"The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons: - It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering. - One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese. - The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious. If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel."

There are tons of restaurant options nearby, plus a supermarket about a 15-minute walk away. The keyless entry felt secure, there's air conditioning, and the interior was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze."

"In the center of Milan, there is a tram stop within a five-minute walk downstairs. Milan Central Station and other famous attractions can be reached quickly. The room was clean and well equipped. "bed sheets and pillow cases had dirty spots, and some holes. There were hair of the cleaning staff as well on the bed and in the sink. The pillows were not comfortable as they seemed over used. It was hard to sleep without disruption as you could hear your neighbours behind the wall clearly. Also I don't know if it's a reason in the hotel or another italian food but I had a food poisoning and in the hospital atm back home. But the plates in the main restaurant weren't properly cleaned and had some food left. I used paper tissues to wipe it."

"There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact."
