"The decor is very new, and the lobby's air conditioning is super strong (though the elevators are hot). They offer a free tuk-tuk service to the Yellow Line or the department store, which is very convenient. The reception staff are warm, polite, and friendly. The room is very clean, and the bedding is spotless. There are also paid beers, instant noodles, and snacks available, which is handy. Unfortunately, there are no self-service laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The pool looks nice."

"Everything here was great, from the parking to the reception, the room, cleanliness, and even breakfast. It was all excellent! However, I'm deducting one star because the room wasn't soundproof (though the hotel area itself wasn't noisy). I could hear other rooms closing doors, and the bed wasn't very soft. Other than that, it was fantastic value for money."

"I stayed for 10 days, and the service was excellent; all the staff were very nice. However, this was my second stay, and I noticed an issue: the standard rooms (with balconies) face the road, and there's a bar nearby that gets very noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. The motorcycles on the road are also loud at night. Since I'm a light sleeper, I paid extra to upgrade my room. It was quiet, but I couldn't open the window (it was sealed shut, making it hard to dry laundry). The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, with washing costing 30 baht and drying 60 baht. There's also a 7-Eleven right next door, which was convenient for breakfast."

"The hotel room is clean, very spacious (2 bedroom apartment) and equipped very well. Just outside of the train station and connected to two big shopping centers where you can eat out anything you possibly want and shop possibly you need. Also in between two shopping centers there is a popular fantastic night market on weekends. Staff are very friendly polite helpful and doing their best to accommodate your comfortable stay. Breakfast was great. I would definitely come back when I come back to Bangkok. We'd like to thank all hotel staff for their professional and wonderful hospitality during our stay. Hope to stay again. 🙏"

"The room was very spacious, with a separate sleeping area and a living area with a sofa and TV. There was a small kitchenette, but it only had a microwave, a hot water kettle, and coffee cups, but no coffee. They only provided two bottles of water. Overall, the room was great for the price compared to similar nearby options. There was plenty of parking, and the security guard was very helpful, always finding parking spots and directing cars."

"The staff were very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and crisp. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and there was no iron available at the hotel. The food wasn't great. Otherwise, everything else was good."

"I booked an executive room this time, but the bathroom was surprisingly small, making it difficult to even turn around – it was worse than a standard room. I called the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste, then went downstairs to pick up my family (because you need a key card to use the elevator). When I got back to my floor, I saw a male staff member closing my room door. I found it very strange that a staff member would just enter the room like that. As we approached the door, the staff member made a gesture, seemingly indicating that the toothbrush and toothpaste had been placed inside. I was speechless. My child was sleeping in the room, and I immediately felt very unsafe. I won't be choosing this hotel again in the future."
