This hotel is conveniently located near Atocha station, just a 4-minute walk to the Reina Sofía Museum, and within walking distance to the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. (These three museums are covered by the 'Paseo del Arte Pass,' which offers great value.) It's an excellent location for anyone who wants to visit museums even with limited time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the street noise from cars was a bit loud. There's also a small Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, which is very handy.

The hotel is quite comfortable despite having a simple/basic layout. The location is also quite good.
The room is clean, but the bathroom is not very spacious (seriously).
The service is adequate, and sufficiently professional.
The price is a bit on the high end but it seems that most of Madrid is facing housing shortages. 
Overall, it's a decent hotel but slightly less affordable.

The thing I do not like:
I have been staying for seven days, And they only provide me two bottles of 250ml water in this seven days, no refill, and they are selling water bottle for 2.5 euro at lobby.
Could be more ESG friendly if you can give me option no to replace my tower everyday

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a free pick-up and drop-off. This is the main reason I chose them, but it also means that there seems to be nothing to go around. The room is fully equipped and the space is relatively large. A family of four (children 5 and 7 years old), plus a combed bed, an extra charge of 60 euros, Overall, it is recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is not located close to the historical center, rather closer to the university area, however there are metro stations close with convenient connections. Also, there are some restaurants for a quick meal very close to the hotel.

The living experience is comparable to that of domestic budget hotels. It was clean and tidy, but there was almost no storage space in the bathroom shower room, and there was nowhere to put the clothes. The advantage is probably that it is close to the Bernabeu Stadium.

Beautiful and clean rooms except the wardrobes which had dust so I couldn't put my clothes in them. Excellent breakfast. Super helpful staff.

Great hospitality. Got a free upgrade for our stay. Room was spacious and clean. 

Location is its biggest advantage. There are bus stops directly down and on the opposite streets of the hotel, making it reasy to commute around the city. 

The shopping mall next to the hotel is great as well. It has a lot of local Spanish brands, supermarket and basic necessities. Great to start with for some quick shopping.

Having stayed at Marriott hotels a few times, I feel that hotels in Barcelona are more expensive than in other cities, but thankfully the service quality is good. Initially, I was given a room with a faulty air conditioner. After contacting the front desk, they said they would notify them to come and check the next day, and eventually agreed to change my room. The room was a suite separated by a door, so you could feel the presence of people talking next door. The breakfast selection was varied, but not particularly abundant; the food quality was good. The hotel is near a university, and the surrounding environment is nice. Getting to attractions requires transportation, so it's quite convenient. The Barcelona Football Club is very close by.

Shower water pressure was low and water temperature was not high, temporary transition, slept for five or six hours and then checked out

I chose this hotel because I had business in Girona, a small town next to Barcelona, and I wanted something close to the train station. Its location is indeed very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the station. The nearby restaurants and supermarkets also add to the convenience. However, the room facilities are quite basic and definitely not up to four-star standards. I've stayed in four-star hotels in Barcelona city center, also booked through Ctrip, and their facilities were excellent. Here, the decor uses simple wood panels, and the room is a bit small, but the service is good, and it's quite clean. My first night wasn't great because the power went out several times, and the water was off for about an hour, which was very inconvenient as we couldn't even shower. Thankfully, both electricity and water were restored to normal later that night. The breakfast area has a nice ambiance, with many business people dining and discussing matters. Although the variety of breakfast items isn't extensive, the quality is excellent, and the coffee is particularly good. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant, especially for those who need to travel by train; this is a very convenient option.

The hotel is a very friendly and comfortable room, and it is very comfortable and comfortable.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center with many attractions downstairs, all within walking distance. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and tasted great. The hygiene was also excellent. Very satisfied overall.

Very good, overall the rooms are clean, basically everything is needed, there is no problem for one night. Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes!
