This hotel is really good, at least it is the best hotel I have stayed in during my few days in Xi'an. I can't fault it except that the location may be a little off. The location is actually quite good. There is a subway station more than 600 meters away, but the advantage is that it is a bit remote and quiet. Apart from the kind of hotel in the city center that I haven't stayed at for 7 or 8 hundred and 1 night, I don't know if it's good or not. This hotel definitely beats those star-rated hotels. The facilities are very new, the sanitation is very good, and it's fun to watch TV with the projector. The attitude of the staff is also very good. Almost all your requests will be satisfied. The toilet has disposable toilet mats, razors and disposable towels. The ones I stayed in the center that cost more than 300 yuan didn't have them, and the environment was poor. to death. We originally planned to book two rooms, but this parent-child room for 4 people turned out to be really nice. It has a bunk bed so we can be together with the children. Breakfast is included, and the children like it very much. Manager Ma at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. I recommend staying here!

Location: The hotel is located outside the Third Ring Road, not in the downtown area. It is very close to Metro Line 4 and a 5-minute walk away. It is very convenient for us to mainly use the subway for this trip. Line 4 runs through the Tang Dynasty Furong Garden, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Evernight City, museums, Xi'an Railway Station and Xi'an North Railway Station;
Service: On the day of check-in, the lobby manager Mr. Deng provided very good service and provided special help for us to arrive early. The standard rooms in the hotel are of suitable size and the room service is very good. The children had a lot of fun playing in the swimming pool.

I extended my stay at the Mercure Qujiang (Qujiang Meiju) through New Year’s Day, and the transition was flawless. Of course, the front desk staff accommodated all my needs, even one for a disposable razor. (It’s not part of the free stuff in the room, but available on request.) For those of you worried about whether the front desk staff speaks English, don’t. They have enough resources (translator apps or one of them) to be able to communicate with you quite effectively. For the price, THIS is the place to stay while in Qujiang, Xi’an!

The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights!
While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us.
We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile!
Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home!
Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is aMAZing with so much choice. The rooms are exquisite, comfy with lots space. The queen size bed was super comfortable and sooo big, I lost my partner most nights. In addition, the staff and service was exceptional too. They have a robot that delivers to the rooms which is a bit weird especially if you share the lift with it. However, a couple of things to note. It's quite far from the old city wall although it looks close on the map. The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of a renovation. Carpets in corridors are a bit stained, our no smoking room stank of smoke, the windows were dirty and some things didn't work like the safe. The pool was lovely but again the spa (jacuzzi) was out of order. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially for the breakfast and room sizes.

GGuest UserI have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

1. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so it is very convenient for traveling, eating and shopping.

shortcoming
1. The house is not very clean. There are dust particles on the floor. It feels like it has not been wiped. There are hairs left by the previous guest on the bathroom basin, conditioner bottle and floor drain. Moreover, I stayed for 6 days. The hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor drain have never been cleaned. On the first day of check-in, one of the towels had two dirt marks. Later, new towels were changed every day and no dirt was found. In short, the cleaning was very good. Bluff.
2. This hotel is in a commercial-residential apartment building. Each floor is shared by several hotels and other residents. You can't sleep in during the day, as decoration starts at about nine o'clock.
3. There is something wrong with the hotel's circuit facilities. If you use a hair dryer to blow hot air for a long time, the circuit will trip. In the winter, you can't use hot air to blow your hair, so you can only use natural cold air.
