The disadvantage is: a family of four, with parents, a total of two rooms, registration took nearly 20 minutes. On the day of the trip, everyone was very tired, and the result was that they needed to sit on the first floor to cooperate with various registrations, even my three-year-old daughter had to face recognition. Although the hotel is cooperating with the requirements of the public security, it is still uncomfortable in my heart, it is too long. Overall still satisfied

I took my parents to Hangzhou for a spontaneous trip and booked this Treasure Hotel by accident. The parents were very satisfied and said it was the residence of a wealthy family. The hotel is located next to Xiang Lake, with few people and beautiful scenery. It was a special surprise. I have been to Hangzhou many times, but this is my first time to visit Xiang Lake. It has a unique flavor. Also, the food in the restaurant is very delicious. Don't drink too much fish head soup. I ordered a lot of bowls. We renewed the reservation for another night. I was very satisfied.

The hotel is located in the Xianghu Scenic Area. It is the scenic area when you go out. When you enter the hotel, the front desk service is very enthusiastic. The lobby is very spacious. There is also a place to relax and drink tea next to it. The room has also been upgraded for me. It has a large area and is very comfortable to live in. Although the breakfast on the second day was a set meal, it was very delicate. The point is that the location is good, and it is quite convenient to go to the nearby attractions. Polar Ocean World is just across the wall, and Senbo Water Park is only a few minutes’ drive away. It is a recommended hotel and very cost-effective.

If you like to drink some wine like me, edible ice can be provided on the first floor, brother. Service awareness is also very positive. The hotel I am currently staying in in Hangzhou has a robot delivery service. It is very convenient to take a bath and order a takeaway.

When we took a taxi, the gatekeeper did not open the gate and let us get in and out at the main entrance. In the end, we had to drag our luggage a long distance before reaching the hotel lobby. It feels like I'm not staying in a hotel, but in a dormitory... ☹️
