First of all, im grateful that you've upgraded my room to a connecting room since I reserved a different type of room. ketika saya bilang kamar satu lg minta didekatkan cuz im staying with my kids. You offered me a connecting room with an upgraded room without any charge. I'm so grateful thank you. And also, nice pool & playground. However, I'm really sorry to say that I'm kinda disappointed staying at your place though, since it's a 4 star hotel. Handuk yang tidak lagi putih dan sudah agak bau, check in yang super lama, banyak sekali guests yg datang setelah saya masih belum dapat kamar hingga jam 5 sore. It was chaos. Saya sengaja check in di jam 3 hoping the room is ready krn kami mau main sore kepantai. Unfortunately.. saya masih harus menunggu another 30 minutes cuz the room is being cleaned. Ketika di jam 3.30 kami menanyakan kembali kamar kami, ternyata baru satu kamar yg ready. Kamar satu lagi kami masih harus menunggu another half hour. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah variety of your food breakfast. Not much of a choice. Roti pun tidak ada panggangannya dan hanya ada margarine, chocolate dan blueberry jam. Pastry dan doughnuts yg habis dan lama sekali di refill. Juga main course yang habis dan juga lamaaa sekali di isi ulang. Btw, kami di arahkan breakfast di lantai bawah, krn ruangan resto utama penuh. But I didn't expect the food to be so average for a 4 star hotel. Please take care of your hotel cuz my kids loves your pool and playground. Looking forward till the renovations are done.

The rooms are really nice, quite new, and the facilities are excellent. It's connected to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, which is great for Chinese travelers. The breakfast spread is generous, and the swimming pool, though small, is decent. It's a bit on the pricey side, so it's probably best suited for business trips.

Came here for a music festival that was happening right next door at JIEXPO. It was the PERFECT location because it's only a 3 min (I timed it) from the hotel to the entrance gate. The only reason I gave it low rating for the amenities is that they do not have an iron facility in the room, we can only iron our clothes in a dedicated place at the laundry room, that's a big hassle for me, esp as a solo traveller. Breakfast selection was also a let down but nothing big. Other than that, top notch in everything. Will definitely stay here, esp when attending music fests or concerts. Also there's a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel, so it'll fix your coffee craving if needed, but I didn't go the whole 3 days there.

The location is central, well-equipped, quiet, clean, and the service is excellent. This business hotel, recommended by a friend, has a central location and is close to the airport, making travel convenient. Plus, there's a Chinese restaurant downstairs for easy dining and a large store below for convenient shopping.

I had a great stay at Oakwood PIK Jakarta. It's an excellent choice if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport or if you plan to explore the PIK area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby. The service was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the excellent amenities, including a water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, and even a cooking area, which made the stay feel very convenient and homely. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.

Unbeatable Views and Resort Vibes! I recently had a short stay at Gold Coast PIK, and it was exactly the escape I needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a resort but sits right in the heart of the action, this is it. I was lucky enough to have a unit that offered both the sparkling sea view and the dazzling city skyline. There are multiple pools to choose from (both indoor and outdoor). The outdoor pool area is stunning, very tropical and well-maintained.

My third stay at Hariston Hotel & Suites Pluit offered the same familiar comfort and great location that I have come to appreciate, though this particular visit was slightly marred by a noticeable mosquito issue. While the overall hospitality remained consistent and the check-in process was as efficient as always, Iencountered a large number of mosquitoes inside the property during this trip, which became quite bothersome during my downtime. Despite this major inconvenience, the fundamental qualities of the hotel still held up well, as the room itself was clean and spacious, the bed was highly comfortable, and the air conditioning provided a great escape from the Jakarta heat. The breakfast buffet continued to offer a satisfying and diverse spread of local and Western choices, and the secure basement parking remained immensely practical for my daily travels. While I still value this property for its excellent pricing and accessibility to the airport toll road, the pest issue is something that definitely needs more proactive maintenance from the management to ensure a fully comfortable environment for guests. All of the facility the apartment is good, the staff helpfull. I think minus in the unit of apartement : One thing is certain about staying here: the internet is terrible—the Wi-Fi, too. Service from all providers is bad here, so you can't even watch TV and the wifi is useless and your Telco line can't connect well to network. The hairdryer almost burn my hands, there is a fire when i'm using it. As for the mattress in the second bedroom, its uncomfortable.

Overall it's OK
