First of all, let’s comment on the location. It’s on the fifth floor of a building. The entrance to the hotel is actually obvious, but you’ll miss it if you don’t pay attention. You can still call the front desk if you can’t find your way. The front desk service is very good and they will patiently answer questions and tell you. I walked around as I pleased, and the room was pretty good. The room I stayed in had a curtain. Once the curtain was drawn, the privacy was quite good. There were small lights on the side, so I didn’t have to worry about it being dark when I turned off the light. In short, It's a comfortable stay. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, which is very convenient. You don't have to go downstairs to buy it. It's also very close to the subway station, only a hundred or two hundred meters away. You can walk there in five minutes. , traveling is also very convenient, and getting to work is very fast.

Checked in for the second time, it was pretty good, the lobby looked quite upscale, and it was nice to stroll along the river at night. The MixC was just a few hundred meters away, so it was very convenient for eating and shopping. It just seemed that there was no place to eat breakfast in the morning, but fortunately, takeaways could be delivered to the door of the room, which was quite convenient. The hotel breakfast was a bit expensive at 58 per person, which was a bit uneconomical, probably because of the different location. The check-out front desk was also very enthusiastic and helped to store the luggage. Basically, the front desk would solve any problems. In a word, it was pretty good!

Super satisfactory hotel, we stayed for a total of four nights, very new and very comfortable environment. Convenient transportation, taxis can be called and parked at the door, the location is 20 minutes drive from West Lake, and it is even more convenient to go to Mixc and Raffles. It is very close to the Qiantang River light show location, you can walk there. You can do a little exercise on the top floor at night, which is very convenient.
It is worth mentioning the robot service here. I ordered takeout twice, which is very convenient and not disturbing 👍🫰
Behind the hotel is Lawson and Starbucks, where you can buy some snacks.
The hotel's toiletries are up and down, the shampoo is super easy to use, I strongly planted it, and I plan to buy another one when I go back😊

Came on my last week in China. Enjoyed the location. Laundry and small gym. You can receive parcels here too. There's 2-3 big shopping malls, bars, metro stations, universities, m&p shops in the area in walking distance. The streets outside are clean and quiet at night. Housekeeping cleans daily and are very nice ladies (3rd floor). The front desk are very helpful, I don't speak Maderin and no one spoke English, so wechat was the connect. I highly recommend getting the bigger room with the window and sofa if your going to stay for a week or more.

GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

WWangThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.

The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

The price during the Spring Festival is really a good deal. I saw the room and placed an order decisively. TTeeoteeThe location is superb. It is really closed to the mrt station in Huangzhou. This station is also a Inter-city station that allows you to travel directly to Shanghai. Although not a main station in Huangzhou, but a few trains a day to Shanghai is enough.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . GGuest UserIt's very close to the subway station, and all the hotel's facilities are on the passing level. It's great that more than 200 hotels in Hangzhou can have this level. There are also restaurants nearby, which is okay as a business hotel.

XXishuianbianAdvantages: The location is really convenient, very close to the Southern Song Palace Ruins Museum and Hefang Street; the stay was just before the Qingming Festival, the price was reasonable, and the cost performance was very high; the whole building of Vanke Golden Finished Products is an apartment, and there are security guards in the lobby on the first floor at any time, which feels very safe; there are convenience stores, fruit stores and SF Express's small transfer point nearby, and takeout and express delivery can be delivered in the apartment building; there is a small kitchen where you can cook some meals with an induction cooker and a refrigerator for food that needs to be refrigerated or frozen; it is very convenient to take buses, subways, shared bicycles and taxis around. The landlord responded promptly, friendly and patient. During the period, the wifi in the room needed to be repaired, and the landlord also actively helped us contact the master to repair it on site; he replied to me at more than ten o'clock in the evening on how to use the projector, thank you very much🙏
Disadvantages: The towels are not clean, and I don't know what the shampoo in the bathroom is. When using it, the hair sticks together and it is difficult to comb it out, which is relatively rare in homestays and hotels nowadays. The trouble is that the hot water supply is insufficient. The hot water is basically almost over in twenty minutes, and you need to wait for a while to use it again. The bathroom door is ladleful and can't be closed.
In short, except that the bathroom needs to be opened and closed, everything else is pretty good. It is cost-effective and practical.
