The best youth hostel for many years of traveling abroad, clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful environment, complete facilities, high-quality service, and enthusiasm. The dormitory is spacious, not oppressive at all, the beds are comfortable, practical, private, the large shelf next to the bed is very simple in design, and the bed has a small light for lighting, etc. It is a very perfect youth hostel

A beautiful, atmosphereful hotel, where you look in the film spheres of the past. The 20s art-deco style is beautiful, atmosphereful and specially performed. If you are a movie fan (as I); a fine place to be. Where a cutting-up to the history of this property, an old cinema, really gives a nice touch and twist. 
I enjoyed a 3-daagse (2 nights) in the MABI hotel. The luxurious Canes spheres dining room, the luxurious mini-bioscope (with popcorn and chewing gum), the beautiful reception, the atmosphereful bar Twisted and the hotel room with black-white theme all have a unique and unique head or side role in this cinema setting. When you look at all kinds of fun (film-related) details in this hotel. 
The location is also fine, located on a quiet side street of the Maastricht market, everything is within the scope of the hands, and a lot of experience is to be seen and experienced at walking distance. 
Small note: I have not experienced a surprising wow factor in terms of hospitality during my stay. Staff often speak English. In terms of hospitality and personal attention, this hotel has not exceeded my expectation. But it was good and nice. So, in terms of location, atmosphere and interior. In any case, a adviser like you just want something different and certainly like you are a fan of films and the rich history of this beautiful property (pleasant to look for the history of this former first cinema of the Netherlands/Maastricht). 
Nice small details: the viewmaster in the room briefly tells the story of the hotel with a knife. ;) 
I will certainly return to the MABI hotel in Maastricht!

This room with four single beds is larger than the bunk beds and more comfortable. Don't save that little money when traveling with a family. You should choose a larger room. It is simple and hygienic. The front desk is friendly. I left my luggage at the front desk for safekeeping the next day. I also noticed that the place where they put the luggage needs to be swiped by the front desk before entering, which is safer and more reliable.

We booked a Family room. The room booking said “City view”. The room was in the basement with very small windows high up that couldn’t be opened and there was no view. Because in the basement the wifi was very limited and difficult to link into. The room itself was super modern and clean. It’s beautifully designed and a lovely hotel, but I’d prefer to have know when I booked that I would be in the basement with very limited wifi access.

Really like this hotel, just near the train station. I booked a loft room, and this layout is very novel for me. The table is facing the attic window, and it is a beautiful city view to look out.
However, it should be noted that the hotel elevator has one that can go to the 4th floor (attic floor), and the other can go to the 3rd floor, so sometimes you need to go to the 3rd floor and then climb the stairs to the 4th floor. It is best for passengers with large luggage not to choose the attic room.

Very convenient location. Literally just outside Amsterdam Zuid station which gives you plenty of options to travel to the city center by public transport. Easy and within 5-10 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. The neighbourhood on the Zuidas is also great with plenty of nice restaurants in the area in case you dont want to travel. 

I would always stay in this hotel rather than in the busy and inconvenient to travel city center of the city
