Very accommodating, the staffs upgraded me to an executive suite when my door on the deluxe room failed. Highly recommended for their customer service.

Great stay hear, 
1. Not  like  hotel sogo cainta 
We book there before we came  here, 
We book there April 18-19  they gave us room with no supply or very small amount of water that cannot do shower at can't flush toilet , we've stay there 7-8hrs already but there's no solution two what we have raised to them , so we decided to check out at 3am Bec we need to take shower/bath for tomorows event and when they know we check out they txt us for 33%what we paid but it's already 40min.s  for what .

I waited for 5mins to verify my trip booking. The room was good for its price but the towel had stains, the tv had a crack, the blanket was thin and the pillows weren't soft It made my head hurt. Overall, fun as no one is disturbing me.

Good as usual. Cold room, standard room with cable TV, and hair dryer. 2 towels, blanket was not too thin, there were tissues in the bathroom. The problem was the room had one busted light that kept blinking and turning on even if the switch was off. I never had a ghost at sogo before lol. So take that as you will. Also, hot water is more lukewarm to room temp than hot. And someone from the front desk disturbed my sleep because they put my checkout time wrong. Please double check so you don't wake people up at 2 AM in the morning.

actually we always stay in this hotel quezon avenue branch.every time we arrive in the philippines.because i know the service of this hotel are good and all the staff are friendly specially front desk and housekeeping.the room are clean also the toilet.even a little bit noisy outside because the place is corner near to the main road.i can recommend this place😊.

It's an adult hotel
Smoking is supposed to be done outside, but there's a ashtray in the room, and it's just blood.
But I just shot it outside, because I didn't like to smell in the room.

Food is ok. I ate the Sini River and it was okay.
But the price was cheaper than booking on the trip and just getting a room .... 
I remember paying 44,000 won for my standard Deluxe Room. 
I remember the price at the front desk was 1600 pesos. 

Place is clean, staff are kind and respectful, you can also order food. Only comment would be the toiletries provided. They only provide a bar soap, nothing else but overall stay was pleasant

They were pleasant and accommodating. I had a smooth check-in and check-out transaction. The room is nice and clean. Overall, it's a good experience.

Amazing stay that we have, its our first time to checked in a Sogo hotel and its worth with the price plus the cleanliness, services and warmth welcome🥰🥰🙏🙏 highly appreciated all the considerations as we got early checked in beyond the usual but no charges applied. Sogo-Mindanao Ave is probably the best branch in the Sogo hotel brand. The staff are courteous and the rooms are impeccably clean. I got a room at the ninth floor and it was newly renovated. Will definitely book again.

I stayed at Hotel Sogo for 5 nights and 4 days during my convention at SMX. Overall, my stay was comfortable and convenient.
The hotel is near SMX, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the convention. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. 
The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The place felt safe and quiet, which helped me rest after long convention days.
The food was okay and affordable. The hotel is also near malls and restaurants, which was very convenient.
Overall, Hotel Sogo is a good choice if you are attending an event at SMX and want an affordable and accessible place to stay. I would recommend it for short or work-related stays.

Booked here for an early event in MOA but didn't realized the place is not accessible to public transpo so we had to use grab to go to and from MOA, also kinda far to food establishments, only little food options near. For the place itself, the room is very clean and the location is quiet so we were able to rest before and after the event we attended.

Best Hotel services, all staff are very polite and helpful, very fast food delivery to your room upon ordering , security top notch for foreign travellers, overall very peaceful stay ,nothing u can expect better in this price range anywhere else . I brought ready to eat food from my country the chef cooked and give it to me with proper serving (that the best I can expect from staff)

The bathroom is clean; however, the bed is covered with long hair, and we have just checked in. Unfortunately, I neglected to take a photograph of it.

I hope that in the future, they will vacuum the room thoroughly and ensure it is well-cleaned to enhance guest satisfaction.
