When checking in, I specifically asked about the deposit and was told that if it was paid via WeChat Pay or Alipay from mainland China, it would be refunded the same day. And indeed, I received the deposit on the day of check-out. I booked the Diamond room, which had a washing machine. For this price, it was much better than many five-star hotels in China."

"I booked a premium king room with executive benefits. This hotel no longer has a casino, so there's no complimentary shuttle service. Since my booking included executive benefits, I received complimentary afternoon tea and a dinner set. If you want to upgrade to the dinner buffet, it's an extra 100 RMB per person, which is still worth it. The room itself was decent, and the size was quite good – much larger than the tiny 'pigeonhole' hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong. The decor is a bit dated, but the French-style design gives it a nice feel. The gym is on the first floor next to the pool and is also a good size. Zhuhai is right across the river, offering a pleasant view. From the hotel, you can take a bus directly to Gongbei Port. The Grand Lisboa Casino is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel's breakfast is very rich with a good variety of options, and the service is excellent, including dedicated Chinese-speaking staff. There's a designated smoking area by the pool, outside the first-floor restaurant. Welcome fruit and capsule coffee makers add to the overall sense of quality and ambiance."

"Came to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.** **Environment & Amenities** ✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new. ✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable. ✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable. ⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.** **Design & Service** ✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high. ⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary. ⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient. **Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."

"I brought some gifts for my friends in Macau and bought some Japanese snacks and dried food for myself to take home. My friend wanted to treat me to dinner as a thank you for making the trip to Macau, even though it was an unexpected detour for me. He only had time in the evening after work. We usually eat quite late, so I had to stay in Macau for a day. Catching up with friends every two or three months is no problem, especially since I'm retired and have plenty of time. I always stay at this hotel. There aren't any major issues. I'm familiar with their procedures and practices. Plus, it's conveniently located on a main road with many bus stops, making it easy to get to and from the city center. Of course, when booking, you need to check the availability of rooms at competing hotels nearby. **Environment:** Good. I used their pool, and there were Caucasians, Koreans, and Japanese guests."

"Overall, the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel staff also provided good service. The only drawback was that on the first day, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We arrived around 3 PM, and despite clearly stating in our booking that we wanted a non-smoking room, the room was still not ready. We had to wait until past 5 PM to get into our room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did upgrade us to an inner garden view room, which had a beautiful view. During our stay, there was a Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was very nice. The hotel also had regular performances, making it very suitable for children. Additionally, having the Yaohan department store nearby made shopping very convenient. For two out of our three days and two nights stay, the hotel's pool was closed, and we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. Although it was accessible through the mall, going back and forth took a considerable amount of time."

"True to the Holiday Inn standard! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly thorough and thoughtful during check-in. The room was spacious and bright, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases laid open without any issue. The bedding was top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless with no hidden corners. Our room rate included breakfast, and the restaurant was well-managed with staff seating guests, offering a rich, tasty, and distinctive breakfast spread. But what truly stood out was the hotel's direct check-in and baggage drop-off service for Qantas guests – a huge thank you for that!"

"This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter."

"Mainly, it offers excellent value for money. 1. Great location. 2. Good service, right from the entrance. The staff are generally enthusiastic and provide excellent emotional value. The service process and all aspects are well worth the price, and the front desk operates efficiently. 3. During my stay, I went to the Churchill restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. However, shortly after eating breakfast, I threw everything up. I'm not sure why. 4. The slippers have good anti-slip properties, but the soles are too thin, making them uncomfortable to wear. 5. Being an older hotel, there are few bedside outlets. They should learn from other older hotels on how to renovate this. 6. The bedside tables are small with limited space, so they shouldn't put so many traditional items there just for the sake of it. Guests can't use them. Give the space back to the guests so they can put their own things there."
