I flew in from overseas this time and decided to treat myself to a relaxing staycation in Shenzhen. Overall, this hotel was actually pretty good! 👍 The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-equipped, basically having everything you'd need: the AC was powerful, and there was even a microwave, which was very convenient to use. I especially have to mention their hairdryer – it was so good that I ordered one for myself as soon as I got back home 😂 Regarding service, Xiao Cai's attitude was excellent, and the cleaning staff were also very warm and friendly, making me feel quite welcome. However, there was one minor issue, which was the internet. Since I'm a foreigner, they didn't inform me in advance that I'd need a Chinese number to get the WiFi password. So, initially, I couldn't connect at all and thought it was a network problem. It wasn't until two days into my stay that I called to inquire and finally understood the situation. It would have been better if they had explained this beforehand. Also, regarding food delivery, the robot delivery service at this hotel was a bit slow. I've experienced it in other Chinese cities before, and usually, it's delivered to the room very quickly. Here, it might be due to limited staff or a smaller number of robots, so you need a bit more patience. Overall, it was still a good stay. The comfort and basic services were definitely up to par. It would be even more perfect if these minor details could be optimized! ✨

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, a definite five-star experience! The biggest surprise was the hotel's hardware facilities. The room was equipped with a whole-house smart voice control system, allowing me to open/close curtains and adjust lighting with just a voice command – very high-tech. The bedding was wonderfully soft, complemented by a high-spec bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, and a huge floor-to-ceiling window offering an excellent view. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the smart toilet to the fast and stable Wi-Fi. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-in, even kindly recommending nearby attractions. During my stay, room service was prompt, and any requests were handled quickly. This trip, the hotel truly felt like a warm home. I was extremely satisfied with everything – the location, service, room facilities, and surrounding amenities.

The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, with a great variety of hot dishes, bread, fruits, and porridge, all tasting homemade and very comforting. When checking out, the staff even proactively asked about our stay experience, which was a very thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, and the price is affordable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

It's not huge, but it's incredibly well-equipped – the cardio machines, especially the treadmills, are in great condition, and the strength area has a good mix of machines and free weights. It's perfectly adequate for maintaining your workout routine while traveling. What really stood out was how immaculately clean it was. Staff were on hand to wipe down and sanitize equipment immediately after use, and the floor was always spotless, with no sweat marks or odors, perfectly consistent with the 'spotless and orderly' style of the rooms. The changing rooms and showers were just as clean and well-ventilated. For business travelers or tourists, being able to get a workout in at the end of the day or first thing in the morning is a real refresher! Overall, this hotel truly embodies 'cleanliness and order' in every detail, from the guest rooms to the public areas, making for a very consistent experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel's design style is great, with spacious, white public areas and rooms featuring natural wood furniture. The lighting is excellent too. All guest rooms are on one floor, making access easy. With a limited number of rooms, it's quiet and not crowded, and I noticed many foreign guests, suggesting a high-quality clientele. The hotel offers a lounge area, a gym, and a self-service laundry room. The gym seems to be open to the public; I even saw employees from a client company using it as a company perk. The gym equipment is comprehensive and clean. I went around 8 PM and it wasn't crowded, which was very pleasant—not a messy gym at all. The location is in the Nanshan Central Business District, near Tencent Tower in the Science Park, and not far from MixC World Nanshan and Nantou Ancient City. The service is also excellent; the staff are thoughtful and polite. After checking in, they even kindly helped me with my luggage to my room. Overall, it's hard not to give a good review because of the fantastic service. I want to encourage such a thoughtful hotel!👍

The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable desk and chair, and stable and fast internet – perfectly meeting all my work needs. The hotel was quiet and not noisy at all, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was professional and efficient, with thoughtful attention to detail. It's an excellent choice for business travel, and I'll definitely prioritize booking it for future trips.

The hotel environment is really good, and the room the staff arranged for me was also great – clean and tidy. The Laifen hairdryer in the room was a pleasure to use. Plus, there's a laundry room and a gym on the third floor, and they even offer a dedicated laundry service, which is perfect for business trips or travelers.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite mixed. There were definitely positives, but also some issues that affected the overall value and stay experience. First of all, the hotel is located right beside a temple. Personally, I did not mind it, but for guests who are sensitive to incense smells, this is something to take note of before booking. I initially booked a “Family-Friendly Family Room,” but unfortunately there was a plumbing issue with the toilet when we first used it. To be fair, the cleaning staff handled the situation very kindly and professionally, and during the chaos the hotel quickly arranged a replacement room for us. However, I later realised the replacement was either a “Superior Twin Room” or “Deluxe Twin Room,” which was designed for 2 people instead of the 3-person family room I originally paid for. When I clarified this with the concierge, they mentioned that my dad had approved the room change. After checking with him, it was true that he had agreed, but he also did not realise it was a room for only 2 guests. He was mainly focused on whether the room was clean and functional after the plumbing issue. At that point, I did feel a little disappointed because it essentially meant we paid for a family room but stayed in a standard twin room instead. The conversation with one of the concierge staff also made me feel as though, since we had already accepted the replacement room, it became our responsibility to simply proceed with it. To the hotel’s credit, they later offered us 2 days of breakfast coupons as compensation, and they did eventually offer another room change. However, since we were only staying for 2 nights, moving rooms again at that stage felt like too much hassle. For context, the two staff members assisting us during the night shift gave very different impressions, one was genuinely warm and helpful, while the other felt rather average in terms of service attitude. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the overall staff were generally friendly and helpful. The buffet service crew and housekeeping staff were especially pleasant. Even during checkout, the daytime concierge went out of their way to help us book a DiDi after we struggled for a long time to get a ride to the train station, which I appreciated a lot. I also enjoyed having access to the laundry facilities, as I personally like keeping things neat during travel. The laundry room being combined with the gym was convenient in theory, though the space itself felt quite small, especially when waiting for laundry. Still, the staff were thoughtful enough to help move and fold clothes once they were dry if guests were away. Overall, I would describe my stay as average to decent. There were some genuinely good service moments, but the room replacement situation affected my impression of the hotel’s value for money. I’m honestly torn between giving 3 or 4 stars for service.
