Traveling to Changsha with my family of four before the Spring Festival, I spent a lot of time choosing and finally settled on Huatian. And I made the right choice! The hotel is located in the city center with convenient underground parking. The front desk staff was very patient and enthusiastic, arranging for us to stay on the seventh floor. The room was very quiet and comfortable, especially the pillows – my husband even bought one to take home! Just a short walk from the hotel is Taiping Old Street (a snack street), and downstairs there are all sorts of snack shops and specialty stores. It's also only about 100 meters from the subway station, making it super convenient to take the subway to Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, the Provincial Museum, and more. I was very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely choose Huatian again on my next visit!

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Housekeeping staff 张阿姨 and enjoying a comfortable room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's convenient location and excellent facilities added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Jin Yuan Sunshine Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. I heard the noise from the next room around 11 o'clock this morning. Fortunately, the child was wearing headphones and watching the phone, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. The breakfast is so-so

The front desk staff is good. Free breakfast is provided. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The breakfast is a buffet with rich variety. The environment is also very good. I will choose this hotel next time. It is very convenient to go out to the subway station Line 6.

Facilities: After all, it is an old hotel, and the facilities are a bit old, but they are all intact and in normal use;
Hygiene: I went there for the old brand, and the hygiene is good, which makes people feel at ease;
Environment: The lobby is OK, and the rooms really need to be renovated and upgraded;
Service: The service is very efficient, and milk tea is given every day.

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price!

The hotel is right across from He Long Stadium, making it very convenient for concerts. The inner stadium is about a ten-minute walk away.

The room layout is a bit unusual. The sink is in the middle of the room, and the shower and toilet are separated. When showering, water can leak onto the floor outside, so you need to place a towel outside to absorb the water. Afterward, you have to get dressed in the wet shower. The doors open directly onto the sink mirror, making the design a bit odd and inconvenient if you're staying with friends.

I have to praise the mattress and pillows for their comfort.

As for the service, I'm not used to having a housekeeper come to the room while I'm there, so I always keep the Do Not Disturb button pressed. However, the housekeeper calls every day to check if I really don't need to clean. I even got woken up by the noise once. I don't quite understand the point of the Do Not Disturb button. 😅

This time, I drove with my family and the hotel parking was convenient, the lobby service staff was enthusiastic, and the room was very satisfactory! The only drawback is that the hotel's Chinese dishes are a little less. It would be better if this aspect could be strengthened! In short, I manually give a big thumbs up 👍👍👍

It is a hotel that is very persuaded. I saw a bad review before I decided that the charging treasure in the room needs to be charged, and the toilet pads also need to be charged, and all small details have to be charged. After living this time, I found that the label rack on the disposable toilet pad was torn off, there was no charge, and there was no charging treasure in the room. It was the ** charging treasure concentrated in the aisle to scan the code to collect it. When you went there, the room did not come out, and the free upgrade to a suite. During May 1st, more than 400 people lived in a large suite. It was still very cool. The neighborhood is far from the city, but there is a subway that is very convenient to drive by car. Parking is free. The old five-star renovated environment is good.

As a local benchmark brand for 37 years of deep cultivation, Huatian's quality is well-deserved! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was surrounded by warm service. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. They took the initiative to help with luggage and patiently recommended local attractions. They even upgraded the room type intimately. The details were full of sincerity. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, every corner is cleaned meticulously, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a super good view, and it is too pleasant to start the journey with the morning light.

My stay in Zhangjiajie this time exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway A line, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. I stayed in a river view room, and at night, I could even see the beautifully lit Ancient City of Dayong, which was incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively recommended local specialties and gave us small gifts. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The lobby thoughtfully provided ginger tea and oolong tea, which was a nice touch! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Exceptional Stay at Zhangjiajie Sunshine Hotel
 
My recent three-night stay at Zhangjiajie Sunshine Hotel was absolute perfection! The second I walked in, the front desk team welcomed me warmly and finished check-in in minutes—no tedious waiting at all.
 
My room was impeccably clean, with a plush bed that had me sleeping soundly each night. Waking up to the faint view of Zhangjiajie’s lush mountains through the window was a lovely surprise, and the room’s quietness made it ideal for relaxing after day trips.
 
The breakfast buffet shone with fresh options, from crispy pastries to hearty hot dishes, and the coffee was always smooth. What truly made this stay unforgettable was Service Steward Xiao Yu—he remembered my preference for early breakfast, helped arrange a timely taxi to the scenic area, and even left a note with local snack recommendations.
 
I’ll 100% book Zhangjiajie Sunshine Hotel again on my next trip and can’t recommend it enough—especially if you get to be assisted by Xiao Yu!

Highly recommended! The Sunshine Courtyard Hotel in Experts Village is a beautiful courtyard-style property with an impressive lobby and many Instagrammable spots. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Our housekeeper, Xiao Luo, provided exceptional and thoughtful service, patiently recommending local specialty snacks around the hotel. The self-service laundry room was a practical bonus, a real plus for tourists. The location is unbeatable, super close to the scenic area on foot. We were upgraded to a balcony room, offering expansive views, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay! I'll definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Zhangjiajie!

As expected of the old Huatian brand, the facilities and equipment are complete and the service is very good. The staff are very proactive and enthusiastic. They also provide fruits and snacks in the room when you check in, which is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, no smell, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower water is very fast. The room arranged by the lady at the front desk was on a high floor and was very quiet. The scenery outside the window was good. The rice noodles for breakfast were especially delicious, with many varieties and good taste. Special thanks to Xiao Chen.
