The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.
"I stayed in Macau for two days and one night, and their service really left a deep impression on me. The front desk lady who checked me in was so patient and accommodating. She saw I had two kids with me and it was our first time here, so she pulled out a map and explained everything in detail, even marking it with a pen. It was really thoughtful, I just didn't catch her English name! The cleanliness? Fantastic! It was super clean, my son even said the floor was so shiny you could see your reflection."

KKelvin Leung HWMy wife and I chose Nuwa in Macau to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel's arrangements were an incredible and pleasant surprise. A special thank you for the thoughtful flowers and red wine, which added a wonderful sense of occasion to our anniversary celebration.
The in-room details at Nuwa are absolutely top-notch:
**Premium Hardware:** The quality of the toiletries and slippers is excellent, and the mini-bar is fully stocked with drinks and a coffee machine.
**Thoughtful Design:** The room features a direct HDMI input, which was incredibly smooth and convenient for me, as I enjoy casting media and watching sports.
Regarding service, I particularly want to commend Tiffany at the front desk, the staff member who assisted with our luggage (Mr. Yu, if I recall correctly), and the staff member who helped us open our red wine. Their service during our stay was professional yet incredibly friendly, always prioritizing the guest experience and making us feel right at home.
Having stayed at dozens of hotels in Macau over the years, Nuwa definitely ranks in my top three. Both the physical amenities and the soft services are of the highest standard. Highly recommended!
JJuetoumaoFacilities: The facilities are new and excellent. Most of the room features can be controlled by a tablet, though the air conditioning seemed to have a slight issue with cooling.
Cleanliness: Very good.
Environment: All rooms are suites, very spacious. The minibar not only has free drinks but also snacks.
Service: Truly exceptional. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. When we checked in, a staff member not only escorted us to our room but also enthusiastically explained all the facilities, dining options, and more. When we checked out, a staff member who had just returned from vacation even walked us all the way to the shuttle bus station. I was truly touched by this; such service is practically unheard of in domestic hotels nowadays. Yingxinghui is genuinely great, and I will definitely choose it again if I have the chance to return.
GGuest UserStaying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me.
Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

GGuest UserThe Londoner Macao is excellent in every aspect – facilities, location, and service. It's also very convenient to get around, offering fantastic value for money.
My only complaints are that the pillows aren't comfortable and the shower enclosure isn't sealed well enough, so water leaks out, leaving the floor quite wet after showering. These two issues are consistent every time.
XXiangleThey arranged an early check-in for us, and the extra bed was set up beforehand, but the placement of the extra bed could be better. Hotel rooms in Macau are generally spacious, so three people didn't feel cramped at all. When we checked in, the front desk offered a no-deposit option, but it came with the condition that the room's mini-fridge would be locked. While technically not wrong, it felt a bit odd to hear. Also, the front desk didn't mention any of the perks included in our package deal from the platform; they didn't inform us about any benefits we could use. It felt like the hotel wasn't keen on guests booking with package deals. Finally, I'd suggest the hotel assign room attendants based on guests' nationality. My elderly parent was alone in the room and couldn't find anyone who spoke Chinese.
JJCSISIWhile the hotel is indeed a bit old, it's very spacious, the service is excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. Since there were plenty of rooms available, the hotel generously upgraded both our rooms to Big Ben views. My kids were thrilled to find the bear and duck toys as soon as we entered the room. They spent two days happily playing in the pool and didn't want to leave! The pools are on the smaller side, but the heated pool and hot tub are a huge plus, so we didn't have to worry about the kids catching a cold. They also offer free use of kids' swimming rings and kickboards, along with complimentary lemonade and fruit cups – the service is really impressive. The only minor downside was that one of our rooms had a strange odor, though the other didn't. The air conditioning was very quiet too. I'd definitely book this hotel again next time.
GGuest UserTraveling with my daughter, her classmate, and her mom (a party of four), we came from Hong Kong to the Parisian Macao. The hotel package included two round-trip First Class Cotai Water Jet tickets, which made the price incredibly good value for money. The hotel's decor is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor walkways connect to The Londoner and The Venetian, making shopping and entertainment super convenient. You can even enjoy a light show at night. All the staff were patient and polite, especially YOYO at the front desk, who was exceptionally thoughtful. She meticulously explained the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation options. Her service was attentive and thorough. We were extremely satisfied with this stay!
CCindy_8888The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!
JJulia GrebenevaExcellent hotel located in the green part of Coloane Island. It's a very peaceful area with sea views from the window. Quiet, with the sounds of the jungle. I love walking on forest trails, and near the hotel, there's plenty of space – huge parks with well-maintained paths for hill walks. You could probably explore different trails for a week. I really enjoyed it. In the center of the park, there's a massive A-Ma sculpture and a Buddhist temple.
The hotel doesn't have its own beach access, but it does have swimming pools. There's a public beach nearby, so it's not an issue.
I was very pleased with the bedding in the room – the mattress was perfectly soft, and the blanket was well-chosen, making it ideal for sleeping with the air conditioning on, neither too hot nor too cold.
The hotel isn't new; it seems to have been built in 1993, and there's a certain charm to its slightly older feel. Some of the old furniture and wooden doors remained in the room, which I found beautiful.
The breakfasts were superb – delicious and varied. I wasn't impressed with the lunch and dinner menu at the ground-floor cafe; it was expensive and uninspired. The Japanese cafe upstairs was decent. There's a street cafe near the hotel, towards the beach, which seemed good, but I didn't eat there.
I'm very satisfied with my stay; it's a beautiful, green part of the island. A pleasant hotel that I recommend.
AAnonymous UserThe room was great, exceptionally clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was very nice, providing excellent and enthusiastic service. The space was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Plus, it had a window for ventilation, which is great for air quality, as many hotels in Macau don't have windows. Late check-out was also a plus. There's a restaurant downstairs and even a massage place. It was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍
