The hotel is very close to Shinbaba Station and only two stops away from Shinagawa. The transportation is quite convenient. Because of New Year's Day, there was only one Chinese restaurant open nearby, and it tasted pretty good. The room is a bit small, but overall the price/performance ratio is very high. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning, and it is said to end at 8:30, but it actually does not end until 9:00. There is a drink buffet from 6:30 to 8:30 in the evening, with small liqueurs and vodka to satisfy you. After drinking, you can simply take a bath to wash away your fatigue. The good thing about the hot spring is that it has very long opening hours, and you can take a bath from 15:00 to 9:00 in the morning. In addition, women are provided with makeup remover, skin care, tea bags, etc. Each person can choose 5 items per day.

The hotel is inexpensive but offers some luxury touches, like a hot springs pool, choice of daily beauty amenities and choice of pillows. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and contain everything necessary. My only issue there was that although there are many USB ports in the room there were no plug sockets, so I had to use the laptop in the dining area. The breakfast was nice and plentiful in a restful and clean space. There was a choice of Western or Japanese breakfasts. This space can also be used in the evenings to eat brought-in food as there is a microwave for heating up food and some free drinks. The location is a little way out from the centre, but is a very short walk to the subway station and is on the direct train route for both Narita and Hanida airports, so it's well connected. The local area also has some nice restaurants and shops and I enjoyed being there. There are lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel that makes it great for travellers.

The room was simple and nice. There was no extra thing such as telephone and tissue, and the desk was widely used. A method of taking amenities from front of the elevator only for those who needed it. The refrigerator in the room can be turned off on the switch, so it was good to be able to turn off the switch if you care about the sound. It was also good that the night view from the room was shiny. There are many other good hotels, but when I saw the night view, I thought ”it was good to be this hotel”. The manners of foreign customers were good. The quality of the staff was high, the smile was nice, the answer was clear and good. It was a safe stay. Beregut accurately in time. We used breakfast. There are not too many types and just right. Buffet style. The breakfast venue was fun to choose from various types of seats. The window side was too sunny, but the view was very good. It was used for Tokyo Big Site and used. Access is １ books from Shinagawa Seaside Station to International Exhibition Hall Station. Good.

You will check-in thru a tablet provided upon entry, no people interaction. Capsules are private, you can’t hear squeaking sound when you move or the person above you moves. Although, the bathroom and toilets are shared but it’s individual enclosure. Towels in the morning would usually run out if you don’t get 1 the night before. I don’t know how often they clean the toilets since in my 6 days stay I haven’t seen 1 cleaning staff there although it’s clean but there are times it’s dirty and we don’t have someone to talk to. In my 3/6 days I requested my sheets to be changed. The sheets were clean and white and my previous sheets was not. Maybe it was used already cuz there were hairs & curly hairs haha

The hotel place is about 10mins walking distance from the nearby Hamamatsucho (JR Line) train station. The hotel vibrant gives off old antique looking.
Initially the room provided to us has some wall cracks damages and the air ventilation has some issues, whereby it did not produce cool wind even when we put the room temperature at 20 degree Celsius. We have to feedback to request for a room change. Initially the hotel receptionist mention they are unable to provide another room due to unavailability, but much rounds of asking, we manage to get another room (still got little bit of wall cracks), but at least the air ventilation is working.
The rest of stays are generally OK, whereby we do not have much complaints about it.
We sincerely hope the hotel could look into this.

The price was cheap, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The negative １ point was that I didn't know the insertion port of the outlet and I looked for a while (in the room I stayed in . It was on the wall above the window table, but It was hard to hide in the curtain.) And when I checked in tiredly on the night of my stay, the front desk attendant is not familiar, office, unfriendly, no smile Because it was a little disappointing that I felt lonely. (The attendant at check-out felt good.)

This was my first time staying in Kamata, and I stayed for three nights in a row. It was very convenient for getting to the city center and Yokohama, and it was also close to the airport. It's about a 5-minute walk from JR Kamata Station. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets in the neighborhood, as well as many restaurants where you can drink from noon, and there are also many good long-established restaurants, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat or drink. This time I stayed in a twin room, but the room was spacious and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub was also large. The drainage is a little slow, so if you use the shower at full blast, some water tends to accumulate, but it wasn't that much of a problem. There are no outlets around the bed, so if you need one, I recommend bringing an extension cord (there are plenty of outlets in the room!)
The cost performance was very good, so I will use it again.

It was an early morning flight, so I stayed the night before. I was closed for a while due to the corona disaster, but I am happy that it has resumed. The front desk staff and the bus driver are as expected! Needless to say, the room is clean, but the bed and sofa are also calm. Free drinks in the lobby lounge are also good If you dare to say, it would be nice to have a towel in the lounge. The faucet of the sink is good, but the water pressure of the shower is a little.

This hotel was the first time I used it. It was a ２ person plan in a semi-double room. With children and ２ people, I was prepared that the semi-double bed bed would be small, but I felt almost the same with the double bed. ５ cm Are you narrow? If you are a low-height cherry blossom ordinary body type person, you can sleep with a margin even ２ people. Close to the station, the room was clean and the front desk was kind. It is a recommended hotel. I also used coin laundry, but I was able to vacate immediately because the number of rooms was small.

They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid. Overall is was a good experience, a nice comfortable space worth its price tag.

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. Another convenient service is the drinking fountain on each floor with the choice of iced, room temperature and hot water.

KKaren TravellerWe book this hotel due to the free shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the appointment need to be made 2 months ago via the website . The shuttle bus is quite full but makes us very convenient to the park. We took the Limousine Bus from NRT airport straight to the hotel with around 1.5 hours and you can also buy the return ticket from the front desk. The transportation support of this hotel is awesome ! We also book a car nearby in Nippon car rental and only take us 5 mins walking distance to the car pick up point , the overnight parking charge is affordable with only 1000 yen per night. Recommended this hotel to those travellers looking for fast and convenient transportation time.

Ppraty-pp👍 good. And recommended. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Akihabara Station. 🚉 the location is great not just for the connectivity but also shopping - Yodibashi Akiba for all electronics. There’s UniQlo, GU, and a lot of restaurants nearby.
Typical of Japanese hotels, the room sizes are quite small. It’s difficult to open two luggage at the same time. 😢

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home.
For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!

GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels.
The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
