Excellent
GGuest UserThe room was spotless and clean. The hotel was very responsive to all our requests, truly making us feel at home. There was a minor issue during our stay, but both Trip.com and the hotel handled it very professionally. Unfortunately, I left some items behind when I checked out, and the shipping cost was more than the items themselves. Booking through Trip.com was excellent; I'll definitely stick with them for future reservations!
GGuest UserThe Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macau has long been renowned. As an established five-star hotel, my spouse and I experienced exceptional service from the moment we arrived. A staff member immediately approached us as we stepped onto the stairs, promptly taking our luggage and escorting us to the front desk. The five-star service truly lived up to its reputation. The luggage service extended all the way to our room, and the staff member departed with a smile and a bow – truly touching! Although the room wasn't exceptionally large, it was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, striking a perfect balance. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, including freshly made wontons and made-to-order omelets. What truly stood out was the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus. Not only did it transport guests to entertainment venues and other major attractions, but even after checking out, it provided free transfers to the Border Gate (Guanzha) upon request. If I have the opportunity to visit Macau again, the Grand Lisboa Hotel would be my top choice.
SSuanmeitangThe location is great, very close to Grand Lisboa and Lisboa Hotel. There are bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The front desk service and luggage storage were both good. However, the soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear conversations from next door very clearly. 😊
EErmuThe location is fantastic, very close to St. Paul's Ruins and other attractions. Of course, Macau is quite small anyway! 😊 You can see the hotel as soon as you get off at Grand Lisboa and stand at the intersection. Just cross the street and you're there. The hotel is very clean and spacious, much bigger than where we stayed in Hong Kong. The king room was super comfortable! I absolutely loved the mattress – it's one of those expensive ones where you can't feel the other person tossing and turning. All the hotel facilities are excellent. Plus, a handsome guy even opens the door for you when you leave! It's also very convenient for luggage storage. I'll definitely come back next time! 😜
GGuest UserBooked this place online based on a friend's recommendation, and honestly, it's great value for money. There are tons of good restaurants nearby, and it's really close to Grand Lisboa, MGM, and Wynn. We saw the Wynn's Tree of Prosperity, checked out the exhibition at MGM, and even enjoyed some free milk tea. We also tried the geoduck hotpot at Sun Cheong City. The only downside is the hotel's air conditioning – it's freezing! The whole place feels like a giant freezer. It was just too cold. I have no idea why they keep it so arctic.
Ssunny0995Facilities: The facilities aren't bad, just a bit old overall.
Cleanliness: The overall hygiene is okay.
Environment: It's convenient for getting taxis and dining nearby. It's also very close to Wynn Macau, Grand Lisboa, and the Ruins of St. Paul's.
Service: The service was pretty good.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right in the most bustling area of the Macau Peninsula. It's across from Wynn, the front desk service is great, and the price is affordable. The only downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit old; I hope they can be upgraded.
