Thank you for amazing hospitality!
Catherine(Concierge) & Vincent(Front Desk) provided amazing service.
Catherine helped us to book restaurants & provided local sightseeing and transportation info.
Vincent helped me to extend my stay.
Housekeeping team also provided professional service. They seemed to understand Chinese more easily.
Sleep eye mask & teddy bear amenity was good souvenir of Conrad Macao (I checked other customers also took them.)
Thank you for the great service.

I stayed at Andaz Macau for 3 nights from 16-19 Dec’24 and this is my second time staying in the same property within a year. Andaz Macau has never fails to amaze me and it gives me the assurance that the staff will always look after me. My room is spotless and comfortable!
Wayne from Front Desk did the check-out for me in May 2024 and this time I bumped into him doing the check-in for me. As pleasant as always, my check-in process was smooth. And he also assigned a nice room for me. Thanks Wayne.
I do notice that the Concierge counter that’s nearest to the lift landing area at Level 6 always gives people the wrong impression that that’s the check-in counter. That poor girl had to keep on directing the guests to reception counter when they approached her which I find it unnecessary. Not sure of something could be done to make her life easier lol!!
Bellman are very helpful and one of them helped me getting a Radio Taxi to Flower City. That was around 11pm plus on 17 Dec…sorry that I forgot to ask for his name. I think he’s a Filipino and he gave me a “taxi card”. So thank you for your help.
During my stay, Ivy, Yumi and Tania have been providing turn down service for me. Everytime I’ll receive a handwritten note with little gifts to pamper myself. And I also got a little soft toy from Tania! How sweet!
Not to forget the Room Attendants - Apple and Icy whom tirelessly cleaned my room. Though I don’t get to see them, but I still make an effort to find out who cleaned my room so that I can thank them here and knowing that their efforts are being appreciated. I always believe working in Housekeeping is tough. But because of your hard work, I get to stay in a very comfortable room. I hope I didn’t miss out any names here. So thank you all.
Last but not least… I WILL BE BACK!!!

Very nice everything. Staff and everything very good but one security from supplier company working there know me and he said he have all access of my personal information that I provide to hotel staff for registration. It broke my privacy.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. First time in Macau. We were pleasantly surprised and very much impressed by the complimentary snacks and drinks which includes daily 2 bottled water, sprite, coke, non-gassy sweet bottled drink, beer and even a bottle of red wine! There is even coffee beans and coffee grinder for you to grind and make your own coffee! We did not drink the wine as not a wine drinker, neither did we bring it home cos find it a hassle to put into luggage. The staff is very friendly. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located in a narrow lane and there is no proper hotel lobby where U can take taxi. We have to walk about 2 mins to go main road to catch a taxi. But other than that, hotel is clean and it is near the Ruins of St Paul and few other places. Best part is it is near Koi Kei bakery where I logged 2 giant bags of almond pastry snacks back home.

Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!

We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me.
Room cards are made from woods, which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心]
The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet.
Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇]
Anyway,I love this hotel ,I love the Four Seasons😗

This trip is mainly for the Macau firework festival and hotel arrange a really good room for us which can view the firework without any blocking.
The room conditions is good but the strange issue is we can't find any clock unless we switch on the TV.
Breakfast is good although the area is not big but not many people join.
The main issue of this trip is we wait for almost 2 hours to get the room. The guest manager shows her apology to provide a sweet set and a red wine for the inconvenience on our arrival which is unexpected.
I may stay again if the price is right.

My recent stay at Nüwa in Macau was truly unforgettable. The level of service provided by the Nüwa team was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the personalized surprises, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Kurt, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. The beautifully decorated room, complete with birthday decorations and a delicious cake, made the occasion even more special. The stunning view from my window added an extra touch of magic. I highly recommend Nüwa to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau.

Great stay at the Grand Hyatt. Excellent customer service and the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was also top notch. Will come again soon. Nice view from the room too!

MMaggie ChengVery good hotel room with jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room in the bathroom itself. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Can choose between western or chinese. Great location and very accessible to anywhere in Macau area. Overall had a very relaxing holiday.
GGuest UserThis is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view.
The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful.
The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose .
The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .
RRogMA real classic hotel with an European settiing. Standard rooms we got are small but clean. Easy transfers between hotel and ferry terminal. The Lisboa Hotel is linked to the Grand Lisboa. Very courteous reception.
TTomD92The Harbour View Hotel may not be one of Macao’s finest names but it is nevertheless an excellent establishment if you can’t afford a stay at the Wynn or the MGM.
Its location is pretty decent, close to the Fisherman’s Wharf complex, right by the sea, and about 5-10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants (pro-tip: cut through the large square opposite the hotel). You can also walk quite easily to the MGM, Wynn, Grand Lisboa and Senado square.
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the swimming pool is quite the eye-candy too, with a good length, and jacuzzis!
LLawrenceThe location was very good. Right in the centre of the old city centre. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite old but quite clean. The biggest problem is the smell of cigarette smokes. We were in a non-smoking room but we could smell cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning. Even the shower towels smell of cigarette smokes.
NNoreeeen13Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.
MMuskanparkarAmazing space for a couple.
They have deposit rules which they pay back on the past day of your stay.
The room offers water, drinks and delicious cookies for free.
All amenities are free and best part is they have proper rules that you have to show your key downstairs again on the next day so restart as of how many days you have booked for security reasons.
WWongAshleyMy family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽
