Good hotel, very friendly staff at the reception and the staff of the washroom. Very clean hotel and not too expensive. The only less point is its AC rooms (central A-C) but the temperature is not very hot to set. Window can not open.

I stored my luggage in the lobby first. I checked in smoothly at night. The hygiene and environment are good. The facilities are complete and there is a refrigerator, which is very convenient. It is very close to Chinatown and you can take a walk and have a late-night snack at night. It is ten minutes away from the beach. Happy travel memories

Excellent chain hotel. Stayed in a family triple room (3 small beds) for two nights on weekdays in April 2024. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable; two of the small windows were widened, about 120 cm, and the other small bed was slightly smaller, about 90 cm wide. The windows can be opened to let in fresh air from the outside; there are ventilation holes above the windows. If the windows are not opened, the ventilation holes can be opened to let the air circulate. It is really a great design. There are toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room, and other supplies (pajamas, combs, etc.) need to be taken from the supplies cabinet next to the counter on the first floor. The guest rooms are located on the 3rd to 14th floors; the hotel's official website and elevator notices emphasize that all guest rooms are non-smoking, which makes non-smoking guests feel at ease. The counter staff can communicate in English, their attitude is friendly, and their explanations are detailed, which is worthy of praise. Guests can enjoy the self-service beverage bar next to the lobby on the second floor for free, including coffee, black tea and sencha tea bags. Breakfast is a self-service Buffet with ordinary dishes. There are two kinds of fruits in the salad area and two kinds of freshly made juices. The breakfast dishes have changed a bit for two consecutive days. The dining area for taking meals is not big and there are many people diners, which makes it a bit crowded. After finishing the meal , the tableware needs to be carried to the recycling place by yourself.

I'm happy with the room and services, however the room is a bit compact but it's a typical Japanese hotel room and has thin walls.. I was shocked during my first night when I was hearing somebody trying to open my door and called the reception for help. Hotel staff is very friendly and came to check. Apparently it was the guest who was staying a room beside me was opening the door. Overall quite good stay but maybe something to take note of due to the thin walls.

I booked for my brother and family. They enjoyed the beautiful view of Yokohama bay bridge. Good thing about trip is that it provides detailed information about the room before booking which is better than the hotel s official website or other online booking.

■ View bus Luxury Ocean twin Bay View Room The room with a clean can has a large window and a balcony. The view from the room, the balcony is the bay bridge, the Ferris wheel is visible. The bathtub and shower room are separate 々, so you can take a bath time slowly. The night view of the Ferris wheel with the bathroom was also very beautiful. Breakfast is surrounded by palm trees and a buffet style restaurant with a southern atmosphere. There were many items and it was delicious. This time, the prefectural people were applied and we were able to stay at a reasonable price. 羽田空港からバスで３０分くらいで到着です。途中の高速道路からは、横浜ランドマークホテルなどが見えて、壮観でした。バスを横浜駅東口で下車しましたが、終着のワイキャットの方がヒルトン横浜に近いです。横浜駅からKアリーナが見えますが、徒歩で歩いてホテルまでニッサンのビルなどを迂回する必要があります。駅からホテルまでの通路は、まだ、建設中のようです。 新築ホテルで、とても豪華です。エグゼクティブラウンジでチェックインをして、プレミアムルームにアップグレードしてくれました。ラウンジ内のジュース類は、多種類で、珍しいものがたくさんありました。カクテルタイムは、アルコール類はあまり多くなく、また、料理もほとんどありませんでした。 室内からは、正面に川が流れていて、隣のKアリーナのコンサートを見学する人たちが列をなしていました。部屋は３９平米あり、ゆったりできました。室内の装飾も、ホテル全体のアールデコ調と統一されたデザインでした。ひげ剃りなども、他のヒルトンホテルのものとは異なり、上質なものが備わっていました。 夕食は、イタリアンレストランでいただきました。HCPJの２０％割引がありませんが、もともと料理代金が税サービス込みで表示されているので、代金額がわかりやすいです。料理は、上品・繊細な味わいでおいしかったです。 ホテルの従業員さんらは、若い人が多く、おもてなしの気持ちでした。 改善して欲しいことは、つぎの三点です。 ①　横浜駅からホテルまでの通路を早く作ってもらうと、チェックイン・アウト前後の移動時間が短くなっていいと思います。 ②　エグゼクティブラウンジの料理を増やしてもらうと、もっとゆったりとできます。 ③　宿泊代金やホテル内レストラン代金にHCPJ割引の適応をしてもらうと、レストランでの食事などを取りやすくなります。 良くも、悪くも、ほかのヒルトンホテルとは一線を画するホテルであり、新鮮味があります。

It's small but it provides a lot to travelers. You're given a set of pajamas (that you return) a toothbrush ( that you don't return) access to a common area, with mini kitchen, decent WiFi. If you're a guy there's a sauna, girls only get a shower as far as I am aware. You can buy beer from the vending machines or chocolate or you can head the next door over and get it from the 7-11. What you don't get is a room or a very good set up for consecutive nights. You're in a capsule hotel so you must know you're sleeping in a capsule. I think it's neat, but if you want a room of your own don't go here. For consecutive nights you still need to check out in the morning. You leave your key there and you can store your luggage in the office (space permitting I assume). You can check in anytime after 2 so it doesn't feel like you're obligated to come back early.

Unable to check in with their automated system but there were staff available on hand to help. Room is small but clean. Bathtub available, no cabinet to put clothes, only hangars provided but only staying for one night so was okay. Connected to Family Mart so was convenient to get drinks or food if needed. Didn't use facilities so can't comment. Breakfast was good. Near to Yokohama Train Station.

I choose this hotel every time I go on business trips recently. It is quite convenient. There is a bus from Haneda Airport to the hotel, and the last stop is the hotel. It costs 1,000 yen. In addition, this hotel is also close to Shin-Yokohama Station, and the subway is also convenient. Shopping and dining are also convenient.
