Why should you stay at this hotel as a tourist? First of all, location. Only 5 minutes walk from Ichigaya JR & Metro station, across the bridge. So centralise that if you take the trains towards any direction at rush hour in the morning, you get empty cars, as the crowds are coming against you. Equally, as you return in the evening, the crowds are going the other way. It's a great hotel, super convenient, comfortable, nice and clean. But it is not prepared to service foreign visitors. Hardly anyone has minimum control of English. They will usually leave the call, or the desk, or pretend they cannot help, but once you use the term HELP, they will make everything possible to help, no matter how confused they are. I'd be happy to return and stay strategically here. Why not? The only reason to stay elsewhere is if you have a much higher budget.

We stayed for 3 nights in November 2021. Thank you very much for your consideration of the upgrade of the room because you made a slightly irregular reservation. The location is very convenient because it is close to the station entrance to the train platform and is close to the station entrance. It is 7 minutes from Ichigaya Station, but I took about 10 minutes. Well, this is a personal difference. There is a climb from the station to the hotel and a downhill from the hotel to the station. The convenience store was important by the entrance of the kojimachi station. In addition, there are embassy around the hotel, and it is not related to the noise. The customer service of the front desk 々 was also polite. The room was very general size and arrangement, but it was convenient to have a mobile phone charger on the pillow. The temperature of the air conditioner was also individually set and comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was not bad. The refrigerator is small. The way to cool was now one. It may be insufficient if it is hot. The amenities were a way to pick up the necessary amount from the side of the lobby, but the bathing agent was gone late at night. Could you speak in the lobby? The room I stayed this time is a smoking room, and for smokers, it is a thankful thing that there is a smoking room now. The smell of cigarettes is very concerned by the person who cares, and the word of mouth of the hotel is also a representative of the negative element, but the layer which is seeking the smoking room still exists a certain number. I am glad that you have responded to such needs. The only regret was breakfast, and it became an individual meal due to the influence of the corona, and the employee 々 also understood that it was hard to respond to it, but the amount of side dishes was small and cold I was frankly sorry. The rice, miso soup, nori, bread and drinks were free to drink, but is it difficult to add some side foods here? Well, that means no individual meals... But overall, I think it is a very easy and good hotel, including the location. In addition to the good environment around the hotel, the customer layer is relatively calm, and therefore, there is no request or provision of excessive service, so there is a margin for the customer service of the employee 々 I thought that this situation was creating calm air. The low price seems to be due to the influence of corona, but anyway, it was very lucky to stay at this hotel at this price. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

It's a budget hotel, minimal service. We only saw the front desk staff once during our week long stay. They were reachable by phone though so that's a plus. The unit we rented was a bit cramped for 3 people but it did come as advertised with a stove top, microwave and sink. Just nowhere to sit down and take advantage of it. There was also an in unit washing machine which was handy. the neighbourhood is residential with a convenience store on one side and a small produce market on the other. There were a couple restaurants nearby as well as a 7-11. There were two subway lines nearby, one a 5 minute walk (Tohei line) the other a 10 minute walk. Though we enjoyed our stay it was very bare bones minimalist so as long as you're prepared for that it will do the trick. Great for budget minded travelers.

I really liked this hotel! The room was bigger than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. The staff speak English and were helpful. The hotel is well located with plenty of places to eat and close to the train station. One of the staff was kind enough to wave down a taxi for us, even though we could have done so ourselves (I didn’t realize how easy it was to get a taxi in Tokyo). Highly recommended!

The hotel is very cosmopolitan the clienteles are mostly international. The service is excellent and the view is fantastic on a clear Day you can see Mount Fuji. The breakfast buffet is good but he’s too busy for my liking.

not recommended for family, area nearby Kabukicho. Room was smaller than expected, bed is comfy, some staff very helpful but some very strong when you asking they something. 7-10mins walk to station.

9mins walk from Shinjuku JR Station The untold story about this hotel is the plentiful of restaurants and convenience store accessible within the building all hours of the day. There’s a 24hr ramen spot. Late night izakaya places Multiple other sushi and western restaurants to choose from not to mention both Family Mart and Lawsons to cover your daily needs Also luggage storage room with locks if you arrive early or have late flight

Nice Services by hotel persons. All service providers are nice, proper, well trained, modest and helpedful. Location is nice for tokyo main line and other prefectures line. [ 3 to 10 mins ] Location is near to business centre Mita and Shibaura. [New, clean, order street and footpath ] Location is quiet better to take a nap and sleep. Location is near to 24 hrs convinence store like lawsons 7-11, local restiarant, super market msb shopping and restuarant building Can travel to shinjuku, shibuya, harajuku, ebisu, meguro, ginza ikebokuro, tokyo station, shinagawa seasidestion and odaiya by train and sightseeing boat for 10 to 30 mins. The breakfast is nice , international and homy styles in the same time. Room is quite a bit small but clean and quite. Hotel lounge is nice. Better if any complimentary green tea at the lobby or hotel lounge drink machine. Better to have bottles of water in the room. Restroom is super clean. Water despenser is nice and clean by SK magic from Sout korea. Better to have extra toothbush, teabag at the hotel lobby like other hotel such hearton etc., Overall nice for business traveller and tourist.

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful yet understated property. It was a peaceful oasis just within walking distance of shops, parks, nightlife, easy transport to the rest of the city from subway. I was most impressed by the unobtrusive consideration from staff. I came a few hours before check in, asked to store my luggage for a good nearby spot to relax. The staff, seeing I was tired, instead offered me a slightly upgraded room that was immediately available for check-in. Throughout my stay I was courteously offered umbrellas to take as I walked outside, bottles of water after my workout, but never felt as though I were being hovered over. I will certainly stay here again.

Our first time stay here but we really liked our stay! -service : Hotel stuffs are all nice and friendly and trying to be helpful! -room: it’s quite small but I like that there are one work desk and another small desk which was very convenient as we are 2 of us. Lovely view from our room with Mount Fuji view in the morning if weather is well. -location: very good location, it’s just by the Shinagawa station and about 5mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around so no need to go to other place to eat! And many good food around! We will come back again!
