GGuest UserComing to Macau for a holiday? Galaxy Macau is my top choice – it's simply delightful! It's like having an island getaway right in the city. Spend your days at Grand Resort Deck, then return to your room for a peaceful night's sleep. 🌊 Dive into the Grand Resort Deck water park during the day. Blue skies and white clouds perfectly complement the groves of palm trees, instantly giving you the illusion of being in Southeast Asia. The viral transparent skywalk is incredibly photogenic. Drift leisurely along the super-large wave pool, relaxing on a hotel-exclusive float. The breeze rustling over the water washes away all your travel fatigue. Adults can lounge and relax while children splash and play to their hearts' content. An entire day's worth of happiness is guaranteed! 🌙 As night falls, unwind and find peaceful sleep in your room. After a tiring day of fun, returning to a Galaxy room instantly isolates you from the outside hustle and bustle. The corridors are quiet and elegant, and the room's soft furnishings are subtly luxurious and cozy. The spacious, scenic room boasts excellent natural light. The transparent bathroom partition with a bathtub is perfect for a hot soak after playing in the water, soothing both body and mind. The hotel thoughtfully provides slippers, welcome drinks, and small snacks. The warm, soft lighting is calming, and the soundproofing is exceptional. The bedding is soft and comfortable, with attention to every detail. Shed a full day's fatigue and enjoy a good night's sleep until morning. In the evening, you can also catch the Diamond Lobby light show. The dazzling crystal diamond lights illuminate the entire space, creating an absolutely magical ambiance. 💎 For a truly relaxing holiday in Macau, stay at Galaxy – water fun, rest, and leisure are all taken care of in one place. I saw many reviews online from families with children saying the rooms at Galaxy smelled of smoke. I emailed the hotel in advance, and our room had no smoke smell at all. Our request to be near the elevator was also perfectly accommodated. [Thumbs up] Housekeeping was also very prompt; they cleaned our room every day during our three-night stay, and any extra items we requested were provided immediately! The only downside was that even after checking in early, the room wasn't available until after 3 PM. This might be due to the high occupancy rate! #GalaxyMacauHotel #MacauVacation #GrandResortDeckMacau #MacauTravelGuide #MacauFamilyTravel #MacauHotelRecommendations #GALAXYMacau #MacauFoodAndFun

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel in the morning. The front desk staff was very polite and quickly arranged our reserved room for us, so we didn't have to wait until late afternoon for check-in. They informed us in advance that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so there might be some noise during the day, which we understood. Later, we found that the noise didn't bother us much as our floor was quite far from the renovation work. The customer service was also excellent. We've stayed here multiple times and always have a good experience.

GGuest UserExceeded my expectations, great value for money! The decor is new, the room is spacious enough, and it's spotlessly clean. The living room even has a few tasteful decorative items. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi tub and a massage shower. Overall, it felt just like home.

XXianrennanbowanThe hotel's location is superb, offering excellent transport links with shuttle buses available in all directions. It's just a stone's throw from the Ruins of St. Paul's and right in front of Yaohan Department Store. Famous entertainment complexes like Grand Lisboa, Wynn, and MGM are easily reachable within 10 minutes. For trips to Taipa's Parisian Macao, Venetian Macao, Rua do Cunha, or Hac Sa Beach, bus number 25 will get you there for just six MOP. The guest rooms boast an elegant and opulent European style. Although the hotel is older, the facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. While not overly spacious, the rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortable, maintaining a respectable standard. The linens are like new, reflecting the hotel's high management standards, which truly deserves praise. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is quite satisfactory, especially their excellent luggage storage service. What's particularly impressive is the complete absence of noise despite being in such a bustling area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep – truly satisfying! The value for money is outstanding! Around the hotel, the nearby streets and alleys offer a wide array of dining options, with various Chinese and Western restaurants to choose from. A dim sum restaurant is right around the corner, so you can fill up on breakfast before heading out to explore. Due to other commitments, I only stayed for one night in a rush. This will definitely be my go-to hotel on my next visit!

CCHANG WEI HAOThe price was actually quite good. The room was so cold that I didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. However, the soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything from the other rooms. If you can't stand that, don't choose this place. The front desk service was excellent, and the location was decent. The bathroom was clean, but it only had a fixed shower head, not a handheld one.

AAixingzoudemaoThe hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
