"Service: Absolutely impeccable! This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Macau when it comes to service-to-price ratio. It offers a butler-like service that caters to all personal needs. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, and the cleanliness and service are exceptionally professional. Every evening, the room is restocked with various delicious snacks and beverages. Check-in and check-out are super convenient, and they even offer full escort service all the way to the airport entrance. Without a doubt, I'll choose this place again for my next trip to Macau."

"Everyone was really happy with our choice of hotel this time. The facilities were excellent – very British and cozy. The staff were incredibly thoughtful; knowing I had an afternoon train, they proactively arranged for a late check-out, saving us from lugging our bags around after checking out. Breakfast was delicious and really unique. The afternoon tea was also quite good. Our schedule was a bit tight, so we didn't get to try the cocktails, but we'll definitely do that next time. The staff even came promptly to help us with our luggage and take us to a taxi. This is definitely a hotel we'll have to revisit!"

"The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. "Knowing this hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, we planned to spend most of our time relaxing at the hotel. We initially wanted to go for a swim right after checking in, but at 3 PM check-in, we were informed that it would take another two hours to clean the room. The front desk gave us our room cards and an extended 1-hour late check-out. During this time, we explored the hotel's mall; there's a Yata supermarket on the second floor that helped us pass the time. The pool area includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi, which I thought was great. We had dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants. The food quality was decent, but the service was poor. Dishes were served very slowly; one guest waited an hour for their food, and the staff didn't apologize or actively follow up. The room was spacious and, apart from some stains in the shower area, was very clean overall. Our room offered a garden view. The mini-bar drinks in the room were complimentary. Breakfast at 'The Buffet' offered a wide variety of choices, and the food quality was above average. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."
