The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended.
The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs.
Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear. 
The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey.
Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Lovely cozy hotel and room, in very centralised location which is convenient to go everywhere. My husband and I love this hotel so much. The basic room we booked is not big but spacious enough as it has kitchen. Will stay when we are back next time.

Very close to the Cour Saint-Émilion metro station—just a 7-minute ride to Châtelet. The hotel is next to Bercy Village, which was essential for our needs. Overall, this aparthotel is decent but a bit dated. Downsides include dim lighting in my room, weak water pressure in the shower, and an okay bed. There are also odd rules about the self-laundry; the machines turn off after 11 PM without warning, but they did provide an immediate refund. Still, it offers good value for staying near the Paris city center.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, so guess I am a loyal customer in here. The 12th arrondissement of Paris is quite pleasant, with the metro station Daumesnil nearby, several Auchan and Lidl supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants, and pharmacies within walking distance. It is also just a 15-minute walk to the ”Nation” RER A station.
The hotel room has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine, making it a great convenience. Jakub, the receptionist, was very helpful with our check-in and check-out, and we are especially grateful for his assistance.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers. From the moment I arrived, the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well organized. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with staff members who were professional, friendly, and eager to help with any questions.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I appreciated the attention to detail, from fresh linens and quality toiletries to the ample storage space and well-lit work area. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay.

The hotel’s amenities added a lot of value to the experience. The common areas were well maintained, and the facilities were easy to access. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences. Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours.

Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The room was neat and well-equipped, with convenient transportation and a supermarket downstairs for easy shopping.

The aparthotel is a 3-minute walk from Sacré-Cœur. It has a full kitchen, a small but adequate ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer, and an iron. It has an excellent heating system, and the windows are also good, so despite the cold weather in Paris, the room was at a comfortable temperature.
It's not noisy, even though it's in a nightlife area. Breakfast is an option, but it's not worth it for the price. There are also two Carrefour supermarkets very close by; the nearest one is very small, so the one on the avenue is worth it.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who greeted us and saw us off on our last day. I don't remember his name, but he had blue eyes and was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, with Metro lines 9 and 12, plus various bus routes, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was also quite spacious (though, coming straight from Japan, everything feels bigger!). Everything was great overall. I highly recommend getting a weekly pass – it's a no-brainer. Even for just one stop, take the metro; it's a breeze! Just remember to make sure you tap your card successfully when boarding, as I personally saw ticket checks on the bus.

位於在比較住宅區雖然去鬧區比較遠一些些，但相對也比較安全，對面是一個小學校，旁邊就有超市，走去車站大約五到七分鐘，房間裡面有廚房鍋碗瓢盆都有也有洗碗機、微波爐、冰箱、膠囊咖啡機，但是沒有調味料跟油要自己帶，很乾淨舒服，馬桶跟淋浴間分開不會搶廁所。網路很快速大廳也很舒服，推薦大家
唯一的缺點是我那張床有一個位子太常被客人坐在那邊，所以有點凹陷，其餘沒有什麼可以挑剔的，尤其在時裝周的時候可以住到這個價位又乾淨舒服的飯店很感謝了

Disappointing…All negative reviews on Trip.com are true. As for us, we encountered additional issues on 2 separate bookings: 

1. For our 1st booking, we were given an “Accessible”room which I did not request/book for, and we were not informed during check-in.  We realised it was an Accessible room only when we entered the room. However, we were too tired to confront the staff immediately. I checked with the staff the following day and was told that - “pictures on website are for reference only”  “I should have request for a NORMAL room, and make note during booking that I DO NOT want an Accessible Room”, This is ridiculous!  By default, any hotel will allocate a normal room unless Accessible Room is selected or requested.   No apologies from the staff whom I spoken to, instead he sounded like it was my issue. 

2. On our 2nd booking, we were given a normal room though, but there were damaged clothes hanger in our room closet which causes 2 minor cuts on my fingers, see pic. Fortunately I felt the sharpness before I use full force to pull my clothes over the hanger, otherwise it would be a deep cut.

3. TV programs were not available for ALL channels. I asked the staff and was told that it was due to “technical issues” and it’s affecting all guests room.

Overall, we did not get the type of “welcome”  & “pleasant stay” like any other accommodation we experienced in the past (be it Hotels, Apartments, Service Apartments), and this is not our 1st time to London.

Location: About a 10-minute walk from Whitechapel tube station, which is very convenient. I'd seen previous reviews saying Whitechapel was a bit dodgy, but it's actually fine. It's a Middle Eastern community, but I felt quite safe. You can get directly to Whitechapel station from Heathrow Airport on the Elizabeth Line.

Facilities: The room has a separate kitchen and even came with complimentary coffee capsules. The facilities are comprehensive. It's handy for making noodles or frying an egg.

The room had two windows, and I asked the staff to open them, so ventilation wasn't an issue.

Rooms are only cleaned if you stay for 6 nights or more. Otherwise, you need to dispose of your own rubbish, and there's a refuse room on every floor.

The front desk staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely recommend it; it's great value for money.

- Replacement frying pan was very small (approximately one egg size)

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. 
Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. 
Overall I liked my stay here.

The hotel stopped providing paper towels after they were used up. They only provided toilet paper, which was very inconvenient. One of the two elevators was broken, so it took a while to go up and down the stairs. The refrigerator had a good cooling effect. The microwave and tableware were also very practical.

The hotel is superb and well located. Direct access to the Gare du Nord train station and close to the shopping center. The room is spacious. It's just a shame there are only 3 chairs for a 4-person apartment. The kitchen is great, with plenty of dishes. The only downside was the pull-out bed. It wasn't made up, and the duvets and pillows were in a cupboard behind the kitchen door. Since the door was open, we couldn't find them. The mattress was very good. The shower water kept switching between hot and cold, which was really unpleasant, as was the constantly changing water pressure. We were not told that the linens weren't changed unless we paid for them. Despite these minor inconveniences, we loved the view and the amenities. The staff was really pleasant, and the place was quiet.

The 13:00 welcome at my arrival was cold not a smile I had to wait 2h out because the room was ready for 15h I went back to the room about 15h10 when you're a long journey and that you're tired we would like a smile and You don't come back to 15:00, it's a pity because the welcome for my departure Mr was very nice and laughing, I don't think I'll come back, no boiler or tea bags, for the price I expected to better
