Excellent
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay here. The environment was top-notch, exceeding all my expectations. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with everything you could possibly need, allowing me to truly experience the local culture and customs of Macau. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.
AAnonymous UserBooked the Grand Lisboa Hotel for my parents' silver wedding anniversary. Given that they're older, a prime location was crucial, and their stay was fantastic. The hotel not only offered a complimentary airport pick-up but also thoughtfully upgraded them to a suite and provided an anniversary cake. The service was professional and attentive, with incredible attention to detail. My parents were extremely satisfied. Highly recommend – the Grand Lisboa will definitely be our first choice next time we're in Macau! 👍🏻
GGuest UserThis is my third stay here, and Grand Lisboa is definitely the GOAT of Macau! Everything from the facilities to the service is absolutely top-notch. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the peninsula on foot. The hotel lobby is always bustling with tourists during the day. The kids absolutely loved the jetted bathtub, and the toiletries are fantastic. The view from the sea-view room window is also amazing.
YYibeiqingxindeweiThe hotel is conveniently located right by the main road. The surroundings are decent, and you can easily cross the street to reach New Yaohan. To the left of the entrance is Senado Square, and a short walk uphill from the intersection on the left will take you to the Ruins of St. Paul's. If you go straight right from the intersection, you'll find the Grand Lisboa and Lisboa casinos. Walking right from the hotel entrance along the waterfront will lead you to the Macau Tower. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and service are all satisfactory. The price is neither cheap nor expensive, but rather moderate for the area.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right across from Grand Lisboa, just a 2-minute walk. I stayed on the 11th floor; the room was very clean and tidy, with no strange smells. The bathroom was well-equipped with soap, a shower cap, and lotion. The bed was comfortable. There was only one UK-style power outlet near the dressing table, and the one by the bed was a USB charging port. The soundproofing could be a bit better. It's super close to the 21A/26A bus stop and the famous Lao Day Beef Offal, and Senado Square is also very nearby. Overall, it's great.
AAnonymous UserExcellent, excellent, excellent! The room was even bigger than I expected, very clean and tidy. The bedding was super comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was also good, so it was very quiet in the evening. The shower pressure in the bathroom was strong, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue.
ZZailvtuzhongdelaoliuThe lobby seating area on the first floor felt a bit small, with only a few chairs. However, the rooms are very spacious, especially for Macau standards. The hallways and elevators were clean and tidy. The room service staff on the sixth floor were very enthusiastic. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them had a strong cigarette smell upon check-in. I called room service, and they quickly brought an air freshener to deal with it, although a slight odor lingered.
SSukitingtingIf you're looking for a luxury experience or brand-new facilities, you might be disappointed. However, as a convenient and high-value base, especially for tourists planning to frequently explore, the Presidential Hotel remains a practical choice. It's recommended to prioritize high-floor, non-smoking rooms to avoid noise and unpleasant odors.
