The room was surprisingly spacious, easily accommodating four people. The bedding and bathroom were quite clean, though the furniture and flooring showed their age a bit. Overall, the interior felt compact but functional. They offer convenient luggage storage before check-in and complimentary storage after check-out, which is a huge plus for travelers. The surrounding area is nice, with a supermarket nearby and the subway station not too far off. Best of all, it offers great value for money.

The receiptionists (I forgot to ask both names, one of them is with glasses) were very kind and accomodating. The one with glasses even helped with my bags when I checked out.
They provided the best room for my one night stay. There were complimentary coffees (from coffee maker and/or nescafe sachet) and teas that you can make for yourself near the receptionist counter. Best of all, they offer you complimentary fruits!
The room is clean and the bed is really nice (I am particular about bed as I sometimes find it hard to fall asleep while travelling). Overall, love my experience and I can firmly say, it is really worth what I am paying for! ☺️
My favorite part is this hotel is really near to The Muffin Man Tea shop! ❤️
Love the experience and I have recommended this place to my good friends.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to the DLR station and the pier, and about a 15-minute walk to Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium. The breakfast was decent, but the service was just so-so, especially on the last day. The hotel had promised to pack breakfast for us, and we'd even confirmed the food and drink list beforehand. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up on time, nothing was ready. They hastily gave us some dry snacks and coffee, which almost made us miss our airport transfer! The most unexpected thing was on the first day when the elevator broke down, and we were trapped for nearly an hour. The elevators clearly lacked maintenance, with only one working each day, which significantly impacted our stay. Although they offered a discount on the room rate after some negotiation, the general manager never reappeared, and the promised compensation for the children was never fulfilled. Additionally, the shower drain in the room was extremely slow, almost flooding the bathroom if you weren't careful! Finally, regarding the hotel's ground-floor bar and restaurant, the food and drinks were quite good and reasonably priced, but the service attitude was poor, and they seemed particularly cold towards Chinese customers.

Great location, on the side of Stamford Bride stadium and near to Fulham Broadway station. Room was very dated however. No plug sockets near beds. Plug sockets hanging from the wall. TV’s aged. Poor service in the hotel too.

Great location, located 2 mins away from Earl’s court station, common grocery stores nearby. Breakfast was great, different food to choose. During the stay, one of the door on the shelf was hard to close, one of the towel had hair and stain on it but service team quickly sent us new set of towels. Overall the stay was okay, staffs were nice, bed was comfortable, perfect for short trips exploring london.

I initially booked a family room, but it was located in the old building, right on a main road, and the traffic noise was unbearable. I was given a 2nd-floor room, so I requested a change. They ended up giving me a 'Deluxe King Room' in the new building. Although it had one less small bed, the decor was much more modern, and the double-paned windows made it very quiet, which significantly improved my experience. The hotel's service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. There are many bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby, though it's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station. Overall, it offers great value for money. I look forward to the hotel's complete renovation. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing one of the newly renovated rooms.

Really impressed! The staff are wonderful, so happy and helpful. The room is comfy with everything you need. Quiet and peaceful, no noise from adjoining rooms and slamming doors. Brekkie was really good and an 11am checkout. Super!

A great hotel that was value for money, given the location, and great views across to central London. Polite receptionist when checking in. The only drawbacks were the lack of room servicing, not done at all during our 4 night stay, plus some items in the bathroom that needed updating/servicing, which we let reception know about. The lifts are also a little ”rickety”, although we were perfectly safe each time, so use the stairs if you have a nervous child! Really, overall, we had a good stay.

The room was nice and comfortable, but too tired to be classed as 5 star.
As two couples, we left the hotel before 9am to carry on exploring before check out at 11am. However, when we returned at 10.15am, we were told that our keys would no longer work as we had left the hotel. We had NOT checked out, as our bags were still in the room. We found this presumption to be very rude.

Very Good
WWonderwanderWe have had some hiccups during our stay, ie microwave not working, but the staff has been helpful and wet out of the way to resolve the issues. Nice to have cooking facilities. Good location
GGuest UserStaff were really lovely, the room was very clean and housekeeping changed our sheets and towels after the first night. Bokan was amazing. The gym only had weights up to 10kg so wasn’t of much use.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the environment was comfortable, highly recommended. Overall, the experience was great, and it's not far from the city center, so it's definitely worth recommending. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic, making for an excellent experience.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserThe staff's service attitude was excellent, but the facilities left much to be desired. The bathroom fixtures were quite old, and the shower, in particular, wasn't designed for Asian heights, making it difficult to control the water flow. Washing was a real struggle, and there were several clogs, impacting cleanliness. Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience.
Additionally, the hotel room faced the street, so the constant noise of passing cars was unavoidable. If you're a light sleeper, it would be extremely hard to fall asleep!!
LLiyaniuThe room was incredibly small! I couldn't believe how tiny 10 square meters felt. I was genuinely shocked when I opened the door. It was even difficult to open my luggage. The table was pathetically small, and there wasn't even a chair. Storage space was extremely limited. The bathroom was even tinier, comparable to an airplane lavatory. Overall, my stay was very uncomfortable. The only positives were the comfortable bed and the breakfast, which at least offered some variety. After a difficult two nights, I decisively moved to the Hilton across the street, and the experience was significantly better. What baffles me is that this place was even more expensive than the Hilton. On the whole, dining and getting around were very convenient, with various UCL colleges in the vicinity. There's a Nero Cafe right next door, so if you don't want the hotel breakfast, you can grab something there. Heading south down the street, you'll find quite a few Chinese restaurants, which is very handy.
MM.AshalThe reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated.
However the room itself wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you don’t get lots of space and for 1 night you don’t need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about.
The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room.
Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap.
Minor point but the pillows and duvet didn’t feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thicker…
Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all that’s really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag.
I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they can’t really do anything about the room sizes.
GGuest UserIt is a proper old-style purpose-built hotel, with 12 floors, large lobby and corridors and other relaxation, dining (Chinese restaurant, Irish pub, café) and entertainment areas (tea room), many lifts. The Superior room (an upgrade offered by reception from Stabdard for £10) was spacious and had nice panoramic views towards Albert Hall and BT tower. It was, however, on the train track facing side of the building. The tube may be audible from lower rooms, and such rooms probably have the view obstructed by surrounding tower buildings, but on the 9th floor the train noise was not intrusive, and trains do not run at night. It may also be down to the external soundproofing. The internal soundproofing is not as good, in fact around midnight I could hear a group talk and laugh. I used a higher air conditioning volume for white noise and it was not a massive problem. The bathroom could be revamped (the grout could be revived, silicone reapplied), but there was nothing to detract from the overall enjoyable experience. Good shower pressure and temperature, toiletries included conditioner. Convenient USB port for charging.
SSvetlana….The location is great, walking distance to Oxford street, very close to the metro and Hide park.
We booked a standard double room but we were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 4th floor.
It was very warm and we didn’t use AC.
Wi Fi was good
The bed is a bit small, but for 2 nights ok.
We had coffee and tea bags.
It was clean
The staff was very friendly
The only thing we didn’t like is the lift. It’s very old and it was stuck several times, so I had to take steps
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is great- just a 5 minute walk from Paddington which in turn is just two stops on the Tube from the west end. You are also less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kensington Park. Service at reception and in the restaurant was excellent. The continental breakfast is really good with a wide choice that includes boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese. The rooms are spotless in terms of cleanliness but be aware that if you wake up just before 9 and want a shower the water may not be hot due to wider use but at other times is hot.
