HHuanhuanStaying at The Upper House for our wedding anniversary for the third year in a row is the best endorsement, and we'll definitely be back next year. A huge thank you to Mr. Li Kang-le! After realizing I had accidentally picked up someone else's identical luggage at the airport, he continuously comforted me, telling me not to worry and to trust that they would absolutely help me find and exchange it. He also arranged for the concierge to give me real-time updates, and my suitcase was returned very quickly. I'm incredibly grateful. I love The Upper House not only for its excellent location – quiet yet central – but primarily because all the staff are so genuinely kind and truly want to provide exceptional service. This has been my consistent experience over the three years I've stayed here. I hope The Upper House continues to thrive and maintains this level of excellence.
GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival.
Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable.
Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service.
I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest.
This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!
MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.
FfishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.
RrainThe location is fantastic, perfect for photos day and night, and super convenient for visiting The Parisian and The Venetian. The room has a unique British-inspired design, which is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is that the reading light directly above the bed is too bright and dazzling. There's complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and the teacups also have a lovely British feel. If you want housekeeping during your stay, it's quite slow; we had to ask twice before they came. There aren't many taxis outside the hotel during weekdays, but you might find more on weekends. Dining options at The Londoner aren't as extensive as at The Galaxy, and it's not overly crowded.
XXiaobudianerererererThis was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Hong Kong and Macau. I really care about service, and I went in with high expectations, but St. Regis truly lived up to its reputation as having the best service. The attention to detail in their service was astonishing and kept surprising me. Most of the staff were expatriates, and they were very prompt with pick-ups and drop-offs, and incredibly perceptive. The 6 PM evening ritual was quite grand. My husband and I were at the very back of the line, just hoping to grab a glass of champagne to try, and the front desk staff immediately brought one over to us. They were thoughtful, professional, enthusiastic, and gentle. Fruits and coffee were delivered whenever we wanted. The room was very clean and beautiful, and directly across from a mall where we could eat. If this hotel were in mainland China, I'd definitely want to stay here repeatedly.
WWna_qwq.778Facilities: The facilities are excellent, not at all as old as some online reviews claimed. I actually found them quite new, and the hot water pressure was very stable.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable. It was spotless, and there was no damp smell whatsoever. There might have been a slight hint of it in the hotel's main hallway, but the room itself was incredibly clean and tidy, completely odorless.
Environment: The environment was also fantastic, and the location was very convenient for getting around. Both the elevators and the shopping center were easily accessible. The observation deck and pool also offered great photo opportunities. I highly recommend staying here.
Service: A huge thank you to Pan! He didn't neglect us even after we checked out, and he even helped us with our **car right to the very end 🥺🫶. He also gave us some candy, which I loved! At first, I regretted being so engrossed in having fun that I forgot to grab a bite... Thank you, Pan! And also, to the lovely and super friendly lady who served us at the innermost counter on July 7th at 13:56! She was tall, slender, and absolutely beautiful! She even enthusiastically guided us when we got lost at night... Thank you, unnie! I truly hope my next trip to Macao comes soon! I'll definitely choose Conrad again!!
Hehehe, thanks for the little bears you gave us~ I took them all! I'm a social media blogger, and I'll be documenting this wonderful experience in my vlog!!!
Thank you, Conrad! See you next time!!
GGuest UserGreat environment, excellent service, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, and it offers great value for money. It's conveniently located, very close to The Venetian, and the night views are beautiful. There's also a shopping mall inside the hotel, which is a nice bonus.
XXiaowanshanshanI accidentally booked the wrong room type. When checking in, I asked if I could switch to a twin room, but after a thorough search, they said none were available. However, they offered a promotional upgrade to a 100-square-meter suite for less than an additional 300 RMB, which is double the size and includes an extra bed – a fantastic deal! Plus, we were able to check in around 10 AM, which was great. There's a Disney pop-up right downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied, with the only minor inconvenience being the lack of a full-length mirror in the room. Everything else was excellent!
MMarielou BaldemorWe are a family of four and stayed in this resort for 1 night. Even though the weather was a bit challenging because of the rainstorms, the resort and the service did not disappoint us. I highly recommend this place for families especially with small kids because of the great scenery and facilities. They also provided us kids amenities, and baby bath tub, a baby crib, and even bottle steriliser which is a big plus points. Although it was raining continuously during our stay, we were still able to enjoy swimming because of the indoor pool. A big thumbs to the front desk staff named Jenny who made sure that everything went smoothly From check in until check out. However, some of the staff in Cafe Panorama were a bit disappointing. during dinner and breakfast, we observed no smiling faces and slow service even though there were only a few guests which gave us the impression of unfriendliness. The food is good though, they also serve Indian cuisine which is a good diversity on their Menu. All in all, a great experience indeed.
