So happy when we arrived. Everywhere was clean and quiet. The staff are lovely and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. The spa facilities are great. You can use the steam room, sauna, pool and the jacuzzi which I loved so much, also use rhe gym and pay for spa treatments which is reasonable priced. The shower in the room wow was lovely and hot wnd powerful. I spent so long in there i didnt wanna get out lol. This was a well deserved time for us both. We will defo be coming back in the future. Easy to find as well. There is also a parking g place round the corner which was not far at all a 1 min walk back to the hotel. Weatherspoons was next door also. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. My son and I stayed here last week for 3 nights. Hotel has very good location and was very clean. But nothing more good I can say about this place. The room was extremely small. Only because we came with small hand luggage, we can put it under the bed, with bigger luggage it was big problem. There is no place at all to take clothes from the luggage. Even not so easy to pass through the room because all the room space was the bed with few centimeters free space to pass. We really didn’t want some big room, because we came to be outside most of the time but every morning was challenging to dress up. Coffee machine also was out of service. There is paid service to store luggage for 12 hours after check out, and I have not any problem to pay for this service, but I expected there is toilet when we came to get our luggage before we leave to airport. And it’s not.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here within the last 6 months. It’s my go-to hotel for London trips. I’m always so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Sherin on the front desk, and the breakfasts are exceptional. Olena helped us this time to source the gluten free and vegan food, she is a credit to the team. Thank you again to the hotel and I look forward to returning very soon!

We booked a suit for the a 1 night stay at the price of £284. We had a 3pm checkin but our room was not ready until after 4pm, despite being at the hotel from 12:30. The room was not great! It had ripped carpet, crumbs on the floor, desk chair broken. No toiletries, no water in the room. The pressure on the shower was also low. We went to the bar at 4:30 for a drink. It was not busy and was advised its table service only. We waited 15 or so minutes but no service, staff were seen to be huddled to the left of the bar chatting, despite multiple attempts To get one’s attention but failed, so we left along with 2 other tables. We used the pool, this was cold, but is very relaxing, steam room and sauna had plenty of room. There was a bad smell of sewage in the spa. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and the quality was Adequate. Luka at the concierge desk was very attentive and observant. This is our third stay at this hotel and 9th stay at the chain. The quality of this hotel does not meet other hotels in the chain.

Had afternoon tea for my birthday with my son, the staff Avataar and Fransseca were wonderful they went out of their day way to serve us. Extra sandwiches were on offer if we wanted more. They were so knowledgeable about the teas and even come round with a birthday card with cake and candle for my birthday. What a wonderful gesture. There was also a pianist playing in the centre of the room which was very delightful. On our way out I managed to get a photo with Sean who we have regularly watched on the Savoy on ITV. What a wonderful friendly chap. What a memorable day.

Location: The hostel is located in an excellent location, near Lambeth North Station, a variety of shopping around and you can go to the main tourist points of London, including: Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey ... Structure: The site is well preserved, right in the entrance has a well-conjoining pub, where also lunches and spots are served and there is a small outdoor area with tables. In the upper floors are the shared bedrooms and bathrooms (1 per floor). Facilities: The hostel does not have lift, which may be a problem for people who arrive with many bags, the lockers of the bedrooms are very small (in my case it only cuts a mean bag), but to solve this problem the hostel provides a The rooms are small, so when you are stuck, you become a problem to locomote. There is no air conditioning or ventilator, only heating system, in the days I stayed in the city was warm and the rooms were very shocked because the natural ventilation was not enough. The beds were comfortable, had USB-tapped and outputs in all beds, but there were no curtains and individual lighting (for those who stay in hostels, know that makes the difference). The bathrooms are spacious and were kept clean as far as possible, because it does not make sense to wait for the perfect space since it is shared, especially in the most frequently moving times. Conclusion: Despite the details mentioned, I would host again, the comfort and structure offered by the hostel and location are compatible with the value paid.

The experience was pretty good, but they do not provide any amenities inside the room, even drinking water was not there inside the room

I turned up ready to put my legs up and rest before my early morning train. I was not looking for anything special but there is basic and then there is this! I was originally put in LG5 and told to go up the stairs, along the corridor and down the stairs. I followed the instructions but, not only could I not find the room, neither could a member of staff. Another one told me to go back along the corridor, up some stairs and down some stairs. I got to the staircase at the end of the corridor and it was blocked by piles of laundry and laundry bags! I went back to the reception desk and explained that neither myself nor staff could find the room. He agreed to give me a different one (a nicer one he said!) and said to go up the stairs and the room was on the right. He didn’t, however, give me a room number. I then started trying to get into the room on the right, then the next room on the right, then the next room on the right before I came up and went back to reception once again! He told me my room number and off I went again. I opened the room door to find a bed with no pillows or duvet and no bigger than a cupboard. I shut the door and headed back to the reception. I explained that I was not staying in that room and before I could explain why, he asked, “is it not clean?!” I explained that not only was it not clean, there were no facilities. He then snapped, “so, you just want to cancel this booking? Fine!” The carpets in the corridors were filthy, the staff couldn’t care less if they tried and the room was beyond basic. I left and booked the premier inn. Much better!

This is a very convenient spot and always very cheap. You do get what you pay for though - I went for a room without windows and it was quite the airlock. However the bar and general feel of the place is nice.

The surrounding area is very messy, the entrance and exit of the parking lot is very narrow, and the large SUV must be carrying the road to get out. The Executive Lounge is not bad, the scenery is good, there are clear food and a variety of drinks and drinks at dinner. The breakfast is basically a full English breakfast except black pudding and tomatoes. Some food drinks can also be taken away.
