"This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends.
Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby.
Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite."
"Lovely hotel, great price, come with all essentials such as towels, shower gel, even has gym and movie rooms!
Location was ok, not in centre of Milan, but is close to a nice district with lots of restaurants and bars:)"
"This is a very clean and friendly hotel located a little bit farther from the city centre. However you do can walk for 5-10 minutes to a tram station or, if you drive, there is a parking lot in the front of the building. The tram to city centre basically starts from every 15 minutes and takes 15 minutes. The receptionists will explain everything you would like to know. The room is very clean and spacious than same hotels in the city centre at the same price. The breakfast is normal but sufficient. The fast and cost effective way from there to MXP airport is to take the bus 98, a stop within 10 minutes walking, to the Lotto M1 M5 and then taking airport shuttle buses. Recommended!"
"I can only agree with the German reviews. I have made the same experiences as many before me. From the deportation to another hotel, a few house entrances continue to the low heat performance of the heating and brightness of the rooms. The doors to the room are not massive house doors, but room doors. All windows were sticked sticky with black film, so you don't receive daylight, which is bad because the view was not unpleasant. Unfortunately, the kit for bed were not head kit, but hard sofa kit.
But there was a balcony and the room was clean. Check in and check out were uncomplicated. The location of the hotel was good for my purposes.
In summary, you get what the comments promise for your money. Price performance is therefore almost appropriate. However, for more than one night not recommended."
"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Santa Maria delle Grazie church, where the Last Supper is located. The rooms are spacious, and the views from the windows are excellent.
The room also has a smart TV, allowing us to watch YouTube and other content!
The area feels safe, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision.
Bottled water was available for purchase at the shop downstairs.
The shampoo and other toiletries were all-in-one types, so if you have specific preferences, I recommend bringing your own."

"Great hotel! The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The location is very convenient — just a 4–5 minute walk to the metro station, and the receptionist kindly pointed us to the quickest route. The hotel also offers parking and breakfast. The bed was comfortable enough, and the overall atmosphere was calm."
"Great location and friendly staff, but disappointing stay overall
We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
Pros:
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around.
The hotel was clean and had nice decor, making a good first impression.
Cons:
The noise levels from the area was unexpected. Loud music played until the early hours, making it very difficult to sleep.
The lights in our room kept switching on and off during the night, which was disruptive and unsettling.
The breakfast was disappointing—the meat and scrambled eggs were cold, which was off-putting and not what we expected."
"Artsy fartsy wartsy! Cool and clean place and allows you to leave luggages before check in. Good and delicious breakfast spread."

DDengmamaThe location is excellent, right across from Milan Central Station in an apartment building. The bus stop for Milan Malpensa Airport is right outside.
There's a Sichuan restaurant in the building's retail space. To get to the hotel, you go through the iron gate next door into the lobby. Follow the hotel signs, take the old-fashioned elevator on the left to the second floor, and you'll find the front desk. There's a Chinese-speaking host available, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered in the lounge, which is very convenient, cozy, and comfortable.
Our family room had two beds, was clean and tidy, and both the bathroom and room were spacious. There was a kettle in the room. Be careful when showering, as the splash guard isn't tall enough, so water can spill out of the shower area. Watch out for slipping.
AanmqThe hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down.
There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything!
We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner.
牛牛哥.The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water.
EElenaIt is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, and we were happily upgraded to two 1.8-meter large beds! The shower set in the bathroom worked well. This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro station and about a 17-minute walk to the train station, which felt pretty good.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double.
GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
2286365****I like this hotel the most when I go to Milan. It is close to the city center and there are many places to visit nearby. I like this hotel the most when I go to Milan. It is close to the city center and there are many places to visit nearby.
TThe.snacking.gypsyI had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins.
One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome.
The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future.
GGuest UserJust around the corner from the train station, this hotel is brand new and all the room facilities were excellent. In the middle of the night, my husband suddenly had severe gallbladder pain. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, calling an ambulance (112) and assisting with communication. By the way, in Italy, public hospital ambulances, ultrasounds, X-rays, and blood tests are all free. Luckily, it was nothing serious, and we just got some painkillers to take home.
