Macau Hotels with Pools

Easy to reach location at Ponte 16 Welcomed by an easy check-in provided by Assistant Manager Sergio Choi, the Hotel is located inside a historic district, older but well maintained. The rooms are tastefully lit and designed, very clean, useful water purifier and heater. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel - very happy with the service provided (especially by frontline/reception staff). The ladies in charge of the swimming pool facility were great, too. This is a luxurious hotel that can be affordable too. I will return!

This hotel was recommended to me by a colleague and it didn’t disappoint. Only downside is the carpets in certain areas of the hotel are old and stained but the hotel is very clean. I wanted a mixture of relaxation and busy city life and staying here gave me the best of both worlds:

Very nice hotel. Not attached to a huge casino and tho the sands is next door. I prefer this type of hotel size personally Swimming pool and gym, nice spread for breakfast, tho extra cost. Pleasant staff. All round good stay. On a personal note, I prefer a room that has access to fresh air rather than just air con. Bay view image.

I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again

It’s my first time at this hotel and i think it’s very value for money booking here. The casino shuttle buses are very convenient and service was splendid right from the start. The doorman were all very stylish and professional in their job. Special mention to Haidee the very friendly and warm lady at our check in. As we are travelling with 2 young children she made extra effort to arrange for toiletries for kids age specific and was very professional and quick with her check in procedure. I thought it was very rare to have hotels with that thoughtful gesture. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Very spacious and happy to have the bathtub and a sofa and a small dining table. Minibar selection was very thoughtful too especially the instant noodles. Because of the sample biscuits, we decided to buy more as souvenirs. The hotel has a good indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice setting as well. The gym was good too my husband went to use it it was 24 hrs. The hotel was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was also convenient to get to Macau central by hopping on the public bus 26A just outside the hotel. There’s a good range of food choices from food court to mid and high range restaurants. There’s shopping for everyone and kids arcade to entertain the kids. Just moments before we check out thankfully the Golden reel was opened just in time. We had a pleasant surprise. We managed to catch an impromptu performance by the performers rendition of Michael Jackson. All in all you can just spend the whole day at the hotel without stepping out. Having stayed at The Parisian was by far the highlight of our first time trip to Macao. This was a surprise birthday trip set up by my partner, and as she unveils the lengths of how The Parisian assisted her in setting up our stay, It really gave me a perspective of how a 5 Star Service is meant to be. From the amazing staff (Special mention to Ericson), the amazing amenities, the amazing view, a big clean and comfortable room, and of course the attention to detail on our special request (birthday surprise). Thank you Parisian Macao, for the memorable experience. We are sure to come back once again and most definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The hotel is ok for not long stay. Pros: 1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby. 2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important! 3. The bed and pillow is comfortable. 4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy. 5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo) 6. WiFi in the room was good. Cons: 1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation. 2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo) 3. No breakfast. I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

Be aware there is no sitting area to wait in the lobby area for the west wing. There is a separate lobby area for the east wing. Rooms are nice. Not a full size bath. Taxi line is located on the north side, and 3 different bus stops are one the remaining sides; the one on the east side is across the street and has the fewest routes stopping through. Shuttles located on the southeast corner. Note that there are 3 Lisboa hotels: Hotel Lisboa, Grand Lisboa (across the street), and Grand Lisboa Palace (another island)

Comfy experience, staff is very polite and helpful. Location was great 15 minutes from all main attractions. Not far from not that expensive restaurants with european and japanese food. Also hotel provides free transfer which i didn’t know 😭
