"Rarely leave reviews here but the service here was insane! I booked at 9 PM and by 9:10 I was on call with them to arrange airport pickup. When I arrived, they took all my luggage, checked me in and also gave me a free room upgrade since I wasn’t staying for too long. The room itself was wonderful and very clean and all the amenities were considerate (they also give h a little fruit/yogurt tray). I just made it in time for their late night snack, which was noodles and wontons— perfect after taking a warm shower. Overall, given that I was just solo travelling and having a longer layover here in Beijing, I had a great stay. My og plan was sleeping at the airport but I am so grateful I decided to book this last minute. Staff were so respectful and also gently reminded me of my flight 30 minutes before the airport drop off. Overall 10/10"

"I chose the Radisson Hotel for my stay in Beijing, and it did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded my expectations!! The location is excellent -- just a few kilometers from Daxing Airport. Despite being close to the airport, the rooms are very well soundproofed, so there’s no need to worry about noise. I slept soundly through the night until morning. I'd like to commend the front desk staff member whose name was Summer. He was warm and attentive throughout my stay. During check-in, he proactively introduced the hotel’s facilities, and very patient and nice to us. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of options that were both nutritious and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended. The gym is well equipped, and there are also self-service laundry & drying machines available, which is a big plus to my stay! Absolutely will choose Radisson Daxing again for my future stays in Beijing, certainly a no-brainer decision that I'd make."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was clean, calm, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience relaxing. The rooms were well-maintained and hygienic, and all facilities were in excellent condition. What impressed me most was the behavior of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, everything—from the environment to the service—was excellent. I am fully satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay. "The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Wangfujing Street, where there is a nearby metro station. Around the corner, there are small local eateries, making it easy to find local food and snacks to enjoy at any time. The room we booked did not have a window, but it did not feel cramped or uncomfortable at all. The hotel provides a self-service laundry room, complete with washing machines, dryers, ironing facilities, and even laundry detergent, which was very convenient. One highlight of the hotel is the rooftop, where you can enjoy views of the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The atmosphere in the evening is especially nice and relaxing. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with easy transportation, close proximity to major attractions, and a reasonable price. We booked a large room at around THB 3,600 per night, which was very reasonable for the location and facilities."

"A thoughtful and convenient transit hotel. Staying at the Qiu Guo Hotel Beijing New China International Exhibition Center Capital Airport branch was an absolutely fantastic experience! The room features a German Lonsberg mattress paired with various pillow options, ensuring excellent sleep. The lighting and curtains are fully smart-controlled, and there are plenty of outlets for working and charging. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and even a foot bath stone with settings for both adults and children—the attention to detail is truly impressive. The public facilities also perfectly met my needs. The 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle is incredibly convenient. The self-service laundry room and robot delivery service are efficient and hygienic. Plus, there's a warm congee and vitamin drinks available late at night. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!"

"I didn't expect such great value for money! The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which runs punctually every hour. It goes to Terminal 3 first (15 minutes) then Terminal 2 (30 minutes). The earliest shuttle is at 6 AM. The driver was also super nice and patiently explained all the stop information to us. It left me with wonderful memories of Beijing."

"This hotel is extremely convenient thanks to the airport shuttle service. It’s only about a 6-minute drive from Beijing Airport Terminal 2, which made getting to and from the airport very easy. The front desk staff were helpful and answered my questions well. The room was clean, the hallways were also kept very tidy, and you need to tap a key card before using the elevator, which made the place feel safe. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone with a long transfer or overnight layover in Beijing."

"I stayed at MeiChen Hotel right inside the terminal of Beijing Daxing International Airport, and overall, it was very convenient for our travel needs. The location is superb - just a short 15-minute walk to the hotel from the main door, easy to find using the signboards, which made catching an early flight stress-free. The room was clean enough and comfortable with quality bedding, and check-in was smooth, though the staff who handled us was not not really friendly. Luckily, the helpful manager was there to guide us to the location of our room. Our room was quite far from the main door and took us a while to reach it. Tip - use the trolley to carry your luggage as it was hard to push it on the carpeted floor. The room was small but sufficient if you can manage the space efficiently, but the soundproofing isn’t the best. Amenities were provided and sufficient. They have a 24-hr front desk but didnt really ask anything once we were in the room. Great choice if you want an easy access to the airport and a hassle-free stopover for early flight!"

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Beijing Airport Hotel for a long layover, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. This isn't just an airport hotel; it's a sanctuary of comfort and efficiency. From the moment I stepped off the plane, the convenience was unmatched. The direct, covered walkway from Terminal 3 took less than 10 minutes, and I was in the elegant lobby without ever stepping outside—a true blessing in bad weather or after a tiring flight. What stood out: · Perfect Location: You literally cannot get closer to PEK. It's the definition of convenience for early departures or late arrivals. · Supreme Quiet & Comfort: Despite being connected to a massive airport, my room was incredibly quiet. The soundproofing is excellent. The bed was sumptuously comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean and modern. · Outstanding Service: The staff were the highlight. The check-in team was swift and welcoming. I arrived very early from a red-eye, and they proactively offered information about early check-in options and kindly stored my luggage without any hassle. · Excellent Amenities: The indoor pool and fitness center are fantastic for stretching out after a long flight. The executive lounge (accessible with my room type) offered a peaceful space with great refreshments. The variety of dining options in the hotel meant I didn't have to venture out. For Travelers: This is the gold standard for a transit hotel. It completely eliminates the stress of Beijing traffic and long security lines for your connecting flight. While it's perfect for airport access, the hotel also offers a free shuttle to the city center if you decide to explore. If you value a good night's sleep before a flight, seamless logistics, and professional service, look no further. The Hilton Beijing Airport Hotel turns a necessary stop into a relaxing part of your journey. I will not hesitate to book here again for any future transit through Beijing."

"This hotel, located near Qianmen, boasts exquisite decor and a tranquil, elegant ambiance. They offer complimentary traditional costumes for guests to try on and take photos, with a professional partner photographer who captures stunning shots within the courtyard. The facilities are very practical: the rooms are well-heated, and the hot water supply is stable, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The service is attentive and thoughtful; front desk staff proactively helped with opening doors and carrying luggage, and provided warm ginger tea upon check-in. The lobby offers free fruits, snacks, and hot beverages all day, which is very convenient. They also thoughtfully display the daily flag-raising and lowering times at Tiananmen Square, which is very useful for tourists. Transportation is convenient, with Qianmen subway station just a 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy and time-saving to visit various attractions by metro. The breakfast selection is rich, even featuring Beijing specialty snacks like Douzhi (fermented mung bean milk) and Jiaoquan (fried dough rings) for those interested in trying local flavors. Overall, this is a distinctive hotel, perfect for travelers looking to experience the charm of old Beijing while enjoying comfortable and convenient accommodation. Highly recommended."

MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient transportation around it, and is close to the attractions/business districts I want to visit. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very quick. They also introduced the hotel facilities and surroundings to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. In particular, the water pressure and hot water in the bathroom were very powerful and relaxing. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very pleasant and the price-performance ratio was super high! I will choose this hotel again next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe place is very convenient - near the subway & at the end of Qianmen Avenue, with Lawson just across the street. Booked this hotel because of positive reviews but my room was so hot during winter. I think the positive reviews depends heavily on luck & which room u get!  It was -3 instead but 30-32degC inside. Upon asking the front desk, they got me to off the air conditioner entirely. I also opened my door to allow for fresh air but it only dipped 1deg per hour. By that time I really wanted to sleep, it was 27 degC. Even for someone coming from Singapore, it was rly hot and stuffy in the room.  I called front desk again & they could only bring me fans (2 small ones, of which one couldn’t work) as there were no alternative rooms. They asked that I try sleeping w that, but I couldn’t. So I called them again, and asked if I could get a refund and just move to another hotel. They said it’s impossible so I contacted Trip.com, and while I was doing so, I shared my frustration w front desk (tired from long flights & travels, rly wanting to sleep).  She checked and found me a room upstairs (what happened to no other rooms available?). They moved me there to sleep, allowing me to leave my luggage at the original room. The next day, I came back, packed and had to leave my luggage at the lobby while waiting for the new room.  The new room was much better as it had 2 small windows to allow air exchange despite the heater.

XXiangyaofujidezhongniandashuThe room layout was a bit long and narrow, which I wasn't used to, but it did have its advantages – the sound of the washing machine didn't bother the bedroom. The gym and pool were both very spacious, and the fitness facilities were comprehensive, even including a billiards table, which exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was standard, and the service was quite good.

DDmitrii MelnikA solid budget option (definitely not for those used to five-star luxury). We arrived around 7 a.m. and were allowed early check-in without any issues or extra charges. The room was very basic but clean. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. The nearest metro station is about a 5-minute walk away. There’s also a shopping mall, plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket within easy walking distance. Qianmen Street and Tiananmen Square are about a 30-minute walk or just 2–3 metro stops away. One important thing: practically no one at the front desk speaks English, so have a translation app (WeChat, Baidu Translate, or Google Translate) ready — it will save you a lot of time.

WWangxiaoguai510Excellent value for money!!!!! The surrounding amenities are very convenient, and it's newly renovated. Honestly, you won't find a hotel of this caliber in Beijing for this price. The service is also great; they basically meet all your needs. The breakfast is also very generous; I thought it would be simple for such a low price, but they even have a coffee machine. The only drawback might be the lack of central air conditioning, as it's an older wall-mounted unit. However, for Beijing, where there's no heating, being able to turn on the hot air whenever you want is actually quite comfortable.

Breakfast was rich and varied, offering a comprehensive mix of Chinese and Western options, all of high quality. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel.

GGuest UserI had the best experience in terms of staff going above and beyond. My girlfriend didn't bring her laptop charger thinking we can buy a powerbank in Miniso with the capable power but it turned out they only sell powerbank for cp. The staff suggested to download ******* app and we can order a powerbank with higher wattage and be delivered within an hour and since we didnt have a Chinese phone number, he typed in his number and we were able to order the powerbank. We were also able to order food using his number haha. He also gave us tip when riding didi, so we didn't have a hard time booking one. In terms of facilities, I didn't like the bed because it's too firm for me, they didn't have a hair blower, can't enjoy the tv as it's all in Chinese. Daily cleaning of room is a plus and replishment of bottled water and slippers. In terms of location, it's near Dongsi station but there's no convenience store around the area. Overall, it's still a good experience.
