Money worth it staying here. The pictures online are the same in reality. Although there's a queue during check in (around 3.30pm), the receptionist worked really fast and I got checked in quickly. Room is very clean. Shampoo, bath gel, dental kits, towels are provided. About the towel, the receptionist told me that towels will be given when they got the newly cleaned towels. Just need to wait awhile, no big deal as we are not rushing to use it. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing. Seeing it in person is much more breathtaking than the pictures. There's a deposit of RM500 as mentioned in the description. I paid it by cash and they refunded back to me after they checked the room during check out. I just need to wait around 10 minutes (maybe more for others as they need to wait for the lift) for them to check. There's a T&C to sign during check in, so just follow the rules and not having any penalty to get back the deposit. Definitely will come again.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are amenities such as a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the common area on each floor. The male cleaner is friendly and provides service with a smile. I was very impressed. Thanks

The apartment is large, its a modern apartment, very easy to get around. There is fews Shopping center nearby not only KLCC. You can go to bukit bintang area by monorail, its super easy and the station just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and you can reach Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square and etc. They prepared some daily basic need like towel, toothbrush and shower gel/ hair shampoo. The staff is helpful and provide us very clear instructions about check in and check out. The view from the unit is beautiful. Overall, I can recommend it.

LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!  

The housekeeper is very nice. Needless to say, the location is low. It is very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, a 3-minute walk. The room is clean, but it can be a bit noisy at night.

My stay at Sunway Putra Hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur. I think we got free upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Deluxe Classic room. The rooms were spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the city skyline from my window and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. Btw It's so easy to access nearby attractions by LRT. Below the Hotel is shopping areas, which is so convenient.

The apartment is nice clean and big with high end furniture. Complete with amenities such as cooker, hood, washer, dryer and fridge. You can request for housekeeping where they will change your towels and replenish toiletries everyday. An apartment with hotel facilities. Paid for room with Twin Tower view and it is amazing as we get to witness fireworks during Merdeka Nite. They provided a Whatsapp service where an agent will assist you for any questions or problems with your stay. Kudos on these service. Some improvements, we had problems with the card access given. We were given the wrong card access for not 1 but 2 carpark gantries and we always have problem accessing the carpark door towards the lift lobby at Level 3A. Faced this problems for the whole 4 days straight and we have to call and wait for security guard for help everytime. Happens everytime we drive out and we dreaded it as we travelled with an elderly and it is a hassle.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

This is my first travel with my boyfriend in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and we can say that we are going to book this hotel again when we come back. 7 days in this hotel makes us feel relaxed and enjoyed. We arrived 12:50 MN of 26 July 24 and the convenient part is that 7/11 and ABC restaurant is still open. Very accessible to food and convenience stores. Moreover, I just contacted the receptionist 7 hours before we arrived to the hotel. They told us that they can accommodate us until 1 AM. When we entered the room, there are 2 bottles of water already prepared and the room is already clean. My requests I entered when I booked the hotel are also prepared (extra pillows). Overall, very satisfied customers.
