Good
GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but the two beds were just enough for three of us. It was a very quiet room, located at the corner of the hallway, room 518. There's a 24-hour supermarket downstairs, which was super convenient for grabbing things. A short walk away, you'll find a tea restaurant and a bus stop. Before coming, I had specifically looked into reviews for hotels in Macau, as many guests reported getting bitten by bed bugs or fleas, but this place was exceptionally clean. I was very satisfied with my stay.
BbishwaeyoBelive &More is a solid choice for your Macau getaway. The hotel is super clean and conveniently located - I mean, we were strolling to restaurants and shops in 2-5 mins, no joke! And even at 10 pm, we were grabbing dinner no problem. Transportation's a breeze too, with plenty of options nearby.
The staff were friendly, and the rooms did the trick. If you're looking for a comfy, hassle-free stay in Macau with easy access to food and fun, Belive&More ticks those boxes.
Would definitely consider it again for a chill trip to Macau!
GGuest UserThe room was excellent, I was very satisfied. It had great cross-ventilation, plenty of natural light, and good soundproofing. It was also clean and hygienic. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Macau.
**Service:** The service was top-notch, and I was very pleased. There were staff available 24/7 who were always ready to answer any questions, and the room was cleaned punctually every day.
**Facilities:** The facilities were complete. Charging my phone was very convenient, and the air conditioning was powerful.
**Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent. It was clean and tidy with no strange odors.
**Environment:** The environment was great. There's a park right downstairs.

GGuest UserI always stay at the Sintra Hotel whenever I'm in Macau, simply because of its excellent location. It's right on Senado Square, just a six or seven-minute walk to Grand Lisboa, and very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's as well.
JJamesnzThis is my second stay here. It's in a good location next to a coffee shop and circle K and near the Sé cathedral. Unfortunately since I stayed last time they've switched to using disposable towels and disposable bedsheets which are not very good. Please change back to proper towels and sheets, makes it so much nicer. It's also quite noisy in my room, I stayed on the ground floor next to the lifts and there were people shouting in the reception at night which woke me up several times.
QQutaiBaiThe actual room environment is largely consistent with the promotional pictures. The WiFi quality is decent. There are cups and a kettle, but no drinking water is provided. Hand soap is not available. The location is excellent, very close to famous attractions like Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, all within walking distance.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is so underrated!! This is a 100/10!!! We really loved this hotel, it is too bad we just stayed here for 2 nights as I really loved the place here. It is just 3mins walk away from Ruins of St. Pauls, and there are a lot of stores there — like stores where you can buy pasalubongs such as the famous peanut cookies, egg tarts and such… There are also luxury stores, uni qlo, pop mart, cosmetics stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and many more… Basically everything you need is just reachable…
We were actually from HongKong prior to staying at Macau for 2 nights and we rode a bus going here to I Fu Hotel and it was so convenient since the hotel is just like 30 steps away from that bus stop!
The rooms were veryyyy niceeee too, the room space were really maximize and designed very well! It is very clean too! The receptionist is very accommodating, helpful, knows how to communicate with us! There is free wi-fi, mini bar and complimentary water — where you can ask for one everyday! Our only problem here was that we were shocked of the deposit fee that was asked to us, it was 2000MOP around 16,000 pesos (500MOP per room), and it we were not prepared since we only withdrew 2000MOP for our transpo and such since we’ll use card… But it’s understandable since they really make sure that you don’t violate the rules like no smoking…
Also as a family of 10, all our 4 rooms were just nearby which made it more efficient.
Overall I would really comeback here!!
JJulia031089If you consider booking Pensao Carmen, you should know that on the signage of the hotel it’s NOT Pensao Carmen! Remember that, otherwise you’re gonna have a hard time looking for this place)) I’ll add photos of the actual signage.
Pros: conveniently located in Macau’s old town, it takes around 10 minutes to get to The Ruins of St.Paul on foot, and all other historical sites are just around.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, even if they didn’t speak English at all. I met the three of them and all were old ladies, super nice and cute. I left my luggage after check-out for the whole day before moving to Coloane village hotel.
The bed sheets were of good quality and very clean, I enjoyed my sleep after a tiring flight. The bed, though, was kinda hard, not for everyone, but my back was grateful)) pillows were also comfortable, better than at some much more expensive hotels.
You can get as much water as you want from the water station at the corridor.
There’s a bus station 5 minutes walking from the hotel, the name is Ponte 16, it’s right in front of the famous Sofitel.
CONS: The hotel is located on the second floor, there’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up there.
My room was tiny, it’s really just for one person. The bed is kinda short, for me it was enough but I think a taller person might not feel comfortable enough there (my height is 162 cm)
The bathroom is tiny, too, and given its dark green design, it looks rather dirty. I’m not sure if it was, but I found someone’s tooth brush in the shower and some hair in the drainage. Yuck!! Only one big towel was clean though.
All in all, I didn’t expect much from it so neither should you 🤩
CClaire ArranguezThis was our second time checking in at this hotel. First was in 2018 and it's way cleaner than it is now. However, location's right in Senado Square, close to main attractions in Taipa. The room was also spacious, as well as the beds. Another big con is the floors reeking of cigarette smoke despite the signs of NO SMOKING. They should impose it stricter to avoid affecting non-smoking individuals. The carpets need a good replacement. If this hotel cleans their room better, the standard will so much better as well! A small fridge will also be very helpful. Every hotel room should have them now, I believe. Nonetheless, it's enough for a place to rest.
GGuest UserSatisfied! Although the room was small, it was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. It's just one bus ride to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, no transfers needed. Major attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Monte Fort are within walking distance. The price is reasonable, making it a good value-for-money option in Macau. The front desk staff were very friendly and even welcomed us back when we checked out, which was a nice touch.
