"My stay in Macau was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s impeccable service, elegant ambiance, and attention to detail. Every member of the staff demonstrated genuine hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable.
The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally spacious, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The breathtaking views, luxurious bedding, and thoughtful amenities created a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication.
The dining experience was equally remarkable. The breakfast offered an extensive selection of high-quality international and local cuisine, with every dish prepared to perfection. The hotel’s facilities were world-class, including a well-equipped fitness center, stunning pool area, and beautifully maintained common spaces.
What truly set this hotel apart was its commitment to excellence. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a sincere dedication to guest satisfaction. Its convenient location also made it easy to explore Macau’s vibrant attractions while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
This hotel exceeded expectations in every way and delivered a truly luxurious experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau and look forward to returning in the future. A perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality."
Treasure Hotel is a hotel opposite to Macau International Airport and close to Cotai Strip. There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. The hotel also exhibits various 1:1 handmade armor models with reference to replicas of medieval ancient relics, as well as precious artworks from abroad. We hope our guests enjoy the atmosphere and feel like they are in a medieval art exhibition hall.
"This hotel is super convenient from the airport. You just go up one level from arrivals to departures, cross the road, and it's right there, next to another hotel.
Kinbalai is an older hotel, so it does have a bit of a dated smell. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep without any other travel plans, it offers great value for money.
The soundproofing isn't great; you can definitely hear noise from the next room. Also, there are no charging outlets by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient.
The lobby is on the 11th floor, and you have to go there yourself to pick up any food deliveries."

"Frankly, for a five-star property the offering falls slightly short of expectations. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are unquestionably the highlight. That said, for a premium experience, the jacuzzi tub in our room was defective and non-functional, and several towels were visibly worn, some even had holes in them. It’s surprising these details weren’t caught before arrival, but they feel worth noting for a property at this level."
