The service was excellent; they were very accommodating to all requests. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable, even in all the hidden corners. The room was quiet and the breakfast was superb! If I return to Dali, I'll definitely choose the Pullman again!"

"The location is excellent, only about 50-60 meters from Caicun Pier Scenic Area. There's a large platform on the second floor where you can directly see Erhai Lake, making it incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise over the lake. The room is clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with modern facilities and smart curtains and lighting. The bathroom features a fully smart toilet and disposable seat covers. The shower area is completely separate, ensuring a consistent water temperature and even water flow. The owner provides meticulous and thoughtful service. This was an excellent stay, definitely a five-star experience!"

The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking.
The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed.
The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

GGuest User12 Clouds was every bit the promotional photos had presented — a rare thing. The view of Erhai Lake is really awesome and definitely one of the highlights of this hotel. My family of three had a great time waking up to the panoramic view before heading to breakfast every morning.
Which brings us to the food — another highlight for us. The breakfast was so good that we wanted to have dinner there as well on our final night. One minor peeve though. We were entitled to a free dinner set for having stayed three nights but the staff informed us only over WeChat about this. Frustrating as we actually preordered two dishes in the morning of our last night. We ended up having too much food — thankfully, there was another family to share the food.
Other highlights:
Location - Right by the banks of Erhai on top of an elevation within a gated compound called Dali Condominiums Phase II or 大理公馆 (二期). Despite the private location, you can easily Didi for a ride to anywhere in the city.
Room - Spacious with good amenities. Awesome VOD system on there if you understand Chinese. There are Hong Kong drama serials available.

BBaliGingerLouWhen we first arrived we wondered if we had made a mistake and booked a hotel in the wrong location! But no, it turned out to be just wonderful! The huge window gave us a wonderful view and the old town was a short lively walk straight down the hill. The only problem we had was when we had to leave early on the morning. We were locked in and couldn't phone anyone to come and unlick the door. This is also a fire hazard. Anyhow if they could work out a better system it would be perfect.

Environment: The courtyard was genuinely clean, which was the best part.
Service: The housekeeper was very kind; he came to pick me up when I couldn't find my way and helped me carry my bags and luggage to the room.

YYigechenchenchenFinally made it to Dali this spring and stayed at Yuelianzhuang! They had a shuttle waiting for me, and the one-on-one butler service was fantastic! The rooftop view is absolutely incredible; you get an unobstructed panorama of Erhai Lake! So beautiful! The architecture is also very high-end, with tons of great photo spots. In the afternoon, they even offered a lovely and delicious afternoon tea. It felt wonderful just whiling away the time here! I stayed in the 360-degree sea-view room, and I could literally see Erhai Lake right from my bed! Plus, everything is intelligently controlled, which is super convenient. The breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of options! You can try all sorts of Yunnan specialties like rice noodles. You'd regret not staying at Yuelianzhuang if you come to Dali! I'll definitely be back!

Waking up to Cangshan and Erhai right outside is just beautiful; every photo you take here is a keeper. The room layout is well-designed, the soft furnishings create a lovely ambiance, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff's attitude was exceptional; they proactively helped with luggage and were both warm and discreet. They were always available to assist with any issues, and their attention to detail was truly heartwarming. There's absolutely no need to worry about hygiene; during my check-in, I saw their linen company delivering fresh laundry. The entire room was spotless and dry, free of dust or clutter. Even the public areas were elegantly maintained. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. If you're coming to Dali, this hotel is a no-brainer!

This trip was completely spontaneous; I woke up, booked my tickets, arrived in Dali, and then booked the hotel. I'm so grateful to the male server who was on duty on New Year's Eve for helping me find my takeout. (I had entered the wrong room number, which caused my food to be delivered 3 hours late, and I didn't get it. I called the lobby earlier to inquire but got no response. After waiting for an hour, I went down to the lobby myself to look for it, and the staff member said he'd check the surveillance. When I went back upstairs to check my phone, I realized I had written the wrong room number.) A big thank you also to the male manager on duty, who specially came upstairs to apologize to me. I was already quite embarrassed because it was my own mistake with the room number. The manager even specifically told the front desk to send us some fruit when we checked out. Apologies for causing trouble on New Year's Eve, and best wishes for the Year of the Horse!

__M1885877****The facilities at the hot spring hotel are truly amazing! The heated swimming pool has crystal-clear water, making for a very comfortable swim. The snooker table is also fantastic; I played a few games with friends, it was so much fun! The hotel's pick-up service is very convenient; staff members are there to meet you as soon as you get off the bus, saving you time and effort. In the evening, I relaxed in the lounge; the sofas were very soft, and there was even a small TV where I could watch my favorite shows. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dali!
