of needing to store breast milk.
GGuest UserMy stay at Conrad Macao was absolutely perfect! The turndown service was exceptionally thoughtful – they didn't just turn down the bed, but also meticulously organized all my luggage, folded clothes, and even tidied up my charging cables. When I was checking out and rushing to the ferry terminal, it was hard to find a taxi, but the bellman proactively helped me book a car and loaded all my luggage. The staff were all warm and attentive, and their thoughtful touches made the experience truly heartwarming. The comfort level of the accommodation was outstanding. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Macao!
SSusudelvtuW Macau - Studio City is a stylish and recently opened hotel, boasting a modern design and brand-new facilities. Its location offers excellent convenience for transportation and shopping, and the dining options maintain a good standard. The only slight drawback is that check-in can sometimes involve long queues, indicating a somewhat slow process. However, this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall experience; it remains a popular choice for those looking to immerse themselves in Macau's trendy luxury atmosphere.
AAllyBBMay 18-20, 2026. Sunny, cloudy, rainy 🌦️
The weather wasn't what we expected. The pool looked great in the pictures, and we had originally planned to swim at the beach and the pool, but due to the rain, we couldn't enjoy the pool facilities.
The hotel has several restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of food. For dinner, we had Chinese cuisine; it was less crowded on a weekday, allowing us to quietly enjoy the delicious food. The food was good! 👍🏻
There's a kids' play area, suitable for younger children.
The room was quite spacious and had a balcony, making it a comfortable resort hotel.
There's a shuttle bus to another hotel, but you need to pay attention to its schedule, as transportation isn't very convenient.

GGuest UserWe got upgraded to Junior Suite (not sure what's the name in trip.com maybe deluxe twin suite with a double bed and a twin bed
Overall good in terms of price and size due to the upgrade! Here are some remarks:
Bathtub water out is very quick, sufficient toilet stuff. However, the second toilet without bathtub is VERY LOUD all the time (make water noises?) which kinds of disrupts sleeping even if the door is closed.
The aircon blowing towards the twin bed and single-person is very cold if I want to sit there
About the swimming pool, U MUST WEAR SWIMMING WEAR INCLUDING **SWIMMING HAT** TO SWIM, I didnt know that so we paid MOP$66 for one at the reception. Showers and changing room are inside the swimming pool area and good hair products and hair dryer is provided!!
About the lobby, there are not many seats provided and the lobby toilet can be smoky.
Luggage storage is free!
