The room was good but there was bit of dust that I still could see in the room. No restroom's door so that it was accepted for solo travellers or couple but for friend or colleague you need to consider. Overall, I love this hotel 🥰"

"The Jin Mao Tower itself is one of Lujiazui's iconic trio of buildings, and staying here offers direct views of the Huangpu River and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower – the vista is truly breathtaking! Our room was on the 74th floor, and seeing the Jin Mao's internal structure was also spectacular. The hotel's decor feels a bit dated, but the room size is generous, and the service was genuinely excellent. When we checked in, the lobby manager noticed we had a child and gave us a cute Milk Dragon plushie, which made my little sister so happy. Because our flight was late, I asked the lovely front desk staff, and even though the hotel was very busy, she still managed to arrange a late check-out for me, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also quite good, with a mix of Chinese and Western options, though you might have to queue if you go too late, so it's better to go early. Oh, and I booked a group deal on Ctrip, which also included a few tickets to the insect museum – such great value! The twin beds were two 1.2-meter beds that could be pushed together, so there was plenty of space for a family of four. All in all, for a trip to Shanghai, staying here is really great and I'm very satisfied!"

She was always kind and helpful, and made our stay much smoother. 🤍 بصراحة أول شيء جذبني للفندق كان التقييم العالي وعدد التعليقات الكبير 📍 Location: من أفضل مميزات الفندق موقعه. قريب جدًا من شارع التسوق٣ د مشي تقريبا ، وحوالي 5 دقائق مشي من مطعم Eli Falafel العربي، وكذلك قريب من محطات المترو، فالتنقل كان سهل جدًا. 🏨 Check-in & Lobby: مدخل الفندق من الجهة الجانبية، وهو داخل نفس مبنى Holiday Inn. اللوبي في الدور الخامس، وصراحة كانت من أكثر الأشياء المخيبة بالنسبة لي، لأننا اضطرينا نسحب الشنط من الاستقبال إلى اللوبي ثم إلى الغرفة بأنفسنا. 🛏️ Room: الغرفة عادية وصغيرة نسبيًا (حوالي 25m²) وتذكرني بغرف أوروبا. لكنها نظيفة، مريحة، وإطلالتها على شارع التسوق كانت جميلة. 💡 Facilities: * الستائر والإنارة إلكترونية. * فيه روبوت يوصل الطلبات للغرفة، وكانت إضافة لطيفة. * أي استفسار يردون عليه بسرعة عن طريق WeChat. 🚿 Bathroom: المرحاض فيه خاصية تدفئة للمقعد، لكن ما فيه شطاف إلكتروني، وكنت أتمنى يكون موجود. 👕 Services: ما فيه مكواة داخل الغرفة، لكن فيه غرفة غسيل فيها مكواة بخار تؤدي الغرض. بس بصراحة كل مرة تحتاج تكوي شيء لازم تنزل، وهذا كان متعب شوي. 😭 وقت تسجيل الدخول تقدر تختار إذا تبي تنظيف يومي أو بدون تنظيف طوال فترة الإقامة، وأمانة خدمة التنظيف كانت ممتازة. 🎁 Overall: رغم الملاحظات، لازم أقول إن الموظفين كانوا يحاولون يرضون النزيل بكل الطرق. وعند تسجيل الخروج أعطونا هدية بسيطة، وفي اللوبي متوفر قهوة سريعة التحضير وشاي مجانًا. الخلاصة: فندق جيد جدًا إذا كانت أولويتك الموقع وسهولة الوصول. لكن الإقامة كانت مريحة، والموظفون متعاونون جدًا، وهذا عوض كثير من السلبيات بالنسبة لي"

It's incredibly convenient for visiting IFC, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, and the 'Three-piece Set' (Lujiazui's iconic skyscrapers). You can even see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Huangpu River right from your room. Also, Ella, one of the hotel staff members, was exceptionally helpful and kind."

The most delightful surprise was the room's view. It offered a wide, clear panorama overlooking the Suzhou Creek. During the day, the river flows peacefully and serenely, exuding the soothing ambiance unique to urban waterways. As night falls, the lights along both banks gradually illuminate, with gentle light strips stretching along the river. The light reflections dance on the water, and as the evening breeze blows, the ripples shimmer softly, creating an incredible atmosphere. There's no need to brave crowded attractions; you can simply stay in your room and enjoy the ever-changing scenery of the Suzhou Creek, from day to night. After a busy day of sightseeing, gazing quietly at the river view outside the window feels as if the city's hustle and bustle are completely shut out. Your mind gradually calms, and fatigue melts away. This hotel's greatest highlights are its prime location coupled with the calming Suzhou Creek views. Having such a relaxing viewing experience in the city center is exceptionally rare. My overall stay was comfortable and pleasant, with no disappointments. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy city river views; it offers outstanding value for money. The next time I visit Shanghai, this hotel will definitely be my top choice again."
