The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go to Disney by cable car and bus. The hotel has a swimming pool. You can relax after playing in Disney. We checked in at night. There are roasted marshmallows in the square.

Good value and location for staying  on Disney property.  I stayed one night and got early access into  Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day.  The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay.  Clean room, great amenities

Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! 

Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..

Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.

Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.

We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶

This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

This hotel has incredible character. Its Native American-inspired design, featuring a striking, high-ceilinged lobby with a rustic wood and rope structure, truly permeates the entire property. The service was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied.

Hotel is Beautiful & location is Great.
We had a standard 2 queen room which was pretty bare. Bed was fine, but just one armchair which was Very hard! 
We normally stay in a 2bedroom villa on property so this was a disappointment.
The Mercado restaurant  chicken bowl was Delicious, & Toledo Restaurant is Fabulous!!!

Club Level was amazing!  I wish I could afford it more.  Great service. We had a them park view. It was nice to walk to Magic Kingdom in 10 mins. Hopefully some day I can go back!

房間兩天打掃一次衞生，設施老舊了，空調是8 0年代老式窗式空調，主機在室內，噪音大，怕吵的人會影響休息，這裏主要體驗自助式服務，全靠自己了，頭天入住拉着行李箱滿院子找了半天，很狼狽。乘坐覽車去玩要走很遠的路，建議坐班車。總體感覺一般般。

Très belle chambre , propre et spacieuse . Hôtel très grand et assez mal conçu pour accéder aux différentes commodités . 
J’ignore si c’est parce que l’hôtel était très fréquenté mais service assez lent ( bagagerie, restauration, nettoyage des chambres… ) 
Un peu cher pour les services proposés qui pour moi ne sont pas à la hauteur du deluxe

It's a wonderful and amazing place. we enjoyed every moment of it from the club lounge place quests can see the fireworks and very relaxing room is a good size and bathroom is big and very accommodative

This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.
There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs.
The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop.
Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers.
I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.

Fort Wilderness is the best. Housekeeping is so friendly and do an excellent job with the cabins. My only gripe is with some of the bus drivers--let me be clear, MOST drivers are awesome people, but some are just plain rude. If the signs on the bus clearly stated where they were going next, it would reduce the need to ask questions about where the bus is going (especially since the sign will say Magic Kingdom, instead of its true next stop, Wilderness Lodge). During our last trip in January, we checked in and walked to the the bus stop. We didn't see the crosswalk so we walked in front of one of the 4 parked busses. The lady yelled at us and honked the horn as we got to the curb. What a great way to start a Disney trip!

Oh and you need to rent a golf cart--it's a must--otherwise you will be waiting for busses all day. 

I originally booked a standard room with two beds and a sofa bed, but the staff upgraded our room during check-in. They said it had a better view and was located in a corner, so our kids wouldn't disturb other guests. However, the upgraded room only had one king-sized bed.

The facility is very pixar color
It was a nice space. It's simple in the room, but
It's nice to have fun hidden here and there.
The negative point is that the water pressure in the shower was very weak.
There is no bathtub and you can't relax.
Very kind to the hotel
speak easy to understand english.
It was very good!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.
