ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

Good location, the hotel is also very good, the room is large, the breakfast is also very good, close to the city center sign attractions

This is a very new, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are small, but attractive. However there is very limited shelves or storage space if you travel with more than basic luggage. We were there in April and could not control the room temperature that was uncomfortably warm even with the window open.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

The COMMANDING ... Astana ... The hotel is generally good, but does not pull up to 4* It all started with the fact that we and my colleague arrived at 6 a.m. and settled at 7 a.m. to the hotel. When I entered the room, my room was completely dirty and not cleaned. I was offered another family room, but there were no windows in it at all. I insisted and I was taken off my room and I got crazy. My colleague did not close the window, from the first time they could not close and already wanted to offer another room, but the window was closed miraculously))))) In general the room was spacious, but we were at the temperature on the street - 20-30C in the room was terribly cold, Batteries didn't work. In the bath there is no clutch but only glass on half, not convenient, a lot of wool falls on the floor, too there is no dryer, it's a crash simple! Breakfast is very scarce, melts little on the plate, brings little food. In general hotel norms, but there is better!!!

Great international 4 star hotel, comes with the bells and whistles and an very economical price, it has exceptional service, I actually came to Nur Sultan to run the marathon and it's was walking distance to the start race at the Expo centre, shops, pubs and restaurants are just up your alley. A special compliment to reception desk lady Miss Asienta, a fabulous helpful young lady and very pleasant, I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nur Sultan.

We have already stayed here, once forgotten the keys to their apartment in another city)) though we lived in Astana for 8 years. Then several times we have settled here friends who have come from Russia for visas to the American Embassy. It is through the road - it is undisputed plus location. Now we moved from Astana. And when the question of obtaining a visa has already been raised for us, without thinking, booked it, on the old memory. The quality of the service has fallen just to zero! Cleaning no!!! We arrived late in the evening with two small children, for a long time could not get to the territory first by taxi (the guard didn't even let the suitcases go). Then they could not get through the homephone. And this is a residential complex, not just a hotel. No instructions anywhere, nobody took care of at least the plates hanging in the entrance... Where to call? On what floor to go up to find a recipient? D6)))) Go to the room, put children in the dark in the bedroom. They started to lay the sofa and lay the second set of clothes, and it was dirty, unsleepy and all in the hair. I call the reception and hear: ”The waitress will come in the morning, now no one is there.” After a long discussion, they all brought the underwear. And in the morning I found that the underwear on which the children slept was dirty too. With the protector from the shoe on the roll. The shells are frozen, the water is not going away. On the third day, I called the supervisor and they allowed the apartment to be vacated by me. They pulled out bottles of pelvis inside of the bed, vacuumed the furry carpet and washed the long-unwashed floor. The raccoon also brought in order. So the number 711 is washed, you can go and live 😂 How we are confused told a friend living in a nearby block, it turns out recently, famous ...drom. Here (in the same building) girls live) When customers visit, they remove these apparatus without leaving the house. So it is not worth sitting here with the children. I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.
