GGuest UserCheck in with relatively smooth even though it was during the New Year. One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

KKrameraStayed here several times before & would definitely be staying here again. Great location with easy access to all Heathrow terminals, nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms, nice bar which is open 24 hours with a good restaurant to complement. Staff are super helpful & friendly, breakfast offers a very good selection.

GGuest UserOut of town and good for overnight stay if you are attending events nearby.
Stayed for two nights, cleaning clothes and wipes were left on the table on the second day.
There were no towels in the room, and I had to call the reception to get it when I got back late the following day.

AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

LLadySaharaStayed at Ark for one night when watching a concert at Wembley. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to the stadium and all the food outlets.
Didn't really get a chance to use the kitchen facilities, but having a fridge was great for having cold drinks and tea/coffee was provided.
Check in was easy, bed was comfy and after the concert we were back in the room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I also enjoyed the dining experience — the food was satisfying and well presented. The reception staff were especially helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice for visiting London.

We couldn't fully open our 28-inch suitcase inside, but the hotel's location right by the train station is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to the city center. Plus, they offer breakfast, and you can arrange dinner with them in advance. For London during Christmas, this price point was really good.
