I used it because it was just renewed and it was close to the station by train to go to Osaka Castle Hall. My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The front desk and lounge staff were both extremely helpful. Every request was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. Hotel is easy walking distance from a subway line. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.

As it's located away from the touristy areas, it's relatively cheaper, quieter, and compared to Tokyo hotels I have booked, roomier. The staff are excellent--they speak or at least understand English, and are efficient and warm. Basic breakfast is included-- the boiled egg is my favorite, and brewed coffee is available 24 hours .

Stayed in Deluxe Twin. Family 4 people with one room breakfast, 7000 yen. Parking is ５００ yen separately. It is far from Shin Osaka Station, but it is about ５ minutes walk from Higashi Yodo Gawa river. However, there are few convenience stores and restaurants around. It is quiet instead.
