Great
GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel in most respects. Truly wonderful location and superb rooms. Cleanliness was first class. The only slight let down was the breakfast service.... Whilst the food was top notch the queue for ten minutes to be seated was not acceptable. We were escorted to a table and promised that a waiter would take our order for tea or coffee shortly. This didn't happen and I had to seek out a waiter and request the drinks. The whole atmosphere was one of a canteen and not a five star venue. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not able to clear tables or provide a decent degree of customer service. That said, the buffet breakfast was good quality and plentiful with a good choice but don't expect anything like customer service. However, putting the breakfast service aside, this is a lovely hotel in a fabulous place and is perfect for visiting the O2. We had stayed in London theatreland the previous night at the Victory house and enjoyed a table service breakfast at their sister hotel,The Indigo, which is only 4 star but presented a much better offering than this 5 Star establishment. Despite an overall decent stay I found it hard to get over the really second rate service at breakfast...
GGuest UserBooked the Pilot Inn for a show at the O2. Truly pleasantly surprised at the experience we had for the price! The rooms re quaintly decorated, with the whole hotel being nautical themed! Our bedroom was well acquainted, cosy and the bathroom was newly renovated and honestly spotless! Shower was incredible! 🚿 The team were really accommodating, providing more milk when needed for the room. We had some issues with the TV connection, unfortunately our WiFi was not working at all on the night so we couldn’t stream to the TV.
Breakfast the next day was an experience in itself. We had lots of choice and also the option for continental items on the buffet selection. The quality of produce was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserI had a pleasant short stay at the hotel. Thanks to Maria at the front desk who was extremely helpful and welcoming during check in and even after checking out.
I will be returning to the hotel.
SSantoshGoreGood hotel with central location just near metro station and supermarket are accessible just in 5 minutes
We meet Mr Vijay at front desk he is very polite and professional staff he helped us to manage bookings .
Rooms are comfortable , we enjoyed our stay with family.
Beware of Private Cabs recommended by hotel they scammed us . Drive threatened us and he was trying to run away with our luggage , we were supposed to catch train early in morning and suddenly he started asking for 100 pounds while the booking was only for 40 pounds. After denial he cancelled trip and charged us for 20 pounds without any reason , all this happened infront of hotel gate and due to this incident we missed our train and again faced loss of 150 pounds.
Book Uber only they are safe and reliable.
GGuest UserI've been to Premier Inn at Tooting but this location, the staff were very accommodating as I was able to check in 15 minutes earlier, the customer service was good and check out was simple and easy without involving staff. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, easy to sleep after 21 hour flight and the breakfast buffet for vegan was delicious and very filling with unlimited tea, juices, hot and cold meals. Highly recommend. The only suggestion I would make is to insert the wifi login details or instructions on the menus inside the hotel as it wasn't explained at check in or the staff should mention that at check in.
EEl-ChrijeVery understanding and accommodating. Very clean room with all the essentials . Only down side was wifi which you could only use once for free for 30mins. Other than that smooth and clean
KKitKatBarA great place with plenty of space. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. It was also very clean.
However, the curtains were not blackout at all, and both had some issues, making it even harder to block out light. It was very easy to be woken up by the sunlight in the morning.
But other than that, this place was really nice!
ZZhuzijiaxunThe room is pretty good. But the window cannot be opened, the air is not circulating, it is a bit stuffy, it is unbearable for a long time.
The Beefeater restaurant on the first floor is delicious, you can try it.
MMankit888Heathrow Airport is located in the west of London, and this hotel is located in the southeast of London, so the distance from the airport to the hotel is quite long, but the hotel is located at the subway station exit and is very convenient for access. We take the subway or bus from the hotel to the city center for about half an hour every day. This is a very atmospheric town with a variety of restaurants, museums and parks. The hotel room was larger than expected and very clean, but there was no hair dryer or slippers. The price was reasonable in London, and the price/performance ratio was OK!
GGuest UserVery convenient place which only few street from Woolrich Station, clean, nice customer service, staff friendly, only without teeth brush & slpeey shoes.
