"Service: Absolutely impeccable! This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Macau when it comes to service-to-price ratio. It offers a butler-like service that caters to all personal needs. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, and the cleanliness and service are exceptionally professional. Every evening, the room is restocked with various delicious snacks and beverages. Check-in and check-out are super convenient, and they even offer full escort service all the way to the airport entrance. Without a doubt, I'll choose this place again for my next trip to Macau."

"We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!"

"Came to see a concert at The Londoner Arena, so naturally, I booked The Londoner Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was truly exceptional. Usually, rooms are ready after 3 PM on weekends, but our flight arrived at 11 AM. They managed to get us into a room early and even extended our check-out to 2 PM. The staff escorted us to our room, introducing all the hotel facilities along the way and helping with our luggage. Once inside, the lady explained the room's features and even asked about our pillow preferences. I have to say, the bedding at The Londoner is incredibly comfortable. The moment you're back in the room, all you want to do is lie in bed. Even when we were startled awake by heavy rain and thunder the next day, we easily drifted back to sleep, haha. Plus, having a WeChat concierge who is so responsive to every request is incredibly convenient. In the evening, we had dinner at Cheong Kei Seafood Hot Pot, which is conveniently located right in the hotel. The 3-taste Chashan ********* Milk Tea downstairs was also delicious. Our package, costing over 4000, included breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. We missed the afternoon tea and cocktails because of the concert, but I'll definitely try them next time. For breakfast, I chose the Eggs Benedict section, and it was absolutely worth getting up early for – truly delicious. The other items at the breakfast buffet were standard fare. All the hotel staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. I even left my necklace in the bathroom when checking out, and they managed to find and return it to me. The only two minor downsides were that the hairdryer wasn't a Dyson, haha. Also, the sculpture by the elevator exit startled me every time I went upstairs; I was too scared to go get takeout alone late at night, hh."

"The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!"

"I was very satisfied with my hotel stay during this trip to Macau. The room was large and clean, and the transportation was very convenient with a bus stop right outside, allowing easy access to various places. It's also quite close to Wynn Palace and MGM, within walking distance. I even received a small gift from the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience."
